New headphones
I got these really awesome headphones, but when they came, they were totally messed up! They were scratched and didn't work right. I contacted the seller, but they weren't helpful at all. I even said I'd send the headphones back, but they still wouldn't refund my money.
Fake pharmaceutical purchase
I recently bought something I thought was Biotin, but it turned out to be fake! It ended up being from China, so who knows what was in it. Lesson learned - always gotta check where things are coming from before using them. Ouch!
High-quality products at competitive prices
I went shopping at this store not too long ago and I have to say, I was really impressed with the awesome products they have and how affordable they are. They've for sure established themselves in the market by offering great stuff at great prices. I was pleasantly surprised by all the choices they had and how much bang I got for my buck.
Bed purchase
I bought a bed from this store not too long ago, and let me tell you, it was amazing. But we ran into a little problem with it not fitting right at first. I told the owner, and they quickly set up for someone to come fix it within 4 days, even though it was a holiday weekend. The bed is top-notch quality, and the delivery service was quick and the delivery guys were really nice. All in all, I'm really happy with how everything turned out, and I'd definitely think about coming back here for another purchase, especially for my son's bed.
First-time order with an online marketplace
So, I just tried ordering something online for the first time, and honestly, it was a bit of a mess. I got an email saying my stuff was coming from some other company, which was a surprise. And then the online store tells me they aren't working with that company anymore, so I'm basically on my own to sort things out with the seller. I was pretty upset because they didn't give me any help or support. It's not cool for a business to handle things like this, it just causes a lot of headaches and hassle for the customer.
Recent account shutdown
I'm really upset right now because my account got completely deleted out of nowhere. I've been a customer for a long time, so it's really frustrating and unprofessional to have this happen without any explanation. When I tried to get some answers from customer service, all they gave me was a generic response saying they couldn't tell me anything. This lack of transparency and communication is not okay, and it's making me feel confused, disappointed, and angry.
Refunded purchase
I had the worst time with this company. I waited for my order for over a month, but the seller went totally MIA and didn't bother replying to any of my messages. I had to go through PayPal to dispute the charges and finally get my money back. It was such a frustrating and let-down experience.
Selling on Bonanza
I've been selling on Bonanza for a few years now and it's been pretty cool. I don't get as many sales as on eBay, but hey, who wants to put all their eggs in one basket, right? Most of my sales come from Google Shopping, so it's super important to make sure you list your items correctly. What I do wish is that they would let us sellers remove PayPal as a payment option once we've got Stripe activated. Stripe is way better and has lower fees, while PayPal is just expensive and has zero customer service. Come on, Bonanza, get with it!
App availability inquiry
I tried to ask if they had a seller app available before I signed up. Instead of a clear answer, I just got a dismissive response that didn't even address my question. Their customer service is so bad, it really makes the whole company look bad. No wonder people are saying they're scammers!
Cutting tools purchase
I found some really awesome cutting tools on this online store that's different from the rest. It's nice and simple, but it gets the job done. The customer service folks were amazing when I needed help. They made sure everything was perfect for me and my awesome tools. If you're selling things on other websites, you should definitely give this place a shot!
Missing order

International Seller Experience
Bonanza is a pretty good platform for international sellers, but it can be a bit confusing at first. The support team is great, but it's obvious that the platform is more focused on American sellers. This can make it a little tough for sellers outside the US to get the hang of things. Despite that, we were able to make our first sale within a week of signing up, which was a nice surprise since we had some obstacles as international sellers. Hopefully, Bonanza will work on making it easier for sellers from all over the world to use the platform.
Consignment sales platform
Hey, I don't usually take the time to leave reviews, but I gotta give credit where it's due - this platform is top-notch. The customer service is great, the fees are reasonable, and there's a solid pool of buyers. I've been using it for years and only ran into one problem. Plus, ever since I started advertising on Google shopping, the traffic to my booth has been crazy. I went from selling a few items a month to multiple items a week. Can't complain about that!

Shipping policy change
I've been selling on this platform for a while now, and I've seen a big change in the shipping policy that's making it harder for me to do my thing. Bonanza used to be a great spot for all of us, but this new shipping policy is just unfair. Now they're making us buy shipping labels straight from them, which not only costs more, but also hits us with an extra $2 fee for each label. That means we keep owing them money every time we use a label, which ends up raising prices for buyers. This whole thing has really messed with the way this platform used to run, and I'm super disappointed about it as a seller.
Just bought a cool shirt
I recently got this really cool shirt from here and it was super easy to order. I wish they offered more digital downloads, that would be awesome. They should definitely try to compete with Etsy, just a thought.
Unshipped Product
I recently bought something online from this marketplace, and it's been a huge letdown. The item I ordered still hasn't been sent out, and no matter how many times I've tried to reach out to the seller, I haven't gotten any response at all. I never got a tracking number for my order, so I have no idea where it is or when it's coming. The lack of communication from the seller has me feeling really annoyed and unsure about what's going on with my purchase. On top of that, the seller changed their username, which just added more confusion to the mix. I even tried getting help from Bonanza's support team, but all I got was a confirmation of my complaint with no actual help or fix in sight. All in all, this whole experience has been a letdown and a headache.
Excellent customer service experience
My experience with Bonanza was really great when it comes to customer service. What I liked is that unlike other online shopping sites, Bonanza makes it easy to get help through email or their webform, and they always get back to you super fast, usually within a day or two. The people on their support team are so helpful and know their stuff, whether you're asking about a product, solving a problem, or getting in touch between buyers and sellers. Shoes and clothing
I went and got some shoes and clothes from this store, it was alright. The clothes were cute, but the shoes were just okay. I like that they have free returns and the customer service was pretty decent, except on weekends. They used to have some glitches on their site, but everything's fixed now.
