Sick cat meds
Oh man, my cat was seriously struggling because Heartland took forever to send the medicine! I ordered it on May 5th and didn't get it until May 15th - can you believe that? Ten whole days of my poor kitty suffering while I was freaking out. I even had to call them twice just to figure out where the meds were. Not cool, Heartland, not cool at all. They really need to get their act together if they want to be helping sick animals!

Recent order experience
I've been a customer of this company for a while now and I've been pretty happy with their service. But man, my last order was a different story. It used to only take about a week to get my stuff, and this time it took over 9 days. They even missed the delivery date they promised, which was a pain. Now, I'm still waiting on an order that's almost 10 days late! This long wait has me wondering if it's worth it to keep buying from them. It's a bummer to see their service decline like this after they used to be so good.

Ordered in December- faulty product arrived in January.
They promised a new one would be dispatched in 2 weeks.
It wasn't .
A lot of back and forth and so sorry it's taking so long, covid/ shipping Issues ets etc.
We get to April where I've now demanded a refund and suddenly its dispatched and they can't cancel the order.
Terrible customer service.
