Recent purchase
I ordered something not too long ago, but I still haven't gotten any confirmation or order number yet. I'm getting a little anxious because without any proof, I won't have anything to show if my order doesn't show up. I really hope everything goes smoothly because I don't want to end up losing $100 for no reason.
Unique and fun pieces
I first found Ciciful because they have some really cool and quirky stuff. I bought some things from them and liked what I got. But, I had to send back a couple of items that didn't fit me well. They dealt with the return super fast and got it sorted out. I liked how they handled it. All in all, I was pretty satisfied with my experience and would think about buying from them again down the line.
Four items ordered, received only three
I'm really frustrated with the service I got from this company. I ordered four things, but only got three of them. And it's been nearly three weeks, but the fourth item still hasn't even been sent out. This is just not cool - they're so disorganized and don't even bother to keep me updated. My advice? Don't waste your time with this company. Look for somewhere more dependable to shop instead.
Stock availability inquiry
Has anyone seen my email? I reached out about my order status because the website said the item was in stock. Still haven't heard back. My order number is CF00104660. I'll let you know when I get a response and when my order comes in.
Large order, no confirmation email or order number
I was super excited to receive my order, but then I realized I never got an order number or confirmation email. Like, seriously, I spent so much time picking out my stuff and now I don't even know if it's on its way. It's so annoying and frustrating. But thankfully, their support team reached out and got everything sorted, so that's a relief! The products I received are actually pretty cool, so I might give this shop another shot if they improve their communication.
Lingerie purchase
I just wanted to say that for the most part, I've had a really great experience with their products. They always seem to be even better than they promote them to be, and definitely worth the money. But I gotta be honest, my last order was a letdown. I was really looking forward to getting this specific lingerie set, and then I ended up getting this cheap pink set instead. Not cool. It's annoying to shell out more cash for something that wasn't even what I wanted. Overall, the website is cool, but I'll definitely have to reach out to get this mix-up sorted out.
Quick Purchase for Event
I bought something for an event this weekend and put in the order on May 20. The status has been "Active" and "Awaiting shipment" ever since. I'm really in a hurry and need it to show up on time. But, I haven't been getting any updates on when it'll be ready and sent out. It would really help to have better communication and know what's going on with my order.
10 pieces, had to size up
Wow, I ordered a bunch of stuff from this store and man, they fit perfectly! I had to go up a size, but once I found the right one, they looked amazing on me. I was so happy they came early, just in time for my event. I'll definitely be coming back here for my holiday outfits for the next special occasion.
Cute clothes
I absolutely adore buying my adorable clothes from this store! They always arrive so quickly and look exactly like the pictures on the website. Plus, the sizing is spot on every single time, which is amazing!
Used underwear purchase
I can't believe the terrible experience I had with this company. The underwear I bought came in all used, with no tags and clearly cleaned and dried. It was gross and not okay. When I talked to customer service for a refund, they wouldn't help and didn't offer any way to fix it. I'm shocked by how unprofessional and dishonest this company is. I suggest everyone steer clear of this shady website and save themselves the trouble and letdown.
Unique clothing gamble
As someone who shops here a lot, I gotta admit my experiences have been kinda all over the place. Sometimes I order stuff and it's way better than I thought it'd be - top-notch quality. But then there are times when what I get looks nothing like the pictures online. Still, I keep coming back because I can't find the same cool stuff anywhere else in the UK. I'm willing to roll the dice and hope for the best with my orders, but it'd be nice if the sizes were more reliable. Maybe they should think about selling on a big site like ASOS to reach more people.

I had a really bad experience with this company. I ordered two pieces of clothing, but when my package arrived, I got two totally different items in the wrong sizes. When I contacted customer service about the mix-up, they weren't very helpful and said I had to cover the cost of returning the items before getting a refund. Dealing with this lack of quality check and bad customer service made me super frustrated and unhappy with my shopping experience.

I just bought some really cool men's clothing from this store and I have to say, I was impressed by the awesome selection of designer menswear they have. I just bought some clothes from this store and it was a pretty good experience overall. I got a few different things and most of them came quickly, except for one that was back-ordered. They could've done better with keeping me updated on that one, I had to ask a few times to get any info. But the customer service was awesome. They were super helpful and always got back to me quickly when I reached out.

Don't waste your money shopping here! I got something that was a letdown. It wasn't good quality, the design was ugly, and it definitely wasn't worth the high price. I could've found something similar for way cheaper somewhere else.

Two-piece item purchase
I just wanted to share my thoughts on my recent purchase from this online store. I was really impressed with the quality of the two-piece item I got.
