Simpler hair color
Maybe I'm in the minority here, but Simpler hair color was very harsh on my skin. I experienced burning and it caused my skin to seep fluid from the burns it caused.

Order number VEVOR52601 (since they always ask in their replies) arrived with a broken motor (inside the unit). I called the US number customer service. They asked I send via text mgs pictures of the broken part. I sent like 8. All they do is literally "take a message" - nothing else. Then, in the middle of the night you get a poorly worded email asking questions from someone clearly not aware of the problem. I wrote several times the motor mount and motor was broken. They then asked me to go to the web site and circle on the item what is broken. .DUHHHH... the motor is INSIDE the unit - I opened it up when all I heard was rattling. I have told them now 3 times I need a new motor. I have sent pictures of the broken motor. So far, this has been a waste of time and money. If they resolve this - I will write back and let everyone know.

Oh these people are HORRIBLE!!! I have a pump that's not even a month old and doesn't work at all and they are playing so many games trying to get ME to diagnose it and disassemble it. Like what a warranty huh. NEVER BUY FROM THEM!!!!!!

Ordered an emerson combat uniform never was shipped after multiple emails they finally respond with a Bs it's going to be shipped message. It's been over 3 weeks ive seen nothing. This is a fraudulent website don't order from them

they are based in china so please don't order from them... I've been trying to cancel my order even threatened to bring in a lawyer. there customer service is terrible
I too am trying to cancel my order. My FIRST order took a MONTH!! My Dumb ASS ordered Again because it stated they were Based in CALIFORNIA!! No Response from their Customer Service. I should have just gone Back on Base and ordered it THAT way
Same Issue. They did refund my money...but I suspect something similar to PPD is used. They tried to tell me I might be allergic to something like Aloe...not the other 20+ chemical compounds.
