I really enjoyed using the photo and camera transfer tool from this company! It was super convenient to move all my pictures and videos from my iPhone to my computer. Now I have more room on my phone and I feel better knowing my memories are safe on my laptop. The whole process was fast and easy, and I didn't have any problems. Belly and septum jewelry
I recently bought some body jewelry at this store for my belly and septum piercings. I have to say, I am super happy with the belly jewelry I got - it's so cute and exactly what I wanted. But with the septum jewelry, I messed up the size and ended up with the wrong one. Thankfully, the customer service team was really helpful and quickly sent me a replacement without any hassle. Overall, my shopping experience here was awesome and I'll definitely be back for more jewelry for my other piercings.

Boss wedding outfit
Oh my goodness, you guys, I can't even begin to tell you how amazing the customer service is here! I had to find something for my boss's wedding and needed it right away. I emailed them and they responded so quickly and were really nice about rushing my order. I've never experienced such great customer service before! Seriously, don't even think twice about buying something here. We should definitely continue to support awesome companies like this. It's tough to come across good service these days, especially online. I am seriously blown away!

Membership renewal issues
This company has the worst customer service ever. I had a $99/year membership that I wanted to cancel, but they charged me $179 for the next year without asking me first. I've tried calling them several times with no luck getting a call back. On top of that, their contact link is broken, so reaching out to them is pretty much impossible. Trust me, do not give this company your credit card info. It's not worth the hassle.

2 Tours in Rome
"Does not Honor their word" Back in March our tours were cancelled due to Covid-19. We didn't cancel them, they did. We have it in writing that they would be giving us a "Full Cash Refund" due to this. Then we received an email later after I asked where our refund was that they would only give us a credit. As another customer has mentioned be very leery about using them as they have no intention of following through on their original word. STAY AWAY.
