Cancelled booking
I had a really bad experience the other day when my booking got canceled out of the blue. It was super stressful because I had everything planned out for my vacation and where I was gonna stay. Now I'm just sitting here waiting for a refund, which is making me even more annoyed. I definitely wouldn't recommend booking with this company again.

Faulty product warranty claim
My PureVis cap stopped working right after I bought it. I was really bummed out, but the customer service was awesome! I put in a warranty claim and a rep got in touch to give me a replacement. They didn't have the color I wanted, but they surprised me by throwing in an extra product for free. I'm excited for my package to get here!

Tuxedo rental for a formal event
I was really let down by the service I got from this company. Even though I ordered way ahead of time, the tuxedo that showed up wasn’t what I asked for and it was obvious that it hadn’t been tailored properly. It was nearly impossible to get ahold of customer service - no one answered the phone and they took forever to respond to emails. They blamed the lack of service on Covid rules in California, but I didn’t buy that excuse. All in all, it was a pretty aggravating experience.

60" pine straw landscape rake
Poorly packaged. Parts were scattered everywhere in the box. No instructions or parts list. Multiple calls for support which was none. Finally offered a $40 refund. Had to reverse engineer to assemble. Drilled mount hole do not line up. Had to modify most parts. Don't buy from Vevor.
