    Great customer service.. loved it

    Such an fantastic customer service I have ever experienced. I ordered one of the best canned cat food for my cat that has some allergies. so needed to be very careful. The food was $43.00 which is more than I have ever spent on cat food but I need to get his allergies under control. I fed him one can and he would have nothing to do with it! Anyway... I emailed Chewy in hopes of returning it and trying something else for my cat. Jessica B. answered my email within the hour and said that they would credit my card for the food BUT... she did not even ask for me to have to hassle with the post office to send it back, she told me to go ahead and donate it to a shelter/rescue!!! This is the most awesome thing to me!!! I live right by an animal shelter so that is where I will take this healthy food.

    I've been a customer of Chewy for a long time and I think they're a great company for all my dog's needs. They've got everything from food to supplements to meds, and it's all good quality stuff.
