I just bought some sneakers from their site and had a big problem with the delivery. Even though the tracking said my package was delivered, I never got it. I tried contacting both the courier and the company, but they couldn't help me at all. Their lack of responsibility and customer service really bummed me out. I recommend being careful if you're thinking about ordering from them.

I just bought the Kourtney Kids Set and let me tell you, I am so excited about it. The delivery was fast, the packaging was great, and the outfit is even better than I expected. My little one looks super cute in it, and I couldn't be more pleased with my purchase!

I got these awesome clothes from this place and they are super unique and well made. But seriously, have you noticed how ridiculously long the tags are on their shorts and pants? They just get caught in the weirdest places. I mean, c'mon, why would a company that makes such cool stuff have such annoying tags?

VPN service
Man, let me tell you about this VPN I got. At first, it was great - smooth sailing all the way. But then out of nowhere, I started having these major connection problems. It would take forever to connect or not work at all. And don't get me started on the Kill switch feature, it's a disaster. Randomly drops connection and sometimes activates on its own. Not cool, man. But hey, the tech support team was helpful. Spent an hour with them trying to fix things, but there are still issues. My connection is kinda okay now, but not as good as before. Hopefully, they'll iron out the kinks soon!

My river cruise experiences have been amazing. From Bordeaux to Bourgogne, Rhine, and Danube, each trip had great service. I got to see new places, meet awesome people, and make unforgettable memories. The staff on board were super attentive and made sure we had a great time. I would definitely recommend these cruises to anyone looking for a top-notch river adventure!

Waterproof bag damaged in washing machine
How am I supposed to clean this thing if I can't throw it in the washer? Customer service was no help at all, they just sent me a link saying the warranty is void if you wash it in the machine. What's the point of a lifetime warranty if there are all these exceptions? Really let down by the brand and their customer service.

Disappointing product
I bought something from this store recently and man, it was an absolute disaster. I got a similar thing from them like a year ago and it was a total dud. I tried reaching out to them but no dice. Ended up chucking it. But I figured, why not give them another shot? Ordered a new product and fingers crossed this one actually works.

I wasn't happy about the extra fees that were hidden when I made my purchase. But when I left a review expressing my frustration, I got an email that actually addressed my concerns. The company not only recognized my feedback, but they also gave me a refund for some of those extra charges. It was a surprise, but it really showed me that they care about their customers and want to make things right. You don't see this kind of customer service very often, so I'm grateful. I'll definitely be telling my friends and family about this company.

Overpriced disappointment
Don't waste your money shopping here! Dealing with this company was a total nightmare. Their customer service is absolutely awful - I've tried calling and emailing multiple times with no luck. I returned a $500 purchase over a month ago and still haven't heard anything about my refund. This has definitely been my worst online shopping experience ever. Save yourself the trouble and shop somewhere else!

I ordered a pair of sandals and obviously chose a size 8, which is what I normally wear. The sandals were lovely but too big. Was told that it cost the company a lot to send them to me and there was nothing they could do. I won't ever buy shoes online again.
