Wireless earbuds
I was super excited to give these wireless earbuds a try because I had heard they could totally change my life. But man, I've been really let down by how often they mess up. I've had to exchange them multiple times because they keep making weird whistling and popping noises. The customer service was nice and replaced them for me, but it took forever each time. And the battery life is a bummer, only lasting about 7 hours before I have to charge them for a few hours. The IQ stream box I got with them also has trouble connecting, which is so annoying especially since I paid extra for it. Even though they have some good things like noise cancelling and good sound, their inconsistency makes them not worth the money.

Birthday card with an upsold surprise gift
I got a birthday card and it was smaller than I thought, which was no big deal. But what bothered me was when they tried to sell me a surprise gift for $5 that I couldn't say no to. I went ahead and bought the card, but my girlfriend never got the surprise gift they pushed on me. The card was nice, but feeling like I was tricked into buying something extra left a bad taste in my mouth.

This store has literally the best deals ever! Got me some super cute sunglasses, but ran into a little issue with one of 'em. I reached out to customer service, and they straight up fixed everything super fast and went above and beyond to keep me smiling. Now I'm tempted to order more, but dang there are too many cute options to decide from! The only bummer is there's still a good amount of glare even with the anti-glare coatings. Not a deal-breaker though, definitely gonna come back to shop here again 'cause the deals are out of this world!

8 pairs of underwear
I just bought 8 pairs of underwear from this store and man, the way they handled my order was a total letdown. They sent my stuff in 6 separate packages on 6 different days. I mean, come on! That's just ridiculous. It's like they don't care about being eco-friendly or saving on shipping materials. On top of that, I saw double charges on my credit card because they charged me for each shipment separately. What a hassle! Even though the total amount was the same as my original purchase.
