Sample cakes for birthday
I recently ordered some sample cakes for my birthday, looking forward to indulging in some tasty treats. Sadly, the cakes I got were a huge letdown. They were super dry and crumbly, almost like sawdust - a clear sign they'd been hanging out in a freezer for way too long. Plus, all the different flavors I ordered tasted pretty much the same. Take the "cookies and cream" one, for example. It barely had a white chocolate swirl on top and ended up tasting just like the chocolate torte and double chocolate cakes. I was bummed that I couldn't swap out the carrot cake, which I don't even like. All in all, the cakes were not worth the money I spent on them, especially with the expensive shipping fees. I definitely won't be buying from this place again. It was a pretty disappointing way to celebrate my birthday.

The greeting cards I ordered were so beautiful and exactly like they were advertised. Being able to personalize them made them just right for the six occasions I needed them for. The cards were really high quality and I was so impressed with how they looked. The service was quick and accurate, and the cost was much cheaper than buying similar cards in a store. I'm really happy with my purchase and will definitely be coming back for all my greeting card needs.

Bunk Bed
Oh my gosh, this bunk bed is adorable, but man, it was a hassle to put together! Some of the holes didn't line up right for the screws, so we had to re-drill them. It felt like it took forever to get it all set up, but now it looks really cool in my room.

I had a terrible experience with HolidayLettings recently. I made a reservation for one of their homes listed on their site months in advance, only to become a victim of fraud. Just a month before our travel date, the supposed "owner" contacted me and asked for money through Zelle payment, which raised suspicions. I immediately reached out to the HolidayLettings fraud department, who investigated and confirmed that the listing was fake. This left our group without accommodation for a trip that was just around the corner. Unfortunately, the area we were visiting was in high demand, and prices had skyrocketed since our original booking. Despite the inconvenience caused, HolidayLettings offered no compensation to offset the price difference and seemed to make little effort in finding a suitable alternative accommodation that was similar to our original choice. This experience has made me realize that TripAdvisor and its affiliated companies do very little to vet and verify the listings on their site. The lack of oversight allows criminals to take advantage of unsuspecting customers, and it appears that HolidayLettings is unconcerned about this issue. Based on my experience, I strongly recommend seeking other travel booking services that are more trustworthy and reputable when planning future trips in order to avoid similar situations. I cannot recommend HolidayLettings services, given the lack of accountability and oversight I encountered.

When I ordered those dark chocolate truffles from this company, I was really excited for something amazing. But, man, I was pretty disappointed by how bland they tasted and how not-great the texture was. The box they came in looked fancy, I'll give them that, but the truffles just didn't match up to the fancy packaging. Plus, I thought they were a tad overpriced for what I got. I was really hoping for a rich, indulgent chocolate treat, but what I got was just meh.

I bought this really cute outfit for my little sister, but it was so frustrating that I could only order one since it was on sale. I mean, why wouldn't they want to make more money by letting people buy more than one? It just doesn't make sense to limit customers like that. I reached out to customer service and explained the problem, and they quickly sent me a new set of clamps that worked perfectly. It did take a little longer than I hoped for the new clamps to get to me, but I'm grateful for the customer service team for their help in fixing the issue.

The stuff I ordered got here pretty fast, except for this one thing that's missing after 2 weeks! But the people working there were really nice and helped me exchange an item that didn't fit. I just wish they could give more accurate shipping estimates, but I still really like their stuff!

I ordered from just flowers two orders and my girl only received one of them. they tell me oh we tried to deliver them but they'll be re-delivered on saturday 5-8-21 but no flowers came. then if you try to get ahold of customer service you'll be on it for over two hours without anyone picking up the damn phone instead to automated system cuts you off and you have to start all over again. so how in the hell am i suppose to find out why my delivery never made it and yet they took my money. so how do i get a refund because these were mother day flowers and theirs no point now in sending them because the florists don't deliver on sundays. its a bunch of bullshit. i'll NEVER order any flowers again from Just Flowers.

Yep same thing happened with us. Got charged extra AND they werent even delivered. Got through to customer service once, they said they needed to look into it and call me back. This was on Saturday, still waiting for that call. I've called back, left messages and sent emails.Now they dont even answer their phone. Terrible.

I recommend you all immediately call you credit card company and file a dispute. Your flowers will never arrive. You can get the money back thru your bank.
