    I am a daily user of Smok.Addictive almost.
    This was the first also last store from where I had booked my first E Cigarettes.That was 2017
    I was using normal cigarettes since school time.
    This was not good at all I was aware. Thousands time I tried to Kik it from my life but every time I failed.
    So started replacing it with E cigarettes day by day .Today I hundred percent switched from general to E cigarettes,in fact i don't know which is good or not but whenever I find available easily I smoke
    Also it is pocket size habits ,suitable to me.SMS selling huge range but namely I can't prefer to mention it.

    RPM2 Vape Kit

    I just got the RPM2 Vape Kit and I'm really happy with it so far. The vape is awesome and gives a great vaping session. The battery life is really good and the coils last a long time. The only downside is that the two silicone side air hole reducers tend to fall out sometimes. I had to use a drop of silicone glue to fix it, which was kind of a pain. But other than that, I haven't had any problems with it.

    Faulty device, wrong tank

    I just bought this device, but when I got it, it had a faulty part and the wrong tank in the box. Luckily, the company I bought it from fixed everything by sending me a new product. I've had good experiences with another brand before, so I'll probably keep using them in the future.

    Faulty tank purchase

    I just bought this tank, right, and it turned out to be a total dud – leaking fluid and everything. So, I thought, cool, I’ll just return it the next day with my receipt. But nope, they said there was no way they could help me out. So, feeling all annoyed, I shot an email over to customer service. And you know what? They just made excuses and tried to blame it on a mod that was faulty instead of owning up to the fact that the tank itself was crap. It was pretty disappointing how they didn’t back up their products and handle the situation right.

    Novo4 vape kit

    I just got the Novo4 vape kit and the first pod was great. But man, the second one was a disaster. I didn't realize it had a different coil, so it leaked like crazy and wasted a ton of my juice. Besides that, the coil stuck out more than the first one, which meant I couldn't even use the first pod that still had juice left. The sticking out coil squished the electrodes down, so the first pod couldn't connect and I couldn't use it at all. I'm really bummed about the screw up in manufacturing that caused these problems, and I wish I hadn't bought this product.

    I gotta tell you, my experience with the stuff I bought from this company has been a real letdown. Every vape I get from them starts leaking after just a few weeks, and they end up totally breaking down after three months. It's annoying to spend money on something that falls apart so fast. And when I reached out to customer service, they were rude and not helpful at all. The quality and durability of their products just aren't there, and it feels like a total waste of money to buy anything from them.

    My new vape broke in less than a month, just like the first one! I had to go through sending videos and codes to get a replacement, which was alright. But the replacement is still messed up - I can't turn it off, and I have to press the button so many times to make it work. It's really frustrating!

    I'm really bummed about the vaping unit I bought recently. I thought this brand was good, but all three units I got ended up leaking juice into my pockets. I even tried different types, but they all had the same issue. I tried to return or exchange them at the shop, but they wouldn't let me. Now I'm stuck with three faulty devices and don't know what to do. My advice to others would be to steer clear of this brand. The design is not great and dealing with juice-soaked pockets is a total nightmare.

    SMOK Nord 2 purchase

    I recently got the SMOK Nord 2 and it was a total letdown. I got it right before my trip to Turkey thinking it would be a great travel companion, but it turned out to be a disaster. In just the first couple of days, both coils burned out just because it was in my pocket. Luckily, I had a spare 88VAPE pen because finding a replacement in Turkey was a pain. When I got back, I bought new coils for the Nord 2 and gave it another shot, but the leaks were relentless, despite my efforts to prevent them. It was so annoying having to always remember to turn it off before tucking it away. Overall, the SMOK Nord 2 disappointed me, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

    Smok Morph kit - manufacturer fault issue

    I just bought the Smok Morph kit and ran into a problem with it. When I reached out to the company for help, they asked me for a video, a receipt, and some QA code pictures. I sent everything they asked for, but they said my receipt looked suspicious because it was handwritten. I even offered to give them the shop's email and phone number to verify, but they didn't bother to check and stopped replying to me. My device is still under warranty after only 4 months. I recommend that others avoid this company because their customer service has been really bad.

    I used to be a huge fan of this brand, especially their tanks like the V12 Prince and the MAG Mod. But man, my last buy from them totally let me down. The quality of their coils has really gone downhill, causing all sorts of problems with my MOD after only a few months. These coils just can't handle low wattage and end up leaking all the time. I've gone back to my trusty ALIEN 220W mod and it's running like a dream with fresh batteries. It feels like they're making these products to break quickly so we have to keep buying more. That shady move has really crushed my faith in the brand.

    I recently bought a vaporizer from SMOK, and let me tell you, it has been a huge letdown. This thing leaks like crazy, no matter what I try, liquid is always oozing out. It might look nice, but the performance is seriously lacking. I even tried troubleshooting with other SMOK devices, but they all have the same problems - shoddy products at steep prices. After only a few months of use, the battery door got all loose and the batteries died fast. I'm definitely steering clear of this brand from now on.

    I bought a vape from your store recently and I'm pretty disappointed with it. Right from the get-go, it's been leaking and it's been causing me a lot of frustration. No matter how careful I am, it just won't stop leaking The other day I decided to reach out to customer service about the warranty since I got it less than three months ago. But to my dismay, they told me that the leakage problem isn't covered for a replacement. It's really disappointing and frustrating that such a basic issue isn't covered under the warranty.

    I bought vape in December

    So, I got this really awesome vape back in December. It was running great until all of a sudden it just decided to die on me. I was so disappointed, but I figured I'd contact customer service to see if they could help. They had me jumping through all these hoops just to get it repaired, like really? I had to fork over money for shipping and printing out forms, like come on! It's like they don't even care about their customers. In the end, I just said forget it and tossed the vape in the trash. I'm definitely not making another purchase from them, ugh!
