I got my new glasses super quick and they didn't cost much at all. It's awesome that they have speedy delivery at such a fair price. The glasses are exactly what I expected. I'll definitely be returning next time I need new frames.
Oakley Prizm Gauge 6 glasses
I recently bought some Oakley Prizm Gauge 6 glasses from this company. Unfortunately, I've had a pretty rough time with it. First off, the delivery got all messed up because FedEx gave me the wrong tracking info. They were supposed to drop off my package on a certain day, but they never even picked it up! I tried sending the company an email to figure out what was going on, but they never got back to me. Finally, after a couple days, the glasses showed up, but they were the wrong ones. I had ordered the smaller Gauge 6 glasses, but they sent me the bigger Gauge 8s instead, and they don't fit me right. The whole lack of communication and mix-up with my order has been a letdown. I really hope the company fixes this and sends me the right glasses soon.

I had a great time at Eyewear District. The staff really knew their stuff and helped me pick out frames that looked just right on my face. They even walked me through all the different lens choices and double-checked that my prescription was spot-on. And let me tell you, the store was so nice and had tons of cool options to pick from. All in all, I was super impressed with how professional and knowledgeable the team was.

I just want to let you know that I had a really bad experience with this eyewear store. I bought a pair of sunglasses and right away I was unhappy with how poorly made they were. The frames felt weak and low-quality, plus the lenses had scratches that made it hard to see properly.

I just bought a cool pair of aviator sunglasses with green lenses from this site, and I gotta say, I'm super impressed with the whole thing. I had a really bad experience with Eyewear District. I ordered a pair of glasses on December 27th and paid extra for 2-day USPS shipping. They gave me a FedEx tracking number, but it never showed any updates. I tried emailing and leaving voicemails, but I never heard back. Now I'm thinking about disputing the charge on my credit card because Eyewear District hasn't been helpful at all. Their customer service was terrible, so I recommend avoiding them.

But, much to my disappointment, I didn't hear anything from their customer service team after I sent them two emails to check in. It's been super frustrating because my order status hasn't budged since I paid, and I can see on PayPal that the payment went through. This whole lack of communication and transparency has made me question if Eyewear District is on the up and up.

I can't believe how much of a disaster this whole situation has turned out to be. I really messed up by not paying attention to all the bad reviews. I ordered a pair of eyeglasses (order number #6539) and it's been a complete nightmare trying to figure out where they are. It feels like my glasses just disappeared into thin air. And on top of all that, they said they gave me a refund weeks ago, but guess what? Still no refund. This company is just straight up shady. Do yourself a favor and avoid the headache by shopping somewhere else.

But later on, when I asked for a tracking number, they suddenly told me that my order was actually being refunded instead of shipped.
