Awesome knife
I bought this really awesome knife that looks like something out of a ninja movie! I placed the order a while ago, but I still haven't received any shipping confirmation. I tried calling them, but the voicemail was full. I also sent them an email, and all they said was they'll pass on my concern. It's really disappointing. This company seems sketchy with their fancy website but lack of actual products. Now I'm concerned about the quality of the knife as well. It's just not cool!
Replacement of a faulty item
I had a problem with something I bought from this company, but the owner contacted me directly to fix it. I was really impressed by how much they cared about making sure I was happy. Dan really went out of his way to make sure everything was sorted out quickly, which isn't always the case with online businesses. I would definitely suggest this company to others because of their incredible customer service.
2 knives
I recently bought two knives, but unfortunately, one of them quickly had issues with the blade. The blade wouldn't come out right and seemed to be broken inside. I reached out for a refund, but haven't received a response yet. I'm pretty disappointed with the situation. I'll wait to see how they handle this before deciding if I want to continue shopping with Blade City.
Knife set
I just bought a knife set from this store and man, I was really impressed by how good the products are. The knives are super sharp and sturdy, just what I needed. But I gotta admit, I was a little worried when my package showed up without me knowing beforehand. I checked the tracking info and it still said the package was on the way, so that had me kinda stressed. Overall though, I had a good shopping experience and I'd totally think about coming back here again in the future.
Monthly subscription box
I'm a Blade City customer and I get a monthly subscription box with different types of blades. I really like the quality and variety of stuff I get in each box. But one time I had a problem with the wait time and customer service when I bought something extra outside of my monthly subscription. I get that they have a process for new subscription orders every month, but I was bummed that my extra order didn't ship right away like my regular monthly box. I think customers who buy extra stuff should get their orders quickly.
Tactical knife
I recently bought a tactical knife from Blade City, but my experience has been a huge letdown. I was expecting to get it in 3-5 days because I paid for faster shipping. The site promised I'd get it in time for Christmas if I ordered before a certain date. But, my item has been waiting for a shipping label for days now. I've tried calling and emailing them with no luck. It's super annoying to be ignored after already paying for something.
Three knife purchase
I bought three knives from this company a while back, but it's been over a month and I still haven't gotten my order. I've tried reaching out to customer support through email multiple times, but I haven't heard anything back from them. I'm really disappointed and frustrated with the lack of communication and the delay in delivery. I really wish I never bought from them and I won't be buying from them again.

Viper tec OTF knife
So I ordered this super cool knife as a Christmas present for my brother in law, but when it finally arrived after forever, it was defective straight out of the box. It only works half the time! I tried reaching out to the company but got no response. I'm so disappointed.
Butterfly knife purchase
I just bought a butterfly knife from this site, and man, was I let down. The blade felt super weak and definitely not as sharp as they claimed. And to top it off, the handle ended up cracking after just a little bit of use. The whole thing just felt like it was made poorly and wasn't very sturdy. Plus, it was smaller than I thought it would be. I really wish I hadn't bought it from this site, and I wouldn't suggest it to anyone looking for a good knife.
Chinese sword
I was a little unsure about buying a new blade from this company at first, but I decided to go for it. It took about a week and some change, but my Chinese sword finally showed up in good shape. I went for the faster shipping option, but it didn't make it on time. However, when I contacted the company about it, they quickly refunded me, which was a nice touch. All in all, I'm happy with my purchase. The sword's quality went beyond what I expected, especially for the price. Even though the delivery took longer than I thought, I think it was fair considering the distance from Florida to California. I'll definitely come back as a customer and recommend them to others. The customer service was helpful and understanding, which made my experience even better.
Italian stiletto purchase
I was pretty annoyed with how long it took for my order to ship - it took more than a week! They sent me an email saying they made the label but hadn't actually shipped it out yet. I was getting really impatient and let them know I was frustrated. But in the end, I did finally get my Italian stiletto and it was actually really good quality. It's strong and definitely worth the price I paid for it.
$100 knife purchase
I just bought this really cool $100 knife from an online store and let me tell you, I'm so happy with how everything turned out. The knife showed up in my mailbox today, just like they said it would. But there was a little hiccup with the shipping that made me reach out to customer service. The owner got back to me super quickly and not only answered my questions but also gave me a refund on the shipping. I'm really impressed with their customer service and how fast they solved my problem. I'll definitely be coming back to shop here again in the future.
Quick shipping disappointment
I bought a gift for my dad online for Father's Day, but it took way longer to arrive than I thought. I ordered it two weeks ago and all I got was a tracking number that hasn't moved at all. I tried to get an update but didn't hear back. It's really disappointing that I couldn't give my dad his gift when I wanted to. The package finally showed up on July 12, way after Father's Day had passed.
Huntsman Survival Knife bundle
I was so bummed when I got my Huntsman Survival Knife bundle in the mail. The knives were kinda dirty and looked like they had been used before, with some hair and gunk on them that I had to clean off right away. Plus, instead of the Huntsman Survival Knife I was expecting, I got a little Bayonet instead. The pictures on the website were definitely misleading. And don't even get me started on the shipping time - it was crazy slow, which was really annoying, especially with everything going on with COVID-19.

I just bought this cool tactical knife online. At first, I was bummed because it took forever to get here. I contacted customer service, and they said it would come soon, but I didn't really believe them after waiting so long. But guess what? It finally showed up, and it was actually really good quality. So, turns out sometimes you just gotta be patient and things work out better than you thought.
Two knives
I bought a couple of knives from Blade City not too long ago, and I ran into some problems with the delivery. I never got an email saying that the knives had been sent out, and I didn't get a tracking number to keep an eye on where they were. Even though I didn't hear much from them, they still took the money out of my account right away, which was a bummer. But when I contacted customer service, they told me they were swamped with orders because of the holidays, so things were taking a bit longer to process and ship.

I was kinda unsure about buying stuff from this store at first, you know? I wasn't sure if their stuff was legit or good quality. But, I decided to chat with their customer service team, and man, they really eased my worries. The person I talked to knew their stuff and was super professional. They answered all my questions and gave me a lot of info about the products I wanted. It was obvious that they care about their business and want to make sure customers have a good experience.

I just bought a switchblade knife, but they sent me the wrong one. I got in touch with customer service about it, and now I'm just waiting to hear back on what to do next.
