2 shirts and a sweat shirt
I ordered on December 4th. It's been 3 weeks. Says still processing order. Have emailed with busier than normal and no response.
3 pull over hoodies for Christmas
i ordered Dec 7th and yet to receive an email that it has been shipped. December 22 2022 and still no word. I have emailed to see if it would get here by the 25th with no response. I should have learned last year when this happened to me and i ordered in NOVEMBER. This is the last time. When i get this order if i do i will be done with ordering on line and go to BUCKLE to get my items or Amazon. So much faster.
Clothing
It has been a month and my order has not shipped. Customer Service does not provide any information regarding the status of your order. I ended up cancelling my order and do not recommend this company.
Belt
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
I tried to exchange a belt because is two big.
I Email, Text and call None of the above work!
I even drove to their company location and the wont open the door.
Finally 3 months later I get an email asking for my receipt, I send the receipt and they email back stating that the warranty is over?

Don't wanna waste my time, but I will not purchase anything from these guys. I placed a big order, then added mystery shirts which are pictured in BLACK in a few places on their website & on my Purchase Receipt... Called them about 10 times (no return call) to tell them I was dissatisfied. They could give a BLEEP. They told me tough luck. I have spent a lot my hard earned money with these people... Never again... No more of my dinero... They are probably owned by an offshore company... Be careful, sooner or later you will get burned by themGun Belt
Ordered a gun belt on Cyber Monday November 29th and guess when it was delivered? Jan 6th... it seems they bit off more than they could chew as I received excuse after excuse on why it hasn't shipped yet.

All of these companies I placed orders with after the first week of December, even one(Groove Life) I placed on the 17th to be shipped to another state for the person who its going to and all of them delivered before Christmas except for We The Bit off more than we can chew People. Very disappointed and the remedy the issue, they send me a coozie when I don't drink alcohol nor carbonated bevs..Belt.
18 business days and my order has yet to ship. Their order confirmation says that orders ship in 7-14 business days. Seems like quite the wait to me. To already be 4 business days past that and not provide me with an ETA (I emailed them and got a response 2 business days later with no ETA) is poor customer service. I can't speak to the quality of the product yet - just be aware that you could be waiting over a month for your order to ship.
Sweat shirt and tumbler in stock
Order a sweat shirt and tumbler 2 weeks ago and still had not shipped. With something that is in stock it does not take 2 weeks or longer to process. Step up your game or your business will go under fast. My holster on the other hand I love but also took forever to be shipped. Customer service .... Get more employees to speed things up instead of one person and employees who actually give a ... when you can get one of them on the phone instead of hearing sorry there is nothing we can do sorry for the inconvenience.
owb holster & Belt
ordering is easily, pricing is reasonable but its been 12 days order not shipped and per CSR " may ship some time next week," order black holster owb for a sw shield and belt, 20 + days is POOR customer service at best .

All of their products are top notch and we'll made. I have several of their holsters and the quality is consistently good. The belt is very well made and the shirts are comfortable and fit well.
Their shipping can get a little long, but they are also one of the busiest holster manufactures. So it is what it is. I can wait for the quality I've received .Cz75B holster
My order was messed up when I ordered. They couldn't not alter the order when I called. They still charged me and shipped out the holster for me to return. Total hassle. Also they pop up an offer, after you submit your order, to but mag holders for 2 for $19. I only wanted one and wanted to see how much it was for one, but it ordered two with no review. Straight to complete. Total hassle. Even the call center rep said the place has issues with their ordering system. I only buy from www.jm4tactical.com now. That is a great company. I never should have even bothered trying another.

Company has the worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with. There manager Angie is awful and lies! Run away and order a holster from somewhere else, anywhere! I ordered this holster for a Christmas present in November, didn't receive until after Christmas called three times on hold forever! Was told they would call back, never received call, wanted to change delivery as my son lives in Florida and I live in Ohio, This company will go under as they have by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced!
I purchase a holster for my Hi point 9mm and I what to return it. this holster is very uncomfortable.

Waited a month to find out they sent me the wrong shirt. It's too bad, I really loved the shirt online. But, I am not going to buy from this company again. I don't want to wait a month to get another wrong shirt. I am very disappointed.

Horrible experience. Was sent the wrong shirt. Upon further examination the shirt had a hole in it. I was asked to sent pictures to verify which I did. Over 25 business days later and 2 inquiries I STILL have not received my shirt.

I haven't tried much of the product from here but overall i can say that i am very satisfied with the repair kit that i bought from here. Actually, its a very great deal and i like the quality they offer
