At-home hair color kit
I was always nervous about coloring my hair at home, but I heard such good stuff about this product that I decided to just go for it. The box sat in my bathroom for a while before I finally worked up the guts to give it a shot. I was afraid I'd come out looking like a totally different person, like a pro wrestler or something, but I was actually really happy with how it turned out. Putting it on was a breeze and the final look was a pretty, natural color that matched my hair perfectly. I definitely suggest trying this product out right away - it really does give awesome results.

Sunglasses purchase
This store has literally the best deals ever! Got me some super cute sunglasses, but ran into a little issue with one of 'em. I reached out to customer service, and they straight up fixed everything super fast and went above and beyond to keep me smiling. Now I'm tempted to order more, but dang there are too many cute options to decide from! The only bummer is there's still a good amount of glare even with the anti-glare coatings. Not a deal-breaker though, definitely gonna come back to shop here again 'cause the deals are out of this world!

8 pairs of underwear
I just bought 8 pairs of underwear from this store and man, the way they handled my order was a total letdown. They sent my stuff in 6 separate packages on 6 different days. I mean, come on! That's just ridiculous. It's like they don't care about being eco-friendly or saving on shipping materials. On top of that, I saw double charges on my credit card because they charged me for each shipment separately. What a hassle! Even though the total amount was the same as my original purchase. Like, seriously?

Kenmore Elite refrigerator and protection plan in 2018
I bought a fridge and a protection plan from the store back in 2018. It's been a real headache though. The icemaker has crapped out on me twice, costing me a bunch of money in spoiled food. And now, the whole dang thing isn't even cooling anymore, so there goes even more food. It's such a hassle - I wait forever for a technician who never even comes, parts get delivered but they're not even the right ones, and then I find out the protection plan only covers a little bit of my food losses. This whole thing has been a huge letdown and I'm beyond frustrated.

Incorrect order
I recently purchased some shoes and a bag to go with a dress, but they didn't match at all. I had to fork over $70 just to ship them back. And to make matters worse, my refund got delayed by 5 whole days, and on top of that, they took out $100 for "duties". When I tried to reach out to customer service for help, they were totally unhelpful. In fact, they even threatened to ban me from buying anything from them again! Can you believe that?!
