Cap purchase
I bought a hat from this company, but I've been really disappointed with everything. It's been five weeks and my order still hasn't been sent out. I tried reaching out and they said it would be shipped soon, but I haven't heard anything since. I've tried contacting customer service but no one has answered my calls. The lack of communication and delay in shipping has been frustrating and I'm not satisfied with their service at all. I highly recommend thinking twice before buying from this company unless you're okay with possibly losing your money.
Two separate orders
I've placed two orders with this company, and honestly, both times were a letdown. The customer service wasn't reliable, the delivery took forever and was all over the place, and the communication was just bad. I wouldn't suggest going with this vendor, it's better to look somewhere else for what you need.
Jacket purchase
I am so frustrated with how things went down with my order and service from this company. It's been over a month since I bought a jacket and I still haven't gotten it. The customer service has been a disaster - they haven't really helped me at all. I kept getting the runaround, fed lies, and left clueless about where my order was. I reached out a bunch of times and all I got back was unhelpful excuses. It's obvious they don't care about keeping customers happy. I'm seriously fed up now and won't be coming back to shop here.

I tried calling and emailing several times just to double-check I was getting the right stuff, but nobody got back to me. So, I had to go somewhere else to buy what I needed. It's kind of a bummer that a company working with important people in the community can't even manage good customer service. It seems like they just don't care about us customers.
PDDGM Apron case
I ordered a PDDGM Apron case from this store back in February, and let me tell you, it's been a total nightmare! I still haven't received my case, even though they gave me a DHL tracking number. But get this - DHL never even got the package. When I reached out to the store for help, all they did was give me some vague excuse about checking with their team. Honestly, I'm really starting to believe this store is a scam, so I'm disputing the charges. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this place!
Masonry supplies
I bought some masonry supplies from this store not too long ago, and honestly, it was a total letdown. The ordering process was a total mess and it took forever just to get one item, and it wasn't even the right one! I was hoping for better service and accuracy from a company like this. It's disappointing that they didn't communicate this to customers like me. I don't understand why being in New Jersey didn't lead to quicker delivery to Pennsylvania where I am. Also, the tracking info I got doesn't match up with what's really going on with my order, making me doubt if this is all legit. This whole experience has left me unsure and I don't feel confident recommending their services to anyone.

The customer service at this place is absolutely amazing. Mark really went the extra mile to help me out with my order, making sure that every little detail of the custom embroidery work on my apron and case was just right. I was really impressed by how thorough, friendly, and attentive they were every step of the way. Even though I haven't gotten my order yet, I just had to share how great the service has been. I'll be sure to give an update once I receive my order.
Apron, gloves, case
I ordered an apron, gloves, and a case back on February 17th. I did get an acknowledgment, but it looks like my stuff still hasn't been shipped yet. I've been trying to reach out to customer service through email, but no one has gotten back to me. I really wish I had checked the reviews before I bought anything. I guess I'll wait a little longer before figuring out what to do next. Honestly, I wouldn't suggest buying from this company.

I got these two really cool jackets from this store back in December, right? But guess what? I still haven't received them! I mean, seriously, what's going on with that? This company is such a joke! I ordered a replacement crown back in February, and it's been over three months, but I still haven't gotten it. Hey everyone, I just wanted to give you a heads up about this sketchy website where I bought some cute minifigures. The phone number just hangs up on you, the address is for a completely different company, they never respond to emails, and to top it off, my order never arrived! Definitely best to steer clear of this website!

I've been a customer at this company for years and I gotta say, their product selection is top-notch. Every time I've made a purchase, I've had a great experience. The customer support team is super helpful, especially Mark - that guy really knows his stuff.
Leather custom engraved bag for a past master
I looked everywhere for this Masonic item I’ve been wanting, and finally found it at this store. At first, there wasn’t much communication, but Mark eventually emailed me with updates. No one ever picked up the phone, but in the end, it was worth it. The leather bag they crafted with custom engraving for a past master, along with my name and lodge number, arrived in about three weeks. It was exactly what I wanted and I’m thrilled with my purchase. Even though the lack of communication at first was a bummer, the quality of the product won me over. It turns out the item was made overseas and shipped from the UAE, something I wish they had been upfront about. Still, I have this amazing custom leather item now, and the price I paid seems fair for the quality I got. Despite the mixed feelings from the lack of communication and the unexpected origin of the product, I’d recommend this store to anyone looking for unique Masonic items and I’ll definitely be back for more stuff in the future.

Full Master Mason Regalia
I wanted to purchase a Funeral apron for the loss of an individual and I wound up buying a new MM apron, Working tool collar and apron case. The quality of the items are all excellent, The colors of the materials used are all excellent the pricing and delivery were all excellent. I live in USA and these items were sent from Pakistan. I ordered them at different times and they all arrived earlier than the expected date they stated. Very happy with all items purchased.
OES Brooch
These brooches now represent memories from the past for a relationship in the governing of a special club, The Order of The Eastern Star. They are beautiful emblems in size, color and acceptance by the recipients to hold a special meaning for fraternal friendship. Brick Masons is an excellent source to obtain this type of momento. I strongly recommend!
Scottish Rite Ring
Im not one to complain but this Scottish Rite ring I bought from Bricks Masons is almost nothing like the photo that is on the site. The double headed eagle isnt clear nor is there a legible square and compass and the latin words my hope is in God at the bottom. I waited a month for it to come from China and it looks like it took 2 bucks to make. I recommend Masonic rings from Secret of Art on amazon or ebay. The blue lodge ring I bought from them is a little pricey but so worth it for its quality.
