Incomplete order, double charged
Dealing with you guys was a total nightmare from beginning to end. I had problems placing my order, got a messed-up incomplete order, ended up getting charged twice, and spent way too much time untangling the whole mess that your team made. The lack of skills and help was absolutely shocking. I wouldn't even wish this kind of experience on my worst enemy.

Noise Cancelling Earbuds
I bought some noise cancelling earbuds from this company not too long ago, and I'm actually pretty happy with them. But man, their communication game could use some work. After ordering, I got a bunch of emails from them that just left me scratching my head instead of giving me answers. All I wanted to know was where my stuff was, when it got sent out, how it was sent, and if there's a tracking number. Seems like it shouldn't be that hard, huh?

Upstate Elevator is the real deal when it comes to CBD products. I've wasted my money on other brands that made all these promises but delivered nothing. It's nice to find a company that is honest and truly cares about the quality of their products. I like that they are a local company, not just jumping on the CBD trend for money. Their products have really helped me, unlike other brands that said they were THC-free but actually weren't. I definitely suggest Upstate Elevator for anyone who wants trustworthy CBD products.

Pain relief cream
This pain relief cream has really changed the game for me. I've tried a bunch of products before, but none have worked as well as this one. I still feel some pain, but it's definitely gotten a lot better overall. I do wish it was cheaper though, cause it can get pretty pricey. Even so, I've told my family and friends about it, and they've all had good results too.

Adorable and affordable prescription glasses and sunglasses with blue filtered lenses
I got some really cute glasses - both prescription and sunglasses - from this optical store recently, and let me tell you, I'm super happy with my buy. The frames are not only adorable but practical too, and the blue lenses that filter out the light have been a game-changer for me. I'm constantly on the computer, so these glasses have really helped reduce eye strain.
