Ordered seat base and was told would receive by the 8 th on the 11th i was checking tracking still don't have, says uni uni and a number pressed on it and sends you in circle. left message and there solution is give us 3 days and we will find out. I asked for refund and they went silent. That's ok I will call the bank they will credit me and they lost a customer.

Glad I went bigger
I spotted these on a parenting forum and figured I'd try them since medium ones were sold out. Paid bit more for the larger wheels but they're much easier to push, told a friend and she loved them too.
Good tools, few quirks
Solid value overall. I picked up several tools from them over the past year and most performed as promised. First impression was pleasantly surprised by the build. One item had a small hiccup that needed tinkering, but otherwise happy enough.
Tool-hunting on a budget
Saw Vevor in a YouTube build vid and my buddy kept telling me to try them. I hesitated, figured cheap might mean junk. Ordered a few things. They’re actually decent. Price is great. Service was hit-or-miss and one shipment was slow, but mostly my doubts faded.
Almost There
the eyelets aren’t reinforced and the skinny zip ties they include look like they’ll pull through after a few gusts. I’ll probably hit Home Depot and spend five bucks on brass grommets and wider ties — annoying but an easy fix. I’ve ordered from other companies that needed less tinkering, so yeah it’s not perfect, but for the money and speed it works.
Distilled Water Machine
I misplaced my operating instructions and requested a replacement manual be mailed to me for a gift I received. Seems like a simple request but after several emails over several weeks I made no progress to the point I gave up after several repetitive responses. That plus the fact that they have NO phone number added to my frustration. Steer clear of this company.
