Large order of various airguns, parts, and accessories
I am really confounded by all of these negative reviews. I have had a great experience so far with Air Gun Depot. The sales rep that I worked with taught me a lot about air guns and took all the time I needed to talk with me and go over options and also made some awesome product recommendations. And regarding being on hold forever (that a lot of people have mentioned) just use the call-back service that is mentioned during the hold time. Just be patient. I have never not received a call back within the same day using the call back service (assuming you don't call just before they close). I don't want to wait on hold any more than any one else on the planet. So I just use the call-back service and go about my day. The call-back function holds your place in line so it's not like other people are getting ahead of you if you use it. Pretty simple... I've even gotten call backs after they are officially supposed to be closed. I have already placed one very large order and received all of the expected products in great shape; nothing damaged, nothing used like other people have commented. And everything was packed very well and everything works. I dunno why my experience has been so different - maybe they are under new management or something? This is like the twilight zone or something...
I received my Benjamin trail np mark ll it looks like it is used screws have screw driver marks on a couple of them. I unwrap it and looked it over.
I tried to cook it and it won't budge
Is there something I'm over looking ?

Purchased a .22 Crossman Vantage and all the reviews raved about the Vantage and now I know why. Sighted it in and after 8 shots, the last two were touching each other in the bullseye at 25 yards. Put a cheaper scope on it and still got this kind of accuracy, plan to purchase a better scope in the near future. Airgun Depot is spot on, in price, delivery and making it's customers better informed air gunners.
Did not give discount per the advertised promotions. I did not receive my $20 discount and even though I brought it to their attention it was not honored.
I have ordered from airgun depot multiple times and have never had any issue. Shipping has been just as described and on time, orders have always been correct and complete. The condition of product has always been new in the box with no damage. I have recommended this site to friends.
The only con is they do seem to have a lot of items out of stock currently

Ordered in October 2021. I knew it was out of stock but did not need it right away. After a month I tried to call, hung up after half an hour. tried to call a couple more times ,hung up after half an hour on hold. They have sent no updates as to the status of my order, nothing. Anyone considering buying from them here's what I recommend : call them before buying, see how easy they are to get ahold of, base whether or not you should continue on that experience. Customer service is not one of their strong points. Be warned!!!
Gamo Swarm Maxxim 10X GEN 2 Multi-Shot Air Rifle Caliber - 0.22
What a POS company this is....the perfect storm took place and I have never been so irritated with a company in my life.
So I ordered a Gamo swarm in a .22 caliber. After I placed the order I noticed the confirmation email said it was a .177 caliber. So I call them the day before it ships and state that I had ordered a 22 caliber, to which the lady replies "yeah our system has been switching calibers on people for some reason"
Good thing I called huh?
Next day, it's shipped. They use those scabs over at FexEx (non-union companies like Apple, Samsung, and Airgun love to patronize the only non-union delivery service), so it was delayed until Friday instead of arriving the day before like it should have.
Open the box and guess what I see? A .177 caliber. Just what I called about and assured I wasn't receiving. So I didn't get to go with the boys on the small game hunt that weekend.
Call the company up complaining about receiving the wrong thing, especially irked because I called prior to it shipping to be sure this wasn't going to. The dude couldn't have cared less. No offer to expedite another one. They wouldn't send a replacement until they got their original back, and he had the nerve to ask me to send pictures of the item because they didn't believe that it was a .177 I received! I told the guy " so you think I'm going to return a 22 just to buy it again?!"
So there you have it. Ineptness x 360. It's on its way back right now, and I found a $10 cheaper on Amazon.

They are a great company lots of options. I had a problem with my new gun . Same day I messaged the they had a return number . And a paid return and will ship me my new gun . That’s a 10 all day long . I will use often

Air rifle various accs
No communication at all. Never received order but took my money for weeks. Finally got an answer to an email after 4 to 5 days that they dont know when product is coming in. Well they should know to be able to tell their customers. Won't deal with again.
They changed the shipping address on my package halfway through shipping, then refused to tell me why or where they sent it. Tried to blame fed ex, but it is on file with fed ex that airgun depot changed the address and had it sent somewhere else in a different town 20 minutes away. When i called to get my money back, and finally got to speak to someone 4 days after i was supposed to get the package, they tried to get me to accept a new package instead. Two days later and I called again to ask where my refund is, but now its going to take 10 more days to process it? So 17 days after I was supposed to get the package I will supposedly get a refund. Absolute waste of my time and money. Frauds. Dont buy from them.
The product took 6 weeks to receive. when it finally arrived the air cylinder was damaged and would not fill. I emailed there help department asking what I should do. The response was that I would be but on a waiting list. Two working days past and I herd nothing. Finally after sending a couple more emails there response was that I should contact the manufacturer. This company does not know the meaning of customer service. I will never purchase anything from Airgun Depot again and suggest everyone else do the same. By the way if I could rate these people at less than 1 star I would!!!
Gamo gen 2 swarm
price was cheapest I found ,but that doesnt do any good if you cant get the gun. I had to prepay and wait for stock. I had to open a case at paypal to get refund. Bought in February and received refund in early April. When I received the refund and looked for new place to purchase they come up on AGD as in stock. Funny if you have them why couldnt I get the one I ordered.

I never received the product. It was difficult to contact airgun d. I was on hold for ten minutes twice and dropped. I finally talked with customer service and a supervisor. They told me they shipped the products and to take it up with Fedex AND usps because they used some hybrid shipping system. They wouldn't look into it. I contacted Fedex and they said to contact usps. It's pretty much impossible to talk to someone at the usps. usps didn't have any record of it on their online site. Airgun d blamed everything on covid and the shipping companies. I'll have to take it up with the credit card company. Order from someone else.
I received my order I unbox it and there is a grey sharpie line across the gun .. I pull the side lever and it won't coxk the gun it stuck.ans won't return to fire the gun .

I've called and no one answers. The tracking information is not explicit in describing the current situation of the item sold. My questions above is a result of inadequate tracking information for the customer. I'm very frustrated about purchasing anything from your company. Your service is my worst experience with online orders.
Gamo Urban 22 & Hill pump
It should not take 2 weeks and 6 emails to lean what QD it takes to attach the filling port adapter to the pump. Then I am given the wrong part to order. I light heartedly joked that the part I was told to get was the wrong one and his information was propaganda;). Maybe I watch to many old spy movies. I did sent him the information for the one needed on this combo. For that I received a reprimand from Chad and told I am disrespectful. He said if I would like to have a respectful discussion I could email more questions. Nope, non here.
Will never shop on this site again!! Been looking around on there site ready to place my order. The whole time I'm looking they offer a $20 off code. No where did it say you have to spend $200 . It just gave a code to put in . Tried several times with different people and they all refused to give me the 20 off. No one ever asked me for the code but they weren't about to give me anything off. Very poor customer service
