Hearing device
I bought a hearing aid from this company and it has been nothing but trouble. I paid for it back in November, but kept getting messages about delays. Finally, on January 6th, I got a notification that it was shipped, but it never actually got to the delivery service. So now, I'm going to have to cancel the purchase through my credit card company because they only guarantee it for 3 months. I'm really bummed out about how this company handles things and I feel totally abandoned by their lack of communication and customer service.
Wireless earbuds
I was super excited to give these wireless earbuds a try because I had heard they could totally change my life. But man, I've been really let down by how often they mess up. I've had to exchange them multiple times because they keep making weird whistling and popping noises. The customer service was nice and replaced them for me, but it took forever each time. And the battery life is a bummer, only lasting about 7 hours before I have to charge them for a few hours. The IQ stream box I got with them also has trouble connecting, which is so annoying especially since I paid extra for it. Even though they have some good things like noise cancelling and good sound, their inconsistency makes them not worth the money.
Hearing device purchase
I bought a hearing aid from this company not too long ago. But, I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed with the testing they did. It felt like they were trying to manipulate me into buying their product. I had just gotten a really good hearing test done somewhere else, but somehow, after just a few hours, this company's test showed my hearing had gotten a lot worse.
Disappointing ordering experience
I ordered something from this company and was really looking forward to getting it, but sadly, it never showed up. Even though they are good at advertising, it seems like they struggle to keep their promises. After waiting around for 8 weeks with no updates, I finally got an apology from the EVP and co-founder. But then they told me there were even more issues with the delivery. It's kind of annoying to have to deal with this inconsistency and lack of communication. This company still has a lot of improvements to make if they want to succeed in the market. So, if you want a hassle-free shopping experience, I'd suggest checking out other places.
Delayed delivery
I've been waiting on my order for 5 whole months! I keep getting told it'll ship soon, but still no sign of it. I get it's tough with COVID-19, but it's not cool to keep giving me wrong info about when my stuff is coming.
IQbuds 2 MAX
I bought these IQbuds 2 MAX recently, but I ran into some trouble trying to pair them up. I tried reaching out for help on forums and chats, but couldn't figure it out. I even tried to contact customer support, but had a hard time finding a way to reach them directly. These IQbuds 2 MAX seemed like a great option instead of spending big bucks on regular hearing aids, but the technical problems I had were a real bummer.
IQbuds max 2 purchase
These IQbuds max 2 are awesome! I bought them back in 2021 after being let down by the previous version in 2019. The sound quality is amazing and they work really well with all my devices. They don't improve my hearing as much as I hoped, but my wife says she's noticed a difference, so that's a win! The IQstream TV add-on is a total game-changer, especially for watching movies with those annoying quiet scenes. Plus, I love using them at concerts to shield my ears from the loud music. Overall, I'm really pleased with my purchase!
3 sets of smart earbuds and 2 IQ Stream units
I gotta admit, I wasn't sure about these smart earbuds at first, but man, they've been a real game-changer for my elderly folks who have trouble hearing. Being able to adjust the volume for each ear and connect them both to the TV simultaneously has been a blessing. Even when we had some technical problems, the customer service team was super quick to help out and make sure things were running smoothly. And when one of the buds started acting up after the warranty was up, they still replaced it without any issues. All in all, Nuheara's products have really made a difference in my parents' lives.
Iqbuds2 max
I was really looking forward to trying out the Iqbuds2 max because I had heard so many good things about them. Unfortunately, my experience was not as great as I had hoped. The sound quality was kind of robotic, and when I used them in a noisy area, they didn't work well at all - I could actually hear better without them. Even though I tried adjusting the earpads to reduce the feedback, I still had problems. Using the larger foam pads helped a bit for my left ear, but not completely. The music sounded ok, but it wasn't as amazing as I had expected, especially when I compared it to my cheaper Sennheiser headphones. In the end, I was let down by the Iqbuds2 max and I decided to return them for a refund within the 14-day return period.
IQ2buds and IQstreamTV
The IQ2buds took a while to arrive since I got them through Kickstarter, but I was expecting that. They do a good job of helping with my moderate hearing loss, but the controls on Android can be a bit tricky, and I sometimes hear annoying feedback in World mode. Setting up the IQstreamTV was a hassle, especially with my Panasonic TV, and the connection to the buds is spotty. They don't work well with my Sonos soundbar either, which is a letdown. I'm not happy with either product, so I'll be sending them back.
Noise Cancelling Earbuds
I bought some noise cancelling earbuds from this company not too long ago, and I'm actually pretty happy with them. But man, their communication game could use some work. After ordering, I got a bunch of emails from them that just left me scratching my head instead of giving me answers. All I wanted to know was where my stuff was, when it got sent out, how it was sent, and if there's a tracking number. Seems like it shouldn't be that hard, huh?
IQBuds2 purchased 15 months ago
I've been really let down by my IQBuds2. I took good care of them, but after only 15 months, they stopped working. I thought they would last longer for how much they cost. When I contacted customer service, they told me my warranty was up, which was really annoying. So, I'm switching to Apple earbuds instead. In my experience, they're more reliable and last longer.
Wireless headphones
I just got these really cool wireless headphones from this company, and man oh man, I gotta tell you, they're really something! The customer service was amazing - they sorted out a small problem I had with my order super fast, and even walked me through fixing a tech issue with the headphones. I was really impressed by how quick and nice they were. And let me tell ya, the headphones themselves are the real deal. They sound awesome and are comfy to wear. All in all, I'm super happy with my purchase from this company.
Quick delivery
I just bought something online and got it super fast! I ordered it on Wednesday and it arrived on Friday. And let me tell you, the product works great as a hearing aid and for listening to music. It took me a bit to get used to it, but I'm really happy with how well it works.
IQbuds purchase
I got the IQbuds like 4 months ago and they were cool at first. But then after a few weeks, I started getting static when I was streaming TV or listening to music. I emailed their customer service to see about getting it fixed or replaced. It took forever to hear back, but when I finally did, they just asked if everything was connected right or if maybe my ears were dirty. I thought that was rude and didn't really help. Returning a broken thing should be easy, but there's no info on their website on how to do it. Seems like they're trying to make it hard so people just give up and lose $500.
Pre-ordered IQBuds MAX
I bought the IQBuds MAX for my dad back in early 2020. The delivery ended up being delayed by a few months, which was pretty frustrating. Even though there were tons of good reviews online raving about how great these buds were, my dad had a hard time figuring out how to set them up properly and they weren't tough enough for everyday use. Plus, the fact that the earbuds were visible during conversations was kind of a downside. After not using them much, they stopped charging altogether, making them pretty much useless. When we tried reaching out to customer support for help, they said they couldn't repair or replace them since the warranty had just expired. It was really disappointing to not get any help, especially considering how much we spent on them. Overall, while the IQBuds MAX might be decent in terms of quality, the lack of customer service and overall experience was really disappointing.
Nuheara Earbuds
I recently bought the Nuheara Earbuds and man, I gotta say, I was super let down by them. I waited for 3 whole months only to find out that the sound quality was just awful. It was like listening to a crappy plastic AM radio inside a metal can. The occlusion effect was the worst - I could hear my own voice, chewing, swallowing, and even my footsteps louder than anything else. Instead of helping me hear better, these earbuds made all the extra noises unbearable. Plus, the noise cancellation feature didn't even work. Setting them up was a pain, so tedious and time-consuming. And trying to customize the software? Ugh, that was a headache. The customer service was basically non-existent, only reachable by email after waiting for days, and they didn't really solve any of my issues. In short, my experience with Nuheara Earbuds was terrible - if I could, I'd give them a 0-star rating.
Wireless earbuds purchase
I got these wireless earbuds thinking they were gonna be so amazing, but man was I mistaken! They were all glitchy and when I tried to reach out to the company for a refund, they totally ghosted me. I had to go through my credit card company just to get my cash back. What a total waste of time and money! Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this company, they're total scammers!

I had some problems with the earbuds and wanted to return them. But, I struggled to get a clear answer and couldn't find where to send them back. It was frustrating and made me worried about not getting my money back. I think others should wait to buy until they have a better return policy. The lack of communication and slow refund process made me feel ignored and tricked.
Buds purchase
I got these earbuds around 6 months back and they've really made a difference in my life. The sound is awesome and they've boosted my confidence in social settings by enhancing my hearing. Now I can jump into conversations effortlessly, even when it's a big group. Totally worth every penny!
