IQ Buds 2 pairing issues
I've been so annoyed trying to connect my IQ Buds 2 to my iPhone and Android phones without any luck. Even though the earbuds show they're trying to pair, they just won't connect. It's been a huge letdown because I can't use them like I wanted to. I asked for help and tried to get a new pair, but haven't heard back from anyone. Not having live customer service has just made me even more frustrated.
Order placed for earbuds
I bought these earbuds, and let me tell you, it was a total disaster! The whole money-back guarantee thing is a joke. It's been well over a month now, and I'm still waiting on my refund. According to DHL tracking, the package was sent back to the seller a month ago, but no sign of my money yet. And to make matters worse, these earbuds weren't all that great as they claimed to be. They're no better than earbuds that cost half as much. I gave them a shot for about 20 minutes, and I quickly realized they weren't worth the hassle.
Broken earphones
I bought these really awesome earphones, but unfortunately they were broken when I got them. It was a huge hassle getting the company to fix them, but I finally got replacements that work fine indoors, just not outdoors. I've been trying to reach out to Nuheara about it through emails, but they won't respond. They even deleted my comments on Youtube and ignored me on Twitter. They're not offering any help to resolve the issue. I'm really frustrated and disappointed, and I definitely won't be purchasing from them again.
Recent purchase of a product
I just wanted to say thank you to all the folks who left reviews. I was thinking about buying something from this company after reading an article about the CEO, but then I checked out the customer reviews and they were mostly negative. IQBuds2Max
I had a good start with the IQBuds2Max when I used them with my iPhone 11pro. But things went downhill when I switched to the iPhone 13pro - suddenly, I couldn't connect one of the buds. Customer service gave me some tips to fix it, but instead, I ended up with one useless bud. And when I asked for more help, they said my warranty was up. I'm pretty bummed about both the product and the lack of help from customer service.
Overpriced earbuds
I treated myself to some pricey earbuds, hoping they would last me a good while. But, after a year and a half, the microphone crapped out on me. When I contacted customer service, they told me the warranty expired after just one year. I was pretty surprised and let down by the lack of concern for making customers happy. It's annoying to drop so much cash on something only to have it stop working right after the warranty is up. I have other earbuds that have held up way better, so I know it's not just from using them too much. All in all, I wish I had gone with a different company that cares more about their customers than their profits.
IQbuds MAX user for over a year
I've been using IQbuds MAX for a little over a year now, and let me tell you, they have totally exceeded my expectations. I don't have major hearing issues, but these buds have become my go-to for all my Zoom calls and video conferences while I'm working. One thing that really impresses me is how easily they connect to my PC, unlike some other Bluetooth earbuds I've given a shot at.<br><br>Another cool thing I love is being able to switch the active noise cancellation on and off. It really comes in handy in different situations, like when I'm out for a run and want some tunes without totally tuning out everything around me. Earbuds purchase
I recently got these fancy earbuds a few weeks back, but they just didn't work for me. When I tried to return them, it was a whole ordeal to get my refund. Finally got my money back, but they shorted me a dollar, only got $499 instead of the $500 I paid. But when I complained on Facebook, the company actually paid attention - turns out their emails were getting spammed in my folder. My bad. I really wanted those earbuds to work, but my ears just weren't feeling it. Hopefully they sort out the communication problems though, not cool.
True wireless buds
I just got myself a pair of true wireless buds and let me tell you, they've been a game-changer in my daily routine. The noise-cancelling feature is amazing - I can really get lost in my music without any outside noise interrupting. The different modes, especially the ambient sound amplification, have been a huge help with my tinnitus. And can we talk about how comfy these buds are with the right nozzle tip? Seriously, I can wear them all day. I would definitely recommend these buds to anyone looking for a top-notch Bluetooth audio experience.
