Pants purchase
I bought a pair of pants from this store, but they came with a bunch of moth holes. Such a bummer! But I gotta give props to their awesome customer service. I let them know about the problem and within an hour, they had refunded my account. That made it easy for me to snag a new pair. Their quick and efficient response totally saved the day for me.
Late arrival outfit order
I bought this suit for a fancy event, but it ended up arriving late, so we totally missed the whole thing. It was super disappointing and kind of annoying, especially since we were really excited to wear it.
Recent tuxedo purchase
I just bought a tuxedo from this place and it turned out to be a total disaster. The communication was awful - first they said my suit got wrecked in a flood, then I found out it had actually been shipped. Because of their mix-up, I had to cancel an order from another company since this one had already sent out my suit. The whole thing was super frustrating and I'm really let down by their lack of professionalism and honesty. Honestly, I don't even feel like opening the box at this point.
Gatsby suit purchase
I bought a Gatsby suit from this company recently and it was a bit of a rollercoaster. I ordered it on a Saturday night and was happily surprised when it showed up the following Wednesday, even though it was coming all the way from LA to Tucson. But then, I started to worry when the FedEx tracking said "label printed" for a couple of days. I sent an email on Monday and called on Tuesday, only to hear a message saying nobody was around because of COVID. It was a relief when I finally got a response late Tuesday, even though it was just repeating the tracking number. Luckily, the suit made it to Phoenix and was delivered on Wednesday like they promised.
Tuxedo and bow tie set
So I ordered this tuxedo and bow tie set from this place, right? And guess what? They only sent me one set instead of two! And then they were all like, "We totally sent two sets, trust us." But, like, hello?! It's been forever and I still haven't gotten my other set! And, like, nobody even picks up the phone when you try to call them! And their email responses are like, super lame. I just wanted my bow tie set, man. Not cool, bro. I'm out 29.99 and still no bow ties. Ugh, worst customer service ever. Like, never ordering from them again. And I'm totally gonna tell all my friends to steer clear, too.

If you have any problems with your order, don't waste your time reaching out to customer service because they're pretty much non-existent. Just save yourself the hassle and shop somewhere else.
Dark Red Stripe Suit
The suit I got wasn't what I asked for. I wanted a Dark Red Stripe Suit, but they sent me a plain black one with red stripes instead. That's not cool at all, it's totally misleading. I'm gonna call my bank to dispute this and I'll also be contacting the attorney general and my congressman to report this shady business.
Male suit jacket
Oh man, it was such a nightmare. I got my husband a suit jacket and it was all wrong. The size was way off, not even close to what they promised. It looked like it was made for a kid, not a grown man. And the quality was just garbage, it felt like it was made from the cheapest, flimsiest material. When I tried to get a refund, customer service wouldn't budge and just offered a discount on our next buy. It totally felt like a rip-off. I'm never coming back here, that's for sure.
Burgundy Men's Dinner Jacket
I got this Burgundy Men's Dinner Jacket from this company, but darn, it never showed up. Even though I had a FedEx tracking number that said the label was made, the jacket didn't even make it to the shipping company. I reached out to customer service through a bunch of emails and calls, but no one got back to me or helped out. It was super annoying and really disappointing to deal with this lack of communication and follow-through. Gonna have to leave a review on BBB to let others know about this bad service.
Overnight tuxedo order
I recently ordered a tuxedo, hat, and shoes with overnight shipping to make sure I had them in time for a special event on December 31st. But, even though the website said the label was made, my items never actually shipped out of the warehouse like they were supposed to. I tried getting in touch with customer service through email and phone several times, but no one ever got back to me. Eventually, I decided to just cancel my order, but I didn't even hear back about that. To make matters worse, the suit didn't show up until January 4th and the hat came a day later, on the 5th, without the shoes at all. I've tried reaching out again, but it's been crickets. And to top it off, they wanted to tack on a 20% restocking fee for the return. Needless to say, I won't be giving this company any glowing recommendations.
Incorrect suit received
This company is a total nightmare to deal with, I swear. I ordered a suit and got the wrong one. So, I called them up to try and fix it, right? But all they did was offer me a tiny discount to keep the suit I didn't even want. I tried calling them a bunch of times, but no one ever picked up. And when I shot them an email, they straight up ignored me and didn't even try to make things right. It's pretty clear to me that they don't give a damn about their customers or making them happy. I wouldn't be surprised if they were running things out of a garage, which would explain why they're so unprofessional and have the worst customer service I've ever experienced.
Dinner Jacket
This company is a total mess! I ordered a dinenr jacket and got the totally wrong thing. On top of that, they never even sent me the bow tie combo I wanted. When I reached out to get my money back, they ignored me. And to add insult to injury, I had to pay to ship the jacket back. Stay away from this company at all costs!
Tuxedo order
As a customer of this company, I gotta say I'm really bummed with my recent experience. I ordered a bunch of tuxedos, but only got one out of the four I paid for. They're saying FedEx lost the other three, but that just doesn't sit right with me. When I tried to reach out to them, their voicemail blamed COVID-19 for not being able to answer calls, which feels like a weak excuse. I've sent over 2000 emails to their customer service team and haven't gotten a single response, so now I'm frustrated and out of money for those missing tuxedos. Bottom line, the lack of communication and follow-through from this company has been really disappointing.
Tuxedo purchase for upcoming formal event
I just bought a tuxedo for a fancy event coming up and I gotta say, I was super impressed with the service and the quality of what I got. The people working there really knew their stuff and helped me find the perfect fit. The tuxedo itself was top-notch and looked awesome when I tried it on. All in all, it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a tuxedo.
White Suit Costume Description
I bought the White Suit Costume and wasn't too happy with it. The website said the pants could be adjusted by 4 inches in or 2 inches out, but it didn't say I needed a tailor to do that. That was kind of an important detail to leave out. Also, the website didn't say the pants weren't finished and needed to be hemmed. It seemed like they just expected people to know that, which was frustrating. Basically, the suit didn't match what the website said, so now I have to pay extra to get it fixed up.
Tuxedo
I wish I had looked into this place before buying from them. The tuxedo I got was terrible, nothing like what they showed online. And when I tried to return it, they slapped me with a 20% restocking fee! Definitely not the customer service I was hoping for. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place.
Tuxedo rental for a formal event
I was really let down by the service I got from this company. Even though I ordered way ahead of time, the tuxedo that showed up wasn’t what I asked for and it was obvious that it hadn’t been tailored properly. It was nearly impossible to get ahold of customer service - no one answered the phone and they took forever to respond to emails. They blamed the lack of service on Covid rules in California, but I didn’t buy that excuse. All in all, it was a pretty aggravating experience.
Tuxedo, SHIRT, bowtie
BEWARE... Nice clothes - TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I ordered a shirt along with my tuxedo and they sent the wrong one. It arrived almost 3 weeks ago and they still have not sent out the correct shirt, even though I told them the day it arrived and explained I had an event yesterday.
They will only communicate through email and via anonymous names with J... as the indicator (eg J21). I have repeatedly asked for a status or expected date and each time they keep trying to convince me to just keep the shirt I sent and they'll rebate $ back to my credit card. I don't want the ... ruffled shirt. I ordered the plain front shirt.
No one can tell me anything. They can't admit the shirt is out of stock, backlogged, no longer available.. NOTHING. Just keep offering a rebate. Like robots.
Again, nice clothes... but make ... well sure whatever you order is correct and delivered. You'll more than likely be out of luck if there's even a tiny error. There is no HUMAN side to this business. All keyboards and emails. JUST BEWARE!2 Dinner Jackets
100% SCAM! I've ordered 2 dinner jackets. Received 2 jackets, 2 vests, 2 pants and 2 bowties and none of them were what I ordered. When I asked how to return and get refund, they always came back with x amount of discount to keep the products that I didn't order. They have zero accountability for their mistake. Countless emails and back, ZERO resolution. I would not trust them with anything.
Same experience. NO human contact. Just emails. No accountability for sending wrong items.

I had a suit that was the wrong size. I immediately put back in box and returned. They charged a 20% restocking fee, I payed to ship it back myself (another $20) AND they subtracted the original shipping to me ( which was supposed to be free shipping?!?) customer service is ridiculous and terrible. Never use this trash scam company.
