Clothing and accessories
I've been shopping at this store since last summer, and honestly, it's been great every time. The stuff I've bought, from clothes to accessories, has always been top-notch and exactly like they described on the website. The best part is their customer service - they're super quick to help with any questions or problems I have, and their return process is easy-peasy. My orders usually show up within 5 to 10 days, which is totally reasonable. I love that they use a reliable delivery service because I've never had any issues getting my stuff. Overall, I totally recommend checking out this store for a really nice shopping experience!
Clothing items
The customer service at this store is amazing - the folks there are so friendly and helpful. The prices are really good too, which is awesome for anyone trying to spruce up their wardrobe without spending a ton. But, I've noticed that the clothes I've bought don't look like what was on the website. The biggest problem for me is that everything I got is 100% polyester, which is not what I thought I was getting. It would be great if the store could make sure the materials listed online are what they're actually selling.
Crafting items and clothes
OMG, I am seriously loving shopping at this place!! I've been buying a ton of crafting supplies and clothes, even though I know there are other stores with higher quality items. Their prices are just too good to pass up. Every now and then, I end up getting something that's not quite perfect or missing parts, but with all the awesome stuff I've scored lately, it doesn't even bother me. I really should resist the urge to keep buying from here, but I just can't help it! ;P

I've been shopping at Temu for a bit now, mostly buying stuff for my home. They have a big variety of things to choose from and the prices are fair, but I've had a couple of problems. Delivery was a hassle at first, so I started picking up my orders at a nearby spot instead, and that worked out better for me. The packaging has always been top-notch, but I have noticed that some items are smaller than I thought they'd be, so you gotta check out the measurements before buying.
Slow delivery of product
I had such a terrible experience with this company. It took forever for my product to arrive and when it finally did, it was not even worth it. And don't even get me started on all the annoying emails they kept sending me with their so-called deals. I suggest checking out all the bad reviews before you decide to buy anything from them.
Recent order experience
I've been a customer of this company for a while now and I've been pretty happy with their service. But man, my last order was a different story. It used to only take about a week to get my stuff, and this time it took over 9 days. They even missed the delivery date they promised, which was a pain. Now, I'm still waiting on an order that's almost 10 days late! This long wait has me wondering if it's worth it to keep buying from them. It's a bummer to see their service decline like this after they used to be so good.

Plus, it's cool that they offer a rebate if they miss the deadline. The stuff they sell is top-notch, and they've got a ton of options to pick from.

I just bought a camera lens from this site, but it didn't end up working with my camera. Thankfully, the return process was super smooth and quick. I asked for a return on the same day and got a full refund in my account only three days later. Dealing with the return was easy and it made me trust them even more as a customer.
