Sick cat meds
Oh man, my cat was seriously struggling because Heartland took forever to send the medicine! I ordered it on May 5th and didn't get it until May 15th - can you believe that? Ten whole days of my poor kitty suffering while I was freaking out. I even had to call them twice just to figure out where the meds were. Not cool, Heartland, not cool at all. They really need to get their act together if they want to be helping sick animals!

Canceling subscription
I just decided to cancel my subscription with the company. I really liked the product, but I thought it was time to switch up my detergent for my clothes. The customer service rep I talked to was really nice and understanding. Even though they tried to convince me to stay, they were cool about it and didn't push too much. I really liked how they handled it.

Recent order experience
I've been a customer of this company for a while now and I've been pretty happy with their service. But man, my last order was a different story. It used to only take about a week to get my stuff, and this time it took over 9 days. They even missed the delivery date they promised, which was a pain. Now, I'm still waiting on an order that's almost 10 days late! This long wait has me wondering if it's worth it to keep buying from them. It's a bummer to see their service decline like this after they used to be so good.

Smartwatch Troubles
I got this smartwatch from that brand thinking it would make my life easier. Man, was I mistaken. It's been nothing but a headache with all the reboots and connection problems. I tried to tough it out, hoping the next version would fix everything, but I'm done. Time to switch to something more reliable and user-friendly - the Apple Watch. It may not have that traditional watch style, but hey, at least it actually works!

I found this dating service that uses psychology to match you with people, and it's seriously the best. It's how I met my late husband, and now I'm looking for someone new. The matches have been great, but the Q/A text box could use some work for sharing specific info. Finally getting the answers I wanted was a relief, and they've been really helpful with my requests. I recently met a guy who could be the one, and we have a lot in common.

Ordered in December- faulty product arrived in January.
They promised a new one would be dispatched in 2 weeks.
It wasn't .
A lot of back and forth and so sorry it's taking so long, covid/ shipping Issues ets etc.
We get to April where I've now demanded a refund and suddenly its dispatched and they can't cancel the order.
Terrible customer service.
