Magnetic Levitating Planter
I recently bought the Magnetic Levitating Planter from this company and I have to say, I was really impressed with the quality of the product. The design is super cool and adds a really unique touch to my home decor. I absolutely love how the plant floats and spins in mid-air, it's just mesmerizing to watch. The customer service was top-notch too, the reps were really easy to chat with and quickly fixed a little issue I had with a discount. Bird cocktail glasses
I recently bought these cute bird cocktail glasses from this company, but when I opened the box, they were all shattered. I was so bummed out about it, but I decided to contact customer service to see if they could help. I sent them an email explaining what happened and asked if I could get a discount on a new set. To my surprise, they got back to me right away and not only sent me a replacement for free but also said sorry for the hassle. I was really happy with how quickly they handled everything and how they went above and beyond to make things right. It's not often you come across such awesome customer service, so I really appreciate them taking care of me.
This is so cute
I purchased the cute cat pen holder which i found quite interesting and i really wanted to buy , the stand is seriously good and the cats are cute as well. Also it was the same as the shown in picture and it was such a big relief for me. I had the worries what if it turned out not that good or something, so it was good and i am happy with the purchase

I gotta admit, I was pretty bummed out when my package went missing and I had to reach out to UPS to figure out what was going on. But I gotta give credit where credit is due - the customer service team really came through for me. We exchanged a few emails, and before I knew it, a replacement package was on its way. The whole thing was sorted out in less than a week, which was a relief. Even though it was a hassle, I'm grateful for their fast and effective response. Fingers crossed that this time the replacement package makes it to me without a hitch.
Solar light products
I've been shopping at this store since 2020 and I gotta say, they have some really cool stuff that you can't find anywhere else. One thing I love is their solar lights - they're not only budget-friendly, but they last a long time and really make your outdoor space look nice. The quality is amazing and I've never been let down by anything I've bought there. I saw they added side tables to their lineup recently, and even though I haven't bought one yet, I'm thinking about getting one down the road.
Starry tulle skirts for bridal shower
I recently bought some starry tulle skirts for my bridal shower, which I planned to gift to my bridesmaids. The quality of the skirts was amazing, but there was one problem - the sizing was off. I had ordered sizes medium to xl, but the medium skirt was as wide as the large, and some of the xl skirts were bigger than expected. This meant we had to make some adjustments to get them to fit right. We managed to work it out in the end, but I suggest the company check their sizing in the future to prevent any more problems.
Side table purchase
I gotta say, I was really impressed with the chat support I got when I asked about my side table order. The person I talked to knew their stuff and was super polite, telling me exactly when it would arrive. I followed their suggestion to give it another week, and then got a notification from the delivery service saying it would be here in less than a week. The only thing I wish is that they had been upfront about the process from the start, so I'm giving them 4 stars.
DIY bookshelf purchase
I picked up this cool DIY bookshelf from an awesome store a few weeks ago. The pieces were really nice and all went together really well. The directions were easy to understand and follow. I'm almost finished assembling it and I'm really happy with how it's looking. It would have been even better if they had included some fun paint ideas or stickers for the shelves. That would have been really cool.
Black and white t-shirts
I just bought two t-shirts, one black and one white. I got them both in a large size, but the black one ended up being a little snug. Even though they didn't fit perfectly, I really liked how soft the material was. So, I sent back the black shirt and was glad to get my money back pretty quickly. All in all, it was a good experience and I'd definitely think about buying from them again.
Mule mugs for event
I needed to buy some mule mugs for a party I have coming up, so I thought I'd order them from this place. I reached out to customer service to make sure the mugs would get to me on time, and they suggested I do priority shipping. Even though it took a bit longer than I thought (5 days) to process my order, I did end up getting the mugs just in time for the party. Next time, I'll make sure to plan ahead better when I order from here.
Necklace purchase
I just bought a necklace from this company, but it looks like it got delivered, yet I didn't get it. So, I reached out to customer service and opened a claim with the shipping company. They were super quick to get back to me and let me know they would send out a replacement. I was really happy with how fast they took care of my problem, just after a few emails.
