Kids causing chaos
This store is a mess! The new manager doesn't seem to have a handle on things. I saw kids riding bikes inside, running into people, and none of the workers did anything. On top of that, there weren't enough staff, so there was only one cashier open on a busy Friday night, leading to long lines and annoyed customers. And to make matters worse, the cashier was too young, so buying alcohol took even longer. It's obvious that they need some serious improvements in basic common sense at this place. I definitely won't be coming back anytime soon.

Faulty tank purchase
I just bought this tank, right, and it turned out to be a total dud – leaking fluid and everything. So, I thought, cool, I’ll just return it the next day with my receipt. But nope, they said there was no way they could help me out. So, feeling all annoyed, I shot an email over to customer service. And you know what? They just made excuses and tried to blame it on a mod that was faulty instead of owning up to the fact that the tank itself was crap. It was pretty disappointing how they didn’t back up their products and handle the situation right.

Recent store visit disappointments
I used to love shopping at this store, always excited to see what new products and designs they had. But my most recent visit was a letdown. The quality, quantity, and style of their items, especially their Christmas collection, have really gone downhill. The prints weren't as appealing as they used to be, and overall the selection just felt outdated and uninspired. Even the mirror, lamp, and flower options were disappointing, lacking the uniqueness and trendiness that used to make this store special. It seems like they've lost their innovative touch, and now I'm not sure if I'll continue to be a loyal customer of Hobby Lobby.

Diffuser purchase
My experience with the diffuser was really disappointing. The first one I got looked like it was already used, it wasn't packaged right, and it was missing important parts. Even though the oil smelled nice, the diffuser itself was in bad shape. I reached out to customer service and they sent me a replacement, but that one was missing a key piece too.

Generous main dish, skimpy sides
The main dish I ordered was just the right size and tasted pretty good, but the sides and garnishes that came with it were way too small compared to the main dish. I was kind of bummed because I thought the sides would be just as amazing as the main meal. The food was yummy, but it wasn't anything super impressive. Maybe it's because the food doesn't travel well? I'm not really sure. Overall, I was expecting more, especially considering the price and the high delivery fees. I'll give it another shot in a couple of weeks, but if things don't get better, I might go back to cheaper frozen dinners that I think taste just as good. I really wanted to be head over heels for this meal delivery service, but I'm not quite there yet.

I bought some new clothes from your store recently, but my order still hasn't shown up. I'm pretty bummed about it because I haven't gotten any updates on where my package is.
