Dress, event, shipping upgrade
I got this really cute dress for this event I have coming up, but I was kinda stressing out that it wouldn't get here in time with regular shipping. So I sent an email to customer service asking if I could switch to express shipping, and they did it for me for free! The person helping me was super nice and did me a solid. I am so grateful for the great customer service experience!
Oversized dress
The size guide for this dress was way off. I normally wear a small, but after reading the reviews, I went with an extra small. Turns out, even the XS was too big on me. When I contacted Customer Service, they weren't much help. All they suggested was to order a different item and then get a refund, but I'd have to cover the return shipping costs. This whole situation has really put me off from shopping here in the future.

I've ordered from this place twice now. The first time, everything was great. But the second time, I ordered a cute matching top and skirt set, and ended up with a dress instead. I reached out to their customer service on Instagram and through email, and they were super quick to fix the mix-up. They sent me the right items and even let me keep the dress. Christina from customer service was so helpful.
Their stuff is really good quality and priced pretty fairly. The sizes are spot-on too - I have a 39 inch hip, so I go for a medium on the bottom, and a 27 inch waist, so a small on top.Three dress purchase

Skirt and bodysuit
The clothes I got from my order were kinda a mixed bag. The skirt was nice, made of good material and looked just like it did online, so that was cool. But the bodysuit was a bit disappointing - it looked cheaper in person than I thought it would based on the pictures online. Overall, it was a bit hit or miss with the stuff I got. One thing to keep in mind for folks in the US like me is that returning things can be pricey, since you gotta ship 'em all the way back to Australia.

I was kinda nervous about getting my order from the US to the UK without any extra fees, but it got here super quick and there weren't any surprise charges at all! Blouses, suit, and pants
The blouses and suit I ordered were really nice, they fit well and had such pretty colors. But man, those white pants I got were a whole different story. They were so see-through because the material was super thin. I had to send them back, but then I found out it was gonna cost me 60 bucks just for the return label! That's more than what I even paid for the pants! And to top it off, they only give you store credit for returns. So basically, I ended up losing money just trying to send those pants back. Kinda frustrating, you know?

Oh my goodness, you guys, I can't even begin to tell you how amazing the customer service is here! I had to find something for my boss's wedding and needed it right away. I emailed them and they responded so quickly and were really nice about rushing my order. I've never experienced such great customer service before! Seriously, don't even think twice about buying something here. We should definitely continue to support awesome companies like this. It's tough to come across good service these days, especially online. I am seriously blown away!
