Oversized dress
The size guide for this dress was way off. I normally wear a small, but after reading the reviews, I went with an extra small. Turns out, even the XS was too big on me. When I contacted Customer Service, they weren't much help. All they suggested was to order a different item and then get a refund, but I'd have to cover the return shipping costs. This whole situation has really put me off from shopping here in the future.

Comfortable high heel sandals for wedding
I decided to give Lulu's a try for my wedding shoes after doing a lot of research to find some comfy options for my high instep. I needed something higher than my usual shoes, and Lulu's had a good range with comfy block heels and a small platform at a decent price. I usually wear a UK size 6, so I checked their size guide and ordered that size. But when the shoes finally came after waiting 2 weeks, I couldn't even get my big toe through the strappy part of the sandal. They were super tight and narrow, so there was no way I could wear them comfortably. When I tried to return them, I was surprised to see that it would cost me £33, almost half the price of the shoes. Plus, I had to print a return label, but I don't even have a printer. Now, with less than 2 weeks until my wedding, I had to start all over in my search for new shoes, which left me really frustrated and let down by the whole experience.

Tailgate Party Confusion
I was so frustrated by the mix-up with the Tailgate event directions! My friends and I were really looking forward to going, but we ended up missing it because the instructions were so unclear. We thought we were following the right directions, but it turns out we were totally in the wrong place. It was so annoying trying to figure out if we were supposed to be in the venue's parking lot or across the street. And to top it off, even the locals didn't know where to go! It was such a bummer to miss out on the Tailgate party because of all the confusion.
But at least our tickets were fine and we were able to use the gift cards easily. Despite the mix-up, we still had a good time and we're excited to go again. We'll just make sure to avoid those Tailgate tickets next time.Review about: KiwiCo
Duplicate order issue
I had a little issue with my order where I accidentally ordered two of the same item. Even though I canceled one of them and got refunded right away, somehow both still got processed and I ended up with two. I contacted customer service to fix it and they did a great job. They confirmed that I got my money back for the extra item and gave me the option to keep it or donate it. I was really happy with how quickly and efficiently they sorted everything out. The customer service team was professional and I was impressed with how smoothly they handled the situation.
