    DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I ordered a heat press and waited for delivery information to be emailed to me. You know, the thing that normally happens when you order something. After 3 days with no word, I decided to contact them. It took multiple attempts to get a live person on the line in customer service and they were no help. They said they needed to contact the seller, as they were only the call center. The next day I woke up to an email stating that the heat press wasn't even in stock. Meanwhile, the payment already cleared. I'm pretty sure that only happens when the merchant requests payment, which means these people actually requested payment for an item they didn't even have. I consider that theft. Now they're begging me to remove my bad reviews. The nerve. I will never, ever shop with them again.

    You are lucky if you ever got a live person. There are three options, customer service, tracking, and shipping and receiving. I tried all three. The first one said they aren't taking calls and it hangs up. The second was a constant busy signal and the third, was the same as the first. No way to leave a message or talk to anyone. Our payment was deducted from our credit card on July 16th. The fedex tracking number does not exist, there is no response from emails. This is now being turned in as fraud. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS SO-CALLED COMPANY, IT IS A SCAM!!!

    It’s been 5 days since I placed my order, and Vevor is now asking me to provide more information for clarification due to security purposes. This is all after I received a confirmation order number, and a summary of the item that reads “PAID.” So I did as the first email requested, and sent the information that was asked of me. I still have no tracking number to date, and I can’t seem to get ahold of anyone from Customer Service to speak with. I recently received another brief email indicating that my shipment is being currently processed, just about an hour ago. All they said was a tracking number will be provided to me soon. I have a business to run, and this setback is costing me time, money, and clients. (Vevor131606) is the order number, I need to know what’s the status or hold up, and if it’s going to drag on like this, then I want to cancel this order and request a refund..

    I ordered a 3 Point Bx Trailer Hitch Compact Tractor Kubota. The side pins needed to be installed, however the welded on nuts were not the correct size or threading for the supplied pins.

    Order number VEVOR52601 (since they always ask in their replies) arrived with a broken motor (inside the unit). I called the US number customer service. They asked I send via text mgs pictures of the broken part. I sent like 8. All they do is literally "take a message" - nothing else. Then, in the middle of the night you get a poorly worded email asking questions from someone clearly not aware of the problem. I wrote several times the motor mount and motor was broken. They then asked me to go to the web site and circle on the item what is broken. .DUHHHH... the motor is INSIDE the unit - I opened it up when all I heard was rattling. I have told them now 3 times I need a new motor. I have sent pictures of the broken motor. So far, this has been a waste of time and money. If they resolve this - I will write back and let everyone know.

    Professional 4l Oxygen Propane Gas Welding And Cutting Outfit Torch

    The Torch was delivered promptly. I opened the box to the smell reminiscent of new vinyl that I think was the hoses. I like the smell that's why I mention it. I was really happy with my purchase. Everything looked first class and well manufactured. This is not a high end torch model but nobody can afford them anyway. I had a good experience with this company.

    Ordered a heat press June 25,2021. Label was created for package same day with tracking number. Tracking number only shows label created with no movement. My estimated arrival day was June 30, 2021. It’s passed that and tracking still only shows label created. I still haven’t received my package. I have contacted seller with very little help in response to what’s going on with the order and shipping. I will be filing a claim through PayPal. Buyer beware! I’d give a zero rating if it allowed.

    Same here. They cleared the payment for my heat press knowing it wasn't even in stock and blamed it on a "system error". I woke up to like 5 emails from the today apologizing, offering a refund and asking me to remove my bad reviews. Not only am I not removing them, I'm adding more. This place needs to be STOPPED!!!

    I ordered this machine for 4th of July. It said it will be delivered on 6-30-2021. Called fed ex and they have never received item. It’s still showing in warehouse. I need this for youth at camp and now they are going be disappointed due to this. I should have went with another company.

    I'm experiencing the exact same issue. Bought a present for my boyfriend (his birthday is the fourth). It said I'd get in by the 30.... it hasn't even shipped yet and no response to my email either.

    Bought a heat press on June 25,2021 with a estimated arrival date of June 30th label for package was created that day with tracking number. Tracking number only shows label created, package has never been shipped out.

    Have had nothing but a nite mare with this purchase. The machine was reissued due to never receiving the first order. Then I get it and it's dented up, ,it isn't freezing and I was told to take it to a repair shop but let them know price wise first. I dent spend 1095.00 on an item not to work properly. I hve been given the run around and feel like it's OK to spend my hard earned money but not ok for you all to stand by your equipment.

    They used photo of newer model but shipped older model that looks different and had missing accessories.
    Email support takes days to respond and their response is not full.
    They drag time to avoid 30 day free return because freight return is expensive and they dont want to loose money.
    I opened paypal case on them. They have yet responded to it.

    Also, they barely speak english so....

I've called and left 3 voicemails nobody's called me back nobody answers at customer service nobody answers that shipping and receiving and it's a busy signal when you hit option to for tracking. I contacted customer service for a replacement and they refused. My options were, 1. Have it repaired locally (that probably would have voided the warranty) 2. They would give me a $25 credit OR 3. Sell it to a friend or family member and order another one. Incredibly stupid customer service. Now I’m stuck with a meat grinder that will likely leak raw meat into the motor housing, or I guess I can pay someone to try to mill a new hole for a new bolt. Either way, I have to fix something that is brand new. Find someone else to buy from.
