I just bought the Smok Morph kit and ran into a problem with it. When I reached out to the company for help, they asked me for a video, a receipt, and some QA code pictures. I even offered to give them the shop's email and phone number to verify, but they didn't bother to check and stopped replying to me. My device is still under warranty after only 4 months. I wanna tell y'all about this time I bought a Mario suit from a website and never got it. Returned shoes, False advertisement
I had a really bad experience with something I bought online and needed to return. I called customer service to ask about how to return it and they told me I could go to any store location to do it. But when I went to the nearest store to return the shoes, they said they couldn't accept returns there. That was the opposite of what I was told on the phone, and it felt like they were lying to me. Since there isn't a store close to me, I had to go to UPS to ship it back, which cost me $15. I was super disappointed with the service and definitely won't shop there again.

Booking cancellation
I was really pumped to stay at this rad house called "Hobart Luxury Holiday House," but then the owner totally canceled my booking the day before I was supposed to head over there! They didn't even give me a reason, just dropped me like that. Then they wanted me to stay at this old, noisy place instead. And get this, they tried to slap me with a $500 charge out of the blue, but it was a mistake. Not cool, right? Stayz has this policy where owners can hit you with unexpected charges and you can't do anything about it. So, be careful when you book there, folks.

Use for multiple videos
I've been using this platform for about a month now, mainly for a gig that needed multiple videos. The music selection is great, lots of quality tunes and vocals to pick from.
