Ring purchase
So, I picked up this awesome ring from a rad store and let me tell you, it's amazing! The ring fits perfectly, feels super comfy, and looks so cool. It's not your typical fancy ring, but more rugged with a bit of edge to it. And the best part? It glows! Ordering was a breeze, no hassle at all. But here's the crazy part - I lost the ring at work and it went down the drain. I contacted the store, and they said they'd send me a new ring for free right away! How awesome is that? Their customer service is top-notch, super kind with no questions asked. I'll definitely be shopping with them again, no question about it!
Tungsten ring for fiancé
I just bought a Tungsten ring for my fiancé from this company, but it turned out to be too small and not really his thing. When I reached out to them about returning it, they were awesome. They got back to me fast and were really understanding. They suggested a few different options for swapping the ring for free, but my fiancé couldn't find one he liked. Even so, they gave me a full refund without any issues and let me keep the engraved ring for no extra charge. I can't thank them enough for going above and beyond with their customer service. They were great the whole way through.
Incorrect size band
I accidentally ordered the wrong size band, but the customer service was amazing! They quickly helped me get the correct size, even though it was my mistake. Engraved ring
I got this really cute engraved ring for my boyfriend for Christmas and it was gorgeous! He's a mechanic and accidentally broke it in half when his fingers got smashed. I reached out to support to see if they could help and they sent us a replacement in less than two weeks! It was just like the first one and they didn't charge us a thing. Their lifetime warranty totally saved the day and the support team was super nice and helpful. I usually don't leave reviews but this totally impressed me.
White gold ring
I bought a white gold ring from this place back in March, but when it showed up, it turned out to be yellow gold instead! I got in touch with them, and they told me that's how they're making them now. They promised to send a replacement and cover any additional costs, but the ring I really wanted wasn't in stock. I waited for over a month for the replacement, and when I asked for a refund, suddenly they told me the ring was ready and on its way. Turns out it came all the way from China, and they didn't even expedite the shipment like they said they would. When I tried to return it for a refund, they mentioned they use manufacturers from different locations. On top of that, I discovered they copy descriptions from other jewelry websites! I recommend avoiding this place; they're scammers, and I'm taking it up with my credit card company!
Large rings
The rings I bought were way too big and just not up to snuff. They looked nothing like what was shown on the website. Clearly they were made on the cheap and probably came straight from China with a huge price increase. I definitely would not suggest buying from this company.

Tungsten Carbide Ring
I just bought a Tungsten Carbide ring from this company and let me tell you, I'm really impressed. The ring is top-notch quality and lives up to its claims of being unbreakable and scratch-resistant. The colors are still vibrant and it doesn't stain my skin green like other cheap jewelry tends to do. It looks and feels luxurious, especially considering the reasonable price. The only downside is that it's a tad thicker than I'd like.

The ring I bought was just what I wanted in terms of style and quality, but unfortunately, it was too big for my finger. So, I contacted customer service and they were super quick to offer me a replacement. They not only sent the replacement right away, but they also made sure it was delivered to me quickly. I was really impressed with their service and how they made sure I was happy. I would definitely suggest them to others.
Rings in gold and black with stones
I got these rings a few months back and I've been wearing them pretty much every day since. The gold one is starting to look a bit worn out, but then again, I do wear it in water and while doing all sorts of stuff. The black ring with stones, though, still looks perfect as ever. Only downside is that I wish the packaging was a bit sturdier. But all in all, I'd rate it a solid 4 out of 5.

I actually ordered the wrong size ring at first, but the customer service was amazing and made getting a replacement super easy. The ring is just like they said it would be and feels really good on. It's different and stylish, even for someone like me who doesn't usually wear jewelry.

I bought a ring from this company not too long ago and my experience was kind of all over the place. At first, when I got the ring, it was a bit too big for me. I reached out to the company and they got back to me pretty quickly. They offered to send me a new one in a smaller size for free. But when the new ring arrived, it was not only the wrong size but also had the wrong engraving on it. I contacted them again, sending them photos to prove the mistake, but at first they didn't believe me. After some going back and forth, they finally sent me the right ring. The price was good, but they really dropped the ball on the details and customer service. So, now I'm still waiting on the correct ring or a refund.
Fake jewelry
This company is such a ripoff! I bought a ring that looked so pretty online, but what I actually got was a cheap fake made out of plastic. They totally copied the pictures from Etsy, and the ring I got looks terrible. I feel like I wasted my money and I'm really disappointed. Don't make the same mistake, stay away from this scam!
Resistance bands
I ordered some resistance bands, but I was bummed to see that even though they said they were from Seattle, Washington on the ad, they actually came from China. This misleading info got me wondering if the product is legit or not. I think it's important to back local and North American-made stuff for better quality and warranties. I'm gonna try to get my money back for this misleading buy.
Smartwatch
I recently got a smartwatch from this website and man, was it a letdown. They say they're American, but turns out they're actually based in China. That false info had me regretting my choice to buy from them. And then they go and give me a phony tracking number, and when I checked on it, they said the package was delivered. But guess what? Nothing showed up at my door! When I tried to get some answers from them, they hit me with the most ridiculous excuses, like saying maybe my neighbor got the package or it went to the wrong mailbox. That's when I knew it was a scam, and I was so mad and feeling ripped off.
Engagement ring
I just bought an engagement ring for my Fiancé and it was seriously perfect! The quality was top-notch and the price was fair. But, I messed up my order and the customer service team helped me out super fast. I totally recommend this company and their products, they're just amazing.
Classy ring
I just scored this really awesome ring and it's seriously amazing! It's super comfy and fits my finger just right. My old ring was so blah, so I'm thrilled about this new one. I never wanna take it off because it's just so comfy. It goes with all my outfits and the quality is top-notch. The black and gold combo is on fire!
