No warranty on Vevor ultrasonic cleaner
Purchased an ultrasonic cleaner from Vevor, and it failed within the advertised 12-month warranty. Go to their site and you will see at the top of the web page a 12-month warranty, no further information on what they mean by a 12-month warranty. This is their reply:

We are sorry that we have not received a reply from the supplier.
As you used this machine for more than 6 months and this product still in one-year warranty, we can only resend product for free within in one-month after receive.
We provide the following suggestions for you:
1. You repair it from local and we bear the repair fee in acceptable range for you. Please inform us the repair fee first.
2. Considering that you used this machine for more than 6 months, you pay 50 % of the price for a brand new machine. We will send you the new product after confirm the payment.

I bought a Vevor 20-30l/h Commercial Soft Serve Ice Cream. In August 2021, Installed the machine in mid August. We conducted our regular maintenance and cleaning, the machine lasted approximately one month. It started smoking and hasn't worked since. I sent an e-mail to their service department on numerous occasions with no response. I would not recomend buying from Vevor.

I bought a 6 color 6 platen screen printing press from Vevor. The item was shipped to me relatively quick but upon arrival one box was damaged. I proceeded to open all boxes and then found that that out of the damaged box there was hardware missing. I was willing to work around that but then found that the company sending it, VEVOR had installed the incorrect top plate and two of the platen arms were totally missing. I contacted them, sent SEVERAL pictures and they said that they would get the correct and missing parts sent. I said OK. I waited a month, messaged them and never received any replies until I filed a dispute through PayPal. Then I start getting messages. They want me to close my dispute and they said only then will they send me parts. I gave them the chance to send the parts before and they never did, once I close the dispute I will never receive parts. Now they on top of them not sending me the correct parts AND some even missing want me to pay shipping back for a major defective and useless item.

If you order ANYTHING from Vevor, you better make sure they understand what you are trying to purchase and make sure what you are ordering is exactly what you need. Otherwise you are just wasting your money, because they will not take a return.
After you know what you need, find a site with good customer service and will take a unused return and maybe send you what you actually need. Vevor.com website is very misleading on the FREE return. The main page of their website indicates 30 DAYS FREE RETURN. But on their return policy, only certain condition supports the free return. Vevor Motor Order VEVOR170599
I received my Vevor Pool Pump motor order on August 21,2021.
I installed this on my 1hp Pentair Pool Pump August 24, 2021 and it initially worked well.
After 3 days(total of 15 hours of runtime), on August 27, 2021 the motor just stopped working.
I checked all electrical connections and voltage at the motor terminals with a DMM and all connections check-out fine. The motor just stopped working.
I contacted Vevor customer service requesting a full refund. Their solution was to, video their motor not working.
This is obviously some sort of stalling tactic, to instill customer frustration.

Poorly packaged. Parts were scattered everywhere in the box. No instructions or parts list. Multiple calls for support which was none. Finally offered a $40 refund. Had to reverse engineer to assemble. Drilled mount hole do not line up. Had to modify most parts. Don't buy from Vevor.

4.5 Bushel Laundry Cart
I ordered a metal laundry cart from Vevor. The website had incorrect dimensions. I could not use the item I paid $130 for. I asked for a refund. They emailed me numerous time to try to get me to keep it and forego the refund. I just wanted my money back to buy what I could actually use. The whole process is a scam. I will not deal with this company again!

I bought a commercial icemaker for 500 dollarrs from vevor. after 1 week the bearings in the pump started screaming. the machine overheats then shuts down as the pump overheats. Vevor then wants pictures and a description of problem. its a bad pump. Now they want a video of problem. Im a 68 year old man who doesnt understand all that technology but i do know how to fix almost anything. This company is awful. Dont buy anything from them. They take advantage of seniors.

universal mobile base
Hardware was missing because of poor boxing. They said I have to wait 15 days at least because the replacement bolts have to come from China. This base was to installed for a client ASAP. Their inventory shows they have more in US Stock and could have sent me parts asap. They refused. I had to order another one from a US based supplier.DO NOT BUY FROM this Chinese company VEVOR.
