I bought this really amazing artwork sticker from here, and let me tell you, it's absolutely stunning. The design is so detailed and full of color, definitely stands out from the rest of my collection. But I gotta say, I had some problems with the shipping. I paid extra to get it here on time, but it ended up being delayed. Trying to reach customer service about it was a hassle and really annoying. Even with that little issue, I still think the artwork is fantastic and really adds something beautiful to my room.

California King Topper
I recently bought a California King mattress topper from this company and I am really happy with it. The topper fits perfectly on my bed and is made of really nice materials. It is medium density and three inches thick, which gives just the right amount of support and comfort. Even though my husband was unsure at first, he also finds it very comfortable. Personally, I have seen a big improvement in my joint pain since using this topper. While I might prefer something softer, the medium density is just right for my husband. There wasn't any smell when we opened the packaging and the topper expanded right away. The customer service was excellent and I'm happy with the care and detail put into making this organic product.

Tribute really came through for us on our retirement video, even though there were a few hiccups with the photos and videos. They were great at listening to our feedback and making the changes we asked for. I have to admit, I wouldn't have known where to start with putting it all together, so I'm thankful for the extra touches like the cover page, ending page, and music that Tribute included. Bracelet falling apart
I got this really cute bracelet from here and loved it at first. But, after a few weeks, it started falling apart. The quality of the cord they used was terrible, I lost crystals, and now I don't even wear it. Don't spend your money here, go somewhere else for better quality stuff. Plus, they totally lied in their response to me! They claimed I bought multiple items from them, which is completely false. I only purchased that one bracelet and now I deeply regret it. I will never shop here again, no chance!

Knee highs and stockings quality issues
I've been dealing with customer service and it's been a total nightmare. I've reached out to the company several times about the terrible quality of the knee highs and stockings, but the supervisors I've talked to have been unhelpful and argumentative. They don't listen to what I have to say and just talk over me, which always leaves me feeling frustrated and stressed. It's pretty obvious that their customer service skills are seriously lacking, so I think I'll have to find a new place to buy from.
