Needed a cheap lumbar pillow after back pain and a move; this one surprised me — squishy but supportive, smells faintly new, I use it nightly, glad I got it.
Quick regret
Not worth it — I opened it right away yesterday, parts missing and one snapped, couldn't reach Temu, kinda annoyed but moved on.
Still waiting, honestly
I hesitated to order — worried about shipping and reliability — after 12 days still no delivery; they kept saying "tomorrow." Weirdly the product quality surprised me.

I'm done with Temu, honestly — refund was fine but that's it, no clue what happened to two orders. Support just issued money back and closed the case. Other places at least explain; not ordering again anytime soon, kinda disappointing.
