Hey there, I wanted to talk about something that's been bothering me as a customer. I've noticed that your programming doesn't seem to include a variety of different people. It feels like there's a lack of diversity and inclusivity, especially when it comes to white actors. It seems like there are a lot of black, Mexican, and gay characters and shows, but not as many white actors represented. Even when there are diverse characters, it often feels like they're just thrown in to check a box. I think it's important to have a diverse range of characters in your content, but it shouldn't be at the expense of excluding white individuals. I believe it's crucial for you to take a step back and reevaluate your content to truly reflect and respect all races and identities.
Saw some weird charge on my parents' credit card
Hey, so I noticed this unexpected charge on my parents' credit card for some streaming service I didn't even know existed. I decided to give them a call and turns out we've been subscribing for 3 years without even using it! Can you believe that? We didn't even have a single movie night with it. I feel like they should have checked with us before charging, don't you think? I'm definitely not happy about this.
Mediocre experience with Starz streaming service
I have been a subscriber of Starz for a few months now, and overall, my experience has been decent. The selection of movies and TV shows is pretty good, but it's not as extensive as some other streaming services. However, I do appreciate that they have a good mix of older and newer titles.
One thing that I find a bit frustrating is that some of the shows I want to watch are only available for a limited time. I understand that this is standard practice for streaming services, but it can be a bit disappointing when I go to watch something and it's no longer available.
The quality of the streaming itself is generally pretty good, although there have been a few times when I've had some buffering issues. This is to be expected with any streaming service, but it's still a bit annoying when it happens.
