Online order, terrible shipping
I was pumped to order some awesome stuff online, but it's taking forever to get here! I was promised 3 days, but it's been a whole week and nada. The customer service rep blamed the post office, but then they promised to try a new delivery method. Turns out, they just used the post office again! Ugh, why can't they mix it up a bit? I just want my stuff already!

Unwanted items sent after cancellation
Sorry, but my time dealing with this company wasn't great. I bought something on their site, then changed my mind soon after. I got an email confirming that it was canceled, but then I got the items in the mail anyway - not just once, but twice. And it's even more annoying that they don't have many ways to get in touch with them besides their website, so I don't have any proof of our talks.

Dark Red Stripe Suit
The suit I got wasn't what I asked for. I wanted a Dark Red Stripe Suit, but they sent me a plain black one with red stripes instead. That's not cool at all, it's totally misleading. I'm gonna call my bank to dispute this and I'll also be contacting the attorney general and my congressman to report this shady business.

Temperature control system
I have to admit, I was really doubtful when we first got the temperature control system, but man, let me tell you, it has totally transformed the way both my husband and I sleep. We ended up buying two units, so now we can each have our own perfect temperature all through the night. No more sweating under the covers and then shivering - thanks to BedJet, the air keeps circulating around us so we can stay comfy all night long. And in the winter, I even warm up the bed before climbing in, and it's a total game changer. The dual sheet keeps our different temps separate, which is an awesome feature. I can't even imagine sleeping without our temperature control system now, and I really wish hotels had them because I miss it so much when we're traveling.

I just wanted to share about my recent experience with this online store. I spent $100 on some items, but it was honestly the worst shopping experience I've ever had. The delivery was delayed, communication was lacking, and the customer service was terrible. Overall, I was really disappointed with the whole thing.
