Stolen content, horrible quality
This streaming service is such a scam, seriously. The quality is awful - always glitching and green lines everywhere when I'm watching shows. And then, can you believe it, one of my fave TV series had an episode where you couldn't even hear anything. It's pure trash, do yourself a favor and keep your money.
Trying to watch "movie"
I checked other websites and they claimed to have the "movie," but it turns out you have to subscribe to Starz to actually watch it. Can you believe that? It's really frustrating. I'm not going to be fooled by that tactic.
Subscription purchase
I signed up for a subscription and only got to use it one time before running into trouble logging in. No matter how many times I tried to reset my password, I couldn't get into my account. When I contacted customer service for help, they were really rude and not helpful at all. They just told me to cancel my subscription. They wouldn't give me a refund for the bad service and even accused me of trying to get a refund after watching a movie, even though the platform wasn't working right. The people I talked to were so mean, and it left me super frustrated and disappointed with the whole thing. I definitely won't be subscribing to them again.
Subscription issues
Hey there, I don't usually like to write bad reviews, but I gotta tell you about my experience with these folks. They will seriously drive you nuts with their double billing shenanigans. I gotta tell ya, I only got Starz to watch this one show I was really into. But when I tried to cancel my subscription, they kept charging me for months after. Starz problems
Man, Starz is the absolute worst when it comes to these issues! I mean, you can't even start an episode from scratch, it never remembers your preferences or where you stopped watching, and every time you open it you have to hunt for the series all over again. And on top of all that, you can't even skip past the intro when it moves on to the next episode. It's beyond frustrating!
Terrible content
I agree with the other review 100%. This channel is honestly awful. My mom insisted I give it a try, but man, was that a mistake. The shows are so dull and the acting is just plain bad. I couldn't even get through a single episode before I threw in the towel. I'm relieved I cancelled my subscription before I wasted any more of my allowance on it.
Paid Subscription for Sports Channel
This sports channel is just awful, man. The amount of ads they throw at you every second is ridiculous. I paid for a subscription thinking I'd get some quality content, but all I get is the same old boring ads over and over again. It's really disappointing to see what could have been a great sports channel ruined by this lack of variety and constant interruptions.
Booking cancellation
I was really pumped to stay at this rad house called "Hobart Luxury Holiday House," but then the owner totally canceled my booking the day before I was supposed to head over there! They didn't even give me a reason, just dropped me like that. Then they wanted me to stay at this old, noisy place instead. And get this, they tried to slap me with a $500 charge out of the blue, but it was a mistake. Not cool, right? Stayz has this policy where owners can hit you with unexpected charges and you can't do anything about it. So, be careful when you book there, folks.
Saw some weird charge on my parents' credit card
Hey, so I noticed this unexpected charge on my parents' credit card for some streaming service I didn't even know existed. I decided to give them a call and turns out we've been subscribing for 3 years without even using it! Can you believe that? We didn't even have a single movie night with it. I feel like they should have checked with us before charging, don't you think? I'm definitely not happy about this.
