This photo editing software I tried was a complete rip-off! I was hoping it would help me delete backgrounds from my photos, but it didn't do anything right. And when I tried to get rid of it, it ended up adding other things I didn't ask for and even charged me for it! I contacted customer service to cancel, but they still billed me for two years. I finally got rid of it and won't be using it again!

I really recommend not ordering from this company. I've been waiting for my purchase for over a month now and I've tried reaching out through calls and emails multiple times, but haven't heard back at all. It's frustrating to see that their accounts are overdue according to Companies House. It's disappointing because my husband really likes their products and we've never had any problems with them before.

Recent purchases at two different locations
I went shopping at both the Vancouver and Honolulu stores recently and I gotta say, the customer service was top-notch. The staff at both places knew their stuff, were super helpful, and really friendly. I wasn't sure about the brand's style at first, but after buying a hat, beanie, and t-shirt in Vancouver and trying them on, I was really impressed with how comfy and good quality they were. My purchases in Honolulu just confirmed that this brand is the real deal. Only downside is that the clothes need to be air-dried, which is kind of a pain. The biggest problem I ran into was when I tried to order stuff online - the shipping costs to Hawaii were crazy high. It's a bummer because it makes it hard to get items that aren't in stores, you know?

I recently bought a tactical knife from Blade City, but my experience has been a huge letdown. I was expecting to get it in 3-5 days because I paid for faster shipping. I'm really bummed about the mattress I got from this company. It's only been a few years and the cover is already falling apart - loose threads and holes everywhere. Plus, the middle and sides of the mattress are starting to sag and not go back to the way it was. I haven't even moved it around much and it's still having these problems. It's making me wonder if this thing is gonna last in the long run.

Faulty alarm sensor
I bought an alarm system from this company not too long ago, but I've been having some trouble with one of the sensors. It's super annoying because I signed a three-year contract, so now I'm stuck with a sensor that's acting up. Basically, if I try to arm the alarm from inside the house instead of using the app from outside, it goes off. I've called customer service and even had them replace the sensor, but no luck - it still doesn't work right. It's frustrating that I can't count on this sensor to keep my home safe and that I can't figure out how to fix it myself. Maybe I'll have to give in and have the alarm company send someone out to take a look.

Miele washer dryer set without stacking drawer
I recently bought a Miele washer dryer set from this company, but I made the mistake of not getting the stacking drawer. I spent more than $4500 and was really expecting to get everything that was supposed to come with it. Unfortunately, they didn't include the stacking drawer, which costs an extra $249. When I tried to contact them about it, they ignored my emails and calls. Finally, when I did get through to someone, they said that the stacking drawer was backordered, but I felt like they just didn't want to fulfill my order correctly. I don't need a washer dryer set without the stacking drawer, so I'm going to dispute the payment and return the items. The way this company has treated me is terrible, their integrity and customer service are seriously lacking.

Man, let me tell you, Trade Coffee is seriously the bomb, you know what I'm saying? I've been getting my caffeine fix from them for the past half a year and let me tell you, it's been absolutely amazing! Their website is so easy to navigate and I can choose exactly what type of coffee I'm in the mood for that day. They have this awesome filter where you can select the processing style you prefer, which is pretty cool. And the best part is, they partner with some top-notch coffee roasters who really know their stuff. And get this, you can even pick when you want your coffee to be roasted! How awesome is that?! I've never had a late delivery and they always send me the coffee I want. To be honest, I can't get enough of Trade Coffee, I'm like totally obsessed with them!

I agree with the other review 100%. This channel is honestly awful. My mom insisted I give it a try, but man, was that a mistake. The shows are so dull and the acting is just plain bad. I couldn't even get through a single episode before I threw in the towel. I'm relieved I cancelled my subscription before I wasted any more of my allowance on it.
