Halfway through first use I realized it worked fine; shipping slow and support sloppy, but performance’s solid enough.
Neighborhood tip
Saw them on neighborhood Facebook, told my sister; delivery arrived early, staff handled requests calmly
Account closed out of nowhere
I hesitated to list items. Used last week. First impression okay. Then my seller account closed. No refund yet; support did reply.
Empty order, weird tracking
Package never showed. Support replied once, said seller is 'no longer with us' and then stopped. I did get a tracking number though, weirdly. No refund. Wouldn't recommend—be ready to chase them for months.
Surprisingly solid support
I almost didn't sign up — I worried support would be canned replies. Started using it last month for my shop; first day they answered with a real email. Not perfect, quirks, but solid.
Booth life, still good
Really pleased — ran a booth there for years; first impression was helpful, help shows up usually, service solid, grateful.
Early user, still wary
I signed up years ago and was hopeful, but I hesitated to pay the renewal fee. They did charge $20 — fine — but I saw no extra traffic for my listings. Closing my account triggered another $20 charge. Usable for sellers, but not me.
Thought it was sketchy
I almost didn't buy 'cause the reviews scared me, honestly — I spent an hour fretting. Ended up being smooth, customer support actually helpful, and delivery was on time. Still think the site needs clearer info, but relieved though
Listed, regretted it
I almost didn't list because I'd read about hidden fees and shaky support; I compared to eBay and Etsy and thought maybe it's worse, but I went ahead. Turns out my worries were legit — fees kept cropping up, support was slow, closing my account was awkward. Kinda bummed, honestly.
Text verification hassle
Halfway through listing a few things from my kitchen, the site asked me to verify by text — and I don't even have texting on my phone. That almost stopped the whole thing. Listings did go up and I sold a couple items, so I'm relieved it worked out.
Quiet seller, decent surprise
Thought I was out of luck — no tracking, no replies after several messages. Shipping felt crazy for a small gift for my dad. Weirdly the mug arrived and he uses it every morning, which was a nice surprise. Still waiting on a refund.
Thought it looked legit, until it didn't
I first spotted the site on a collectors' forum — a friend even sent the link. I ordered a figure, the money left my account, then got an email saying the order was canceled and a refund would be issued. Weeks later no refund, no proper replies. I knew I was done with them, honestly.
Quiet relief
Right when I thought I'd lost the cash, PayPal refunded me — that's when I felt relieved. I still had to nag the seller with no reply, so I'm wary of the site, but the refund let me use it in daily life, so all good.
Small fee, big shrug
On a slow Tuesday I tried to close my seller account after listing a few vintage shirts. They made me pay a one-time $2 fee unless I bought their labels. Kinda lame. The site works okay for casual listings, and I'm oddly glad it was just two bucks, not worse.
Wrapped weird, one survivor
I ordered creeping thyme for a bare patch in my new yard after a move. The listing said pots. Instead they came bundled in newspaper and saran wrap. I couldn’t tell if most were alive. I emailed and never heard back. Funny thing, one tiny sprig looked okay — maybe salvageable, but not great.
Sawdust and crickets
Tried Bonanza because I needed to clear stuff fast during a move. Listing was stupidly easy, but virtually no buyers showed up — felt like shouting into a canyon. Support was polite and prices reasonable, so it works if you’re patient, just not quick.
Unexpected billing surprise
Overall, I'm pleased despite a billing hiccup. I needed somewhere to sell things after a move and was nervous from past bad experiences. They charged $20 without notice and tried again after I closed my account. Support sorted it, refunded the fee and even gave a small credit — surprised me in a good way.
Solid handling despite mistakes
I'd buy from them again. I ordered a dog crate cover that first went to the wrong address; they sent a replacement right away. That second one turned out the wrong size, but refund was immediate. Not flawless, but responsive and fast. Tip: double-check addresses and size before ordering.
Tipped in 2012, rewards fail
I’d been with them since 2012—friend actually tipped me back then. Fast forward, I sold a piece and tried to use rewards for a fee reduction; they charged me, then didn’t apply the discount. Annoying, and I chased support. Still, most other transactions were fine, so I’m oddly relieved it wasn’t worse, could be better, but okay.
Postal puzzle
So there I was, waiting for a box that never showed. USPS said it was sent back over a tracking snafu. I messaged the seller a bunch and got radio silence. PayPal was slow to help, but eventually my bank sorted a refund — small mercy. Compared to other companies that actually pick up the phone, this one was a bit of a flop.
