Derek was so friendly and helpful, making sure we found everything we were looking for. It was clear that he valued us as customers since he remembered us every time we came in.     Jeans for an important meeting

    My experience with this website was really disappointing. I ordered a pair of jeans for a big meeting, but they showed up late after the event was already over. It was frustrating and unacceptable, especially given the situation. The service from this store was a total joke. I expect on-time delivery and dependable service as a customer, both of which were missing here. I won't be buying anything else from this website.

    Jeans return problem

    I tried to return these pants at least five times. First, I called and was put on hold for what felt like forever. Then I sent a bunch of emails, but they didn't help me at all. And to top it off, I got a really rude response! It was not cool at all.

    Address Change Issue

    I recently made an order and updated my address with them. However, when I placed a second order, I saw that my address had gone back to an old one. I contacted customer service right away for help, but their response was not helpful. They said they couldn't fix it, even though it was their mistake. I tried to get FedEx to help, but they said I needed Buckle's permission. Despite knowing about the issue, Buckle didn't contact FedEx promptly. I feel like they purposely made me pay for something I won't get. This whole thing has me doubting their customer service and ethics.

    Skinny jeans

    The skinny jeans selection at this store was okay, but I wasn't really blown away by my experience. I thought the prices were a bit high compared to brands like American Eagle, where I've found similar jeans that are cheaper and better made. The fit and style of the jeans I got weren't as trendy as I wanted, and I felt like I paid too much for what I got. Overall, I think they could step up their game with better quality and pricing.

    Overnight Shipping Disappointment

    My time at this store was a total disaster. I paid extra for overnight shipping, but my order didn't show up until three days later. When I called customer service, they had the nerve to say I placed my order late. Plus, one of the shirts I got had a big stain and still had the security tag on it. The customer service team didn't seem to care at all. I suggest that anyone thinking of shopping here should save their money and go elsewhere to support a better business.

    Ripped jeans after a few wears

    I was so looking forward to trying out these jeans from the store, but man, what a letdown. I only wore them a few times before they straight up split right by the back pocket. I couldn't believe how bad the quality was. When I went back to the store to see about exchanging them, the manager gave me a hard time. They not only said no to the exchange, but also tried to pin the tear on me by saying fabric softener could've caused it. But I don't even use fabric softener, so that excuse didn't fly with me. It's obvious the problem is just shoddy construction of the jeans. It sucks that my go-to place for jeans really dropped the ball on this one.

    Recent return experience

    I recently went to the Westfield Southcenter mall to return a pair of shorts I bought, but they told me I couldn't because I've returned too many things before. Even though I've made a couple of returns in the past, I always buy stuff and never wear them before deciding to return them if they don't work out. I left feeling pretty frustrated and upset because the customer service was lacking and they didn't seem to understand where I was coming from.

    Stylish clothing but lacking quality

    I really like the trendy clothes they have at this store, but I gotta admit, I've been let down by the quality of what I've bought. I got two pairs of jeans from there, and after just six months they've already got holes. Meanwhile, I've still got jeans from back in high school that have lasted over 10 years. It's disappointing to spend money on clothes that don't hold up. But I do like that they have a lot of stylish choices at that store.

    $290 purchase, awful customer service

    If you like bad customer service and getting treated badly after spending a lot of money, then this is the place for you! I'm so disappointed with the supervisor I had to deal with on my last visit. He was rude and didn't listen at all. I just wanted to exchange some jeans and ask about discounts, but instead, I got attitude and disrespect. I spent a lot on custom fees and shipping, but all I got was a dismissive attitude and a constant talk about shipping costs. It's really sad to spend $290 and get treated badly by someone who's supposed to give good customer service. I used to love coming to this store in Nashville, but now the service has gone way downhill. And to top it off, my call got mysteriously cut off during our talk. Coincidence? I don't think so. I'm sending back my jeans to Canada and I'll never go back to that store again.

    Polo-style shirts

    I bought some polo shirts from that shop and man, they turned out to be a big letdown in terms of quality. Even though I followed all the care instructions that the store gave me, the shirts started falling apart and getting holes after just a few times of wearing and washing them. And get this, each shirt cost me 60 bucks! On top of that, when I tried to return them because they were defective, the store wouldn't take them back saying they were too old. This whole thing has really ticked me off and there's no way I'm going back to that store again.

    Oh my gosh, I got these jeans from my go-to store for jeans and I have so many pairs from there. But this one pair is literally falling apart at the back pocket, and when I brought it up, they wouldn't do anything to help me out!     I have about 7 pairs of jeans and a few shirts from this store. I had to return one item, but it was no big deal. The clothes are really awesome, and the employees are friendly. I definitely plan on buying more stuff from there. Sometimes the prices are a little high and they might not have my size, but that's okay. All in all, Buckle is pretty cool.

    BKE jeans with sewing defects

    I've noticed that the last two pairs of women's BKE jeans I bought from this store had some issues with the sewing. The side seam on the left wasn't lined up evenly with the right side and was sort of shifted towards the front. Also, the front belt loops were not in the right place. Considering how much these jeans cost, I was hoping for better quality and attention to detail. I've been a regular customer here, so it's pretty disappointing. It makes me think twice about buying from this store again in the future.

    $200 pair of jeans

    I bought these jeans for 200 bucks and man, was I let down! The zipper was sewn all wonky to the side, making it super obvious and not cute when I put them on. I thought for that kind of money, they'd be made better with more care. And on top of that, they didn't hold up too well as time went on, which just bummed me out even more. Now I'm not so sure about going back to that store again after this whole ordeal.
