Christmas train
I made a mistake and ordered a Christmas train from this store, but then I realized I didn't actually need it. I tried to cancel my order and get a refund, but it seemed like my emails were being ignored. I reached out multiple times, but never heard back. So, I ended up without the product I didn't even want, and I never got my money back. This whole situation has left me feeling frustrated and let down by their poor customer service and lack of communication.
Framed shirt
I went to this craft store to get my shirt framed because it's awesome, and I really wanted to hang it up in my room. When I was there, the cashier told me they would call my brother to pick it up, but for some reason, they never did. When we asked what happened, nobody could give us an answer. It was so frustrating!
Picture frame
So, I ordered this picture frame online, and when I received it, I was really excited to put a cute picture of me and my best friend in it. But, to my disappointment, there was a big chip in the wood. It was so frustrating to receive something damaged like that, you know? Anyway, I decided to call their customer service, and you know what? They were incredibly nice and helpful! They promised to send me a new frame at no extra cost, and I don't even have to send back the damaged one. I think that's pretty awesome, don't you? I can't wait to receive my replacement frame and finally display my photo. Shoutout to the team at Hobby Lobby for being so great about it!
Craft supplies
I bought some craft supplies at Hobby Lobby, and while the stuff itself was good, the whole ordering and delivery thing was a bit of a letdown. I thought my order would come from my local store when I ordered online, but it ended up shipping from a different state. That added some extra time to the delivery because it took a few days to get to USPS. The lack of details in the shipping process and the unnecessary delays were annoying. Plus, the shipping charges seemed too much for the service I got. Nowadays, we expect fast and reliable shipping, so waiting over a week for a domestic package just isn't cool.
crafting supplies
I just gotta say, the stuff I bought was top-notch and the prices were seriously amazing. But man, those shipping rates were a bit much, you know? Like, do they think we're made of money or something? Luckily, the prices of the items themselves were so good that it kinda balanced things out. My order got here pretty quickly, thank goodness 'cause I wasn't about to drive all the way to a store. All in all, I'm happy with my purchase, but they might wanna rethink those shipping rates.
Scrapbooking supplies
I bought some scrapbooking materials from this shop not too long ago. The quality was a letdown, unfortunately. It seems like they push their own lower quality stuff ahead of the name-brand options, which is pretty annoying. Another thing that bothered me was how they label things as "always on sale" when they're really just the regular price. That's kind of misleading and not cool. Plus, the fact that the owner is involved with some little-known cult group didn't sit right with me. But on the bright side, the staff knew their stuff in the fabric section.
crafting supplies
This store has so much awesome stuff, but every time I ask one of the employees a question, they're always like, "I don't know." It's frustrating, you know? They could just go ask another worker instead of making me hunt someone down. They definitely need more info on the products or bring in some more knowledgeable people.
Seasonal decorations, kids crafts, and crochet supplies.
Hobby Lobby is one of my favorite places to shop for holiday decorations because they always have a wide selection and great sales every week. I really appreciate that they offer ways for kids to join in on the crafting and decorating fun, whether they're helping choose a new decoration for our porch or learning a new craft like crochet. It's a super fun and family-friendly store with plenty of items in stock, unlike some other stores that might run out of popular items.
Recent store visit disappointments
I used to love shopping at this store, always excited to see what new products and designs they had. But my most recent visit was a letdown. The quality, quantity, and style of their items, especially their Christmas collection, have really gone downhill. The prints weren't as appealing as they used to be, and overall the selection just felt outdated and uninspired. Even the mirror, lamp, and flower options were disappointing, lacking the uniqueness and trendiness that used to make this store special. It seems like they've lost their innovative touch, and now I'm not sure if I'll continue to be a loyal customer of Hobby Lobby.
Mirror
I went to the store in Port St. Lucie and found this cute mirror that I liked, but when I went to pay for it, I saw that the back was all messed up and some screws were missing. The cashier in charge told me to go grab another one, so I did, and they rang me up with the broken mirror anyway. I went back to find another mirror, but it was also broken. I was pretty annoyed that they completed the sale with the first mirror even though I clearly needed a replacement. I had to rush back to get the second broken mirror and ended up leaving the store without anything in hand, just a charge receipt, and was told I'd have to wait for a refund receipt. They should have just canceled the original charge instead of making me go through all that. They really need to check their merchandise before putting it out on the shelves and teach their cashiers better. Definitely not a satisfied customer, that's for sure.
Cricut items, fabric, scrapbooking
Hobby Lobby is awesome! I really enjoy going there because everything is arranged so neatly and the aisles are consistently spotless. I usually purchase things like Cricut items, fabric, and scrapbooking supplies. Even though the fabric section isn't as large as it was before, I still come across some great bargains. Additionally, I always seem to pick up seasonal home display items whenever I stop by.
Frame purchase
I just bought a frame from this store and was really surprised to discover that another store was selling it for way cheaper. I asked about a price match, but they said they don't do that. Just a heads up, it's probably a good idea to shop around before you make a purchase at this place!
Craft supplies purchase
I love checking out all the craft supplies they have at this store. I can spend so much time just wandering around, even if I don't actually buy anything. Last time I was there, I grabbed four things and only spent less than $100, which was awesome. The customer service is amazing - everyone is so nice and ready to help. Plus, the prices are really good, so this is definitely my go-to spot for anything I need for crafting.
Scrapbooking supplies
I had a terrible experience at the craft store when I went to get some scrapbooking supplies. The employees were really rude and unhelpful, and the manager was even worse. I couldn't believe how badly they treated me just because of my race. It felt like discrimination, you know? I definitely won't be going back to that store, and I hope they get shut down for their unacceptable behavior.
Craft supplies variety
I was so happy when I found out this store had a bunch of craft supplies. I used to have to drive really far just to find what I was looking for, until this store opened up closer to me. The staff there really helped me out in finding everything I needed. It's crazy to think that the store got hit by a tornado a few months back, but I'm glad to see that they've been able to recover from it.
Yarn purchase
I've been a regular customer at this store for quite some time now, and I've always loved their wide range of products. But I recently noticed that they seem to be downsizing their yarn selection, which is a bummer because I really like their yarn and it's priced well. I really hope they rethink this and keep offering yarn in their stores.
Art supplies, fabric, notions
I don't really care for this store because everything is just way too pricey. I mean, come on, who wants to shell out so much cash for markers and glue? It's just ridiculous! And to top it off, they don't even carry high-quality stuff, it's all geared towards kids and crafty moms. The only decent section is the fabric area because there aren't many other options nearby. But honestly, they really need to bring down their prices and up their game with better quality products.
Yarn, Sewing Supplies, Fabric, Ribbons
I recently stopped by this store hoping to find a nice selection of craft supplies, but I was pretty let down. It seems like they are more focused on selling general retail items rather than focusing on true crafting materials. The yarn, sewing stuff, fabric, and ribbons they had were a lot fewer than what I remember from my previous visits. It's disappointing to see this store I used to love just turn into a regular retail store. If they keep putting retail before crafting supplies, I don't really see a reason for me to shop here anymore.
Large selection of unique and hard-to-find creative supplies
As someone who works in a creative field, I always turn to Hobby Lobby for those special supplies that are hard to find. Their selection is so diverse and has come in clutch for me when I've been in a pinch. The prices are fair, but what really counts is being able to find what I need without a hassle.
Craft supplies
They really need to improve their signs in the store. It's like a maze in there trying to find things! I had a long list of stuff to get, but I only found a couple of items because it was so tough to figure out where everything was. I felt like I was going around in circles trying to locate everything I needed. They seriously need to upgrade their signage in the aisles.
