Avianna Set, Tava Set, Primrose Set
I've ordered from this place twice now. The first time, everything was great. But the second time, I ordered a cute matching top and skirt set, and ended up with a dress instead. I reached out to their customer service on Instagram and through email, and they were super quick to fix the mix-up. They sent me the right items and even let me keep the dress. Christina from customer service was so helpful.
Their stuff is really good quality and priced pretty fairly. The sizes are spot-on too - I have a 39 inch hip, so I go for a medium on the bottom, and a 27 inch waist, so a small on top.Boss wedding outfit
Oh my goodness, you guys, I can't even begin to tell you how amazing the customer service is here! I had to find something for my boss's wedding and needed it right away. I emailed them and they responded so quickly and were really nice about rushing my order. I've never experienced such great customer service before! Seriously, don't even think twice about buying something here. We should definitely continue to support awesome companies like this. It's tough to come across good service these days, especially online. I am seriously blown away!
Dress
I just wanted to share my recent shopping experience with this brand - it was awesome! So, I ordered this dress kind of last-minute on a Tuesday night and guess what? It showed up right on my doorstep that Thursday afternoon. And let me tell ya, the dress was exactly like it looked on the website and fit me like a glove. The quality was even better than I expected, and I am beyond happy with my buy. I'm for sure gonna be coming back for more because of how great my whole experience was. Can't wait to shop with them again!
Three dress purchase
I bought three dresses at this store recently, and I gotta say, I was pleasantly surprised by how good they were. The fabrics were top-notch, especially for the price. Only downside was one of the dresses had a weird design flaw causing it to keep slipping off. I contacted Customer Service and Christina really came through, letting me return it for store credit even though it was on sale. The Customer Service team was quick, professional, and friendly. All in all, a great experience and I would definitely shop here again.
Tight dress, exchangable for a bigger size
I got this cute dress that ended up being too small for me, but the return process was super easy! I was able to exchange it for a bigger size without any trouble. The customer service was great - they answered my questions quickly and were really nice and helpful the whole time.
overseas purchase, amazing dress, great price
I gotta admit, I was a little hesitant at first about ordering clothes from overseas. But man, was I pleasantly surprised when I got that dress! It looked exactly like the picture on the website and the price was so good for what I got. You can bet I'll be coming back for more after this awesome experience. Super fast delivery to the UK with no custom charges!
I was kinda nervous about getting my order from the US to the UK without any extra fees, but it got here super quick and there weren't any surprise charges at all! The outfit I got fits me like a glove and the quality is amazing. I'm totally obsessed with it and I can't wait to show it off. I will definitely be ordering from them again!
Skirt and bodysuit
The clothes I got from my order were kinda a mixed bag. The skirt was nice, made of good material and looked just like it did online, so that was cool. But the bodysuit was a bit disappointing - it looked cheaper in person than I thought it would based on the pictures online. Overall, it was a bit hit or miss with the stuff I got. One thing to keep in mind for folks in the US like me is that returning things can be pricey, since you gotta ship 'em all the way back to Australia.
Blouses, suit, and pants
The blouses and suit I ordered were really nice, they fit well and had such pretty colors. But man, those white pants I got were a whole different story. They were so see-through because the material was super thin. I had to send them back, but then I found out it was gonna cost me 60 bucks just for the return label! That's more than what I even paid for the pants! And to top it off, they only give you store credit for returns. So basically, I ended up losing money just trying to send those pants back. Kinda frustrating, you know?
Dresses
They clothes were from cheap materials and not true to size. They don’t accept returns only exchanges with your cost of shipping back to Australia!
