Promotion deal
Oh my gosh, this one time I found this awesome promotion deal online and I was like, "Yes! Finally, I can watch all my favorite shows for cheap!" But then when I signed up and entered my credit card info, they charged me the regular price instead of the deal price! I was really upset, so I contacted customer service and they were super rude and refused to refund my money. It was not cool at all.
Customer service experience
Dang, that customer service dude I dealt with was a real jerk. He was hella rude and mean, it was crazy! He acted like I didn't know anything. I just ended up hanging up on him and figuring out what I needed by myself.
My "free trial" turned into a nightmare
Oh my goodness, I thought this free trial would be great, but it was a complete disaster! I tried to cancel before it ended, but I still got charged a crazy amount of money. The customer service person I spoke to was super rude and not helpful at all. I was so angry about the whole thing, it was unbelievable! STARZ is just the worst!
Monthly subscription for sports streaming
My sports streaming app suddenly stopped working even though I paid for the whole month of May just to watch IPL. I reached out to customer support several times, but I still haven't gotten any help. It's so frustrating because I was really excited to see my favorite teams in action, and now I can't even get into the app. I feel like I just threw away my money on this subscription.
Dentist visit
Oh, my dentist visit was great! Dr. Seema was amazing and she took care of 3 cavities. She even made a mold for a retainer and gave me whitening treatment and medication for my gums. I definitely recommend her at the dental office on Gst and West 20th in Merced, CA. She's awesome! ??
Hightown Season 3
I’m really upset that they out of the blue cancelled the third season of Hightown from the streaming service. It’s annoying that Starz has a habit of pulling shows before we’re done watching, and this time they crossed a line. A lot of us viewers, me included, were really mad about it, and a quick search online showed I wasn’t the only one feeling this way. When I tried to talk to Starz about it, they flat out said no to bringing the show back for us to finish. It’s disappointing to see a paid channel not care about keeping loyal customers like me. So, I’ve decided to say goodbye to them for good.

I gotta tell ya, my recent experience with the company's customer service was really disappointing. I was trying to get a promotion and had to chat with an agent multiple times. But no matter how hard I tried, I was told that the promotion had expired while we were talking. It left me feeling frustrated and disappointed with the service I received.
7 days trial experience
I tried out the 7-day trial expecting to find some good stuff to watch, but let me tell you, it did not go as planned. They hit me with a 399 dhs charge right away, saying there was no free trial after all. And the movie choices? Total letdown. A bunch of random Asian and Arabic films, along with some low-budget American movies I had never even heard of. Safe to say, I won't be signing up for this service.
Subscription renewal issues
I've been trying to renew my subscription with STARZ, but it has been such a hassle. I've had to keep sending multiple emails just to get a code because their link isn't working. And don't even get me started on trying to call them - it's a complete nightmare. I either end up on hold forever or they straight up hang up on me. I've been pretty disappointed with subscribing to this service on a monthly basis. The mobile app is a mess - I keep getting error messages and it says I've gone over my device limit even though I'm the only one using it. The same problems happen on my smart TV too, so I can't even enjoy the content I'm paying for. It's so annoying having to deal with these tech issues every time I want to watch something. My experience with this service was really disappointing. I had a hard time getting in touch with a customer service person to talk about my issues. Even though I made it clear that I didn't want to keep the subscription after the trial, they still took money from my account without asking. Not good communication and not listening to what I wanted really made me feel bad about the whole thing. I'd suggest being careful if you decide to use this service.
Anthony Joshua match
I paid for the Anthony Joshua fight but it wouldn't show up on my TV. I reached out to them a bunch of times, gave them all the proof they needed, but it's been two weeks and they still haven't fixed it. Total scam - stay away from them!
Stolen content, horrible quality
This streaming service is such a scam, seriously. The quality is awful - always glitching and green lines everywhere when I'm watching shows. And then, can you believe it, one of my fave TV series had an episode where you couldn't even hear anything. It's pure trash, do yourself a favor and keep your money.
Subscription service experience
I just signed up for a streaming service and I'm loving all the shows and movies they have. The only thing that's been bothering me is the annoying ads that keep popping up before every episode. I mean, come on, I'm already paying for this service, can't I at least skip the ads? And don't get me started on the lack of variety in those commercials - it's always the same Stars promo on repeat. I decided to try out an online streaming service to relax and enjoy some shows without those annoying ads popping up every other minute. I get that ads are a necessary evil, but seriously, the amount of commercials these days is just overwhelming. It totally kills the vibe and feels like such a waste of my time. Starz problems
Man, Starz is the absolute worst when it comes to these issues! I mean, you can't even start an episode from scratch, it never remembers your preferences or where you stopped watching, and every time you open it you have to hunt for the series all over again. And on top of all that, you can't even skip past the intro when it moves on to the next episode. It's beyond frustrating!
