Customer Service Experience
I had such a great time dealing with Customer Service at this company. Christine really knew her stuff, was super helpful, and handled everything with a high level of professionalism. She made sure all my questions were answered and any problems were solved. The whole experience was so smooth and easy, and I really felt like they cared about me as a customer. I'm grateful for the exceptional service and I'll definitely be coming back for more purchases in the future.
Easy process, informative, wide selection
I just bought something from this place and let me tell you, I was totally impressed with the whole thing. The website had a ton of helpful info, especially for a newbie like me. I liked that the product pictures were spot on, so what you see is what you get. It definitely made it easier to pick out what I wanted. And let me tell you, there were so many choices to pick from, I felt like a kid in a candy store!
Exercise holster purchase
I just bought a workout holster from this place because my usual outdoor activities have turned into a risky garbage search. The area that used to be a tranquil walking spot is now littered with used syringes, chicken bones, and other nasty stuff. Definitely not the peaceful experience I was hoping for. But with my new holster, I can at least feel somewhat safer while trying to enjoy some fresh air.
Easy website navigation
I really loved how easy it was to navigate the website and find the perfect holster for my gun. They also showed me a few other products that I totally want to check out. The checkout process was super smooth because of all the payment choices they offer. Overall, I'm really happy with my experience and will definitely be spreading the word about this site to others.
EDC holster order
Man, it's been 10 days and still no sign of my order being shipped. How am I supposed to carry my EDC without my holster? I was so excited for it, but this wait is just a letdown. I'm sure the product will be awesome once it's here, but this whole processing time is just too much. I don't get why it takes so long just to get the order ready to go. And then I have to wait even longer for it to show up. It's frustrating, to say the least.
Holsters and shirts that fit perfectly
The holsters and shirts are pretty awesome! I have a bunch of them and they fit perfectly. The only thing that's kind of a bummer is the website. I tried to make an account but it wouldn't let me, and there was no explanation why. But other than that, everything is great!
Holsters, belts and shirts
All of their products are top notch and we'll made. I have several of their holsters and the quality is consistently good. The belt is very well made and the shirts are comfortable and fit well.
Their shipping can get a little long, but they are also one of the busiest holster manufactures. So it is what it is. I can wait for the quality I've received .Customizable holster search
The search feature at this store is amazing! It really helped me find the perfect holster for my gun with a light attachment. Being left-handed, finding holsters can be tough, but this store had exactly what I needed. They have a great selection, tons of options, and the prices are really good. I'll definitely be coming back as a repeat customer!
The Repair kit is good deal
I haven't tried much of the product from here but overall i can say that i am very satisfied with the repair kit that i bought from here. Actually, its a very great deal and i like the quality they offer

Altho they do run slightly smaller than expected we still love our new shirts!!
Shirts and Hoodies
Ordered on 11/27/22. Asked about my order a week later and got an automated reply how it takes 2-14 days prior to shipping. Today is 12/26/22. My order is still processing. Cancelled my order!
2 shirts and a sweat shirt
I ordered on December 4th. It's been 3 weeks. Says still processing order. Have emailed with busier than normal and no response.
3 pull over hoodies for Christmas
i ordered Dec 7th and yet to receive an email that it has been shipped. December 22 2022 and still no word. I have emailed to see if it would get here by the 25th with no response. I should have learned last year when this happened to me and i ordered in NOVEMBER. This is the last time. When i get this order if i do i will be done with ordering on line and go to BUCKLE to get my items or Amazon. So much faster.
Clothing
It has been a month and my order has not shipped. Customer Service does not provide any information regarding the status of your order. I ended up cancelling my order and do not recommend this company.
Belt
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
I tried to exchange a belt because is two big.
I Email, Text and call None of the above work!
I even drove to their company location and the wont open the door.
Finally 3 months later I get an email asking for my receipt, I send the receipt and they email back stating that the warranty is over?

Don't wanna waste my time, but I will not purchase anything from these guys. I placed a big order, then added mystery shirts which are pictured in BLACK in a few places on their website & on my Purchase Receipt... Called them about 10 times (no return call) to tell them I was dissatisfied. They could give a BLEEP. They told me tough luck. I have spent a lot my hard earned money with these people... Never again... No more of my dinero... They are probably owned by an offshore company... Be careful, sooner or later you will get burned by themGun Belt
Ordered a gun belt on Cyber Monday November 29th and guess when it was delivered? Jan 6th... it seems they bit off more than they could chew as I received excuse after excuse on why it hasn't shipped yet.

All of these companies I placed orders with after the first week of December, even one(Groove Life) I placed on the 17th to be shipped to another state for the person who its going to and all of them delivered before Christmas except for We The Bit off more than we can chew People. Very disappointed and the remedy the issue, they send me a coozie when I don't drink alcohol nor carbonated bevs..Belt.
18 business days and my order has yet to ship. Their order confirmation says that orders ship in 7-14 business days. Seems like quite the wait to me. To already be 4 business days past that and not provide me with an ETA (I emailed them and got a response 2 business days later with no ETA) is poor customer service. I can't speak to the quality of the product yet - just be aware that you could be waiting over a month for your order to ship.
Sweat shirt and tumbler in stock
Order a sweat shirt and tumbler 2 weeks ago and still had not shipped. With something that is in stock it does not take 2 weeks or longer to process. Step up your game or your business will go under fast. My holster on the other hand I love but also took forever to be shipped. Customer service .... Get more employees to speed things up instead of one person and employees who actually give a ... when you can get one of them on the phone instead of hearing sorry there is nothing we can do sorry for the inconvenience.
