Oh man, it's been a total nightmare! I snagged a puffer jacket on Black Friday, but it's been way over three weeks and still no jacket. UPS and USPS keep passing my package around like a hot potato, and Girlfriend Collective is completely MIA. They're not answering my emails and there's no phone number to reach them, it's just crickets. It feels like they took my money and vanished into thin air. Their business practices are definitely shady.

I bought this awesome gray hooded Aran zipper coat from this store a few years back and I just fell in love with it. This one is too much hassle for the cost.

I've had two sitters from this service and both times were good. But my main issue is that there's no guarantee if a sitter cancels at the last minute. Even if you've already paid most of your holiday costs through the service, if a sitter backs out, your plans could be messed up. It's a big downside that makes me hesitant to use this service again.

I bought something from this company and man, it was a total letdown. I ordered some shoes and when they showed up, they were obviously already worn. I made sure to write that on the return form, but I never got a response from their customer service. Then out of nowhere, they hit me up asking for a €2 shipping fee in 5 days. No talking, just that. This lack of communication and not caring about keeping customers happy has me feeling pretty annoyed and unhappy right now.
