This site is a complete mess. My last order disappeared during shipping and no one bothered to explain why. And don't get me started on their customer service - it's just terrible. All they have are chat bots that can't really help or answer any of my questions. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this site if you actually want to receive your order and get help when something goes wrong.

I just had the worst experience with this company. I've been a loyal customer for years and have earned over 900 points on my account, plus got a $100 gift card. But now, I'm living in Canada and they don't ship here anymore. They won't transfer my rewards or give me any help. It's been a total nightmare and I'm so mad about their terrible customer service and lack of support. I suggest shopping somewhere else.

I had such a great time visiting the LA Parfumerie shop in the Cayman Islands as a tourist. While I was checking out some makeup sets, a Beauty Consultant came up to me and started talking about this brand of products without even saying the name. She did a great job explaining the benefits, especially focusing on the black rose skincare set and the lipstick collections. I was really impressed by her knowledge and enthusiasm, so I decided to buy some items. And let me tell you, I am so happy with my purchase. The skincare set makes my skin feel amazing, and the lipstick colors are beautiful and last a long time. I can't wait to try more products from this brand. Yeah, I bought a ticket online for this cool bus tour, you know? And they were like, "Oh, you can put it on your phone and use our app to deal with it." But then when I got on the bus, they were like, "Oh, sorry, we actually need to see a physical ticket." What the heck, man?! It just made me feel ripped off and totally killed my mood, you feel me? Like, what's the point of having a digital ticket if it doesn't even work?

I got these awesome shoes on sale from BSTN, but then they straight up cancelled my order! I never got a shipping email, so I had to reach out to them to find out what was up. They claimed my credit card was unauthorized, but that's totally false! Now the shoes are back to full price! Seriously, what the heck? I thought I was getting a great deal, but instead, they pulled a fast one on me.

Play with predictable storyline
I went to see this play with my family and it was like watching a TV show on stage, you know? It was fun, but nothing too special. The characters were so predictable and the story was pretty basic. But the set and stuff were actually really cool, so that was a plus. It's definitely something to do with your family, especially during the holidays.

I bought some small sneakers from this store recently and I was really disappointed. The quality of the shoes was pretty bad, they felt cheap and way too tiny. Even though the sneakers weren't that expensive, the $10 shipping fee plus another fee for returns felt like too much. And to make matters worse, the return process was a pain. I had to fill out the return form by hand because there wasn't a fillable pdf option, which was really annoying.

As someone who's not in the US, it's pretty annoying to deal with those steep shipping and duties charges when buying stuff. The products are great and all, but those extra fees totally kill the vibe of shopping. It sucks that you don't get those costs back when you return something, making it even more of a headache. It'd be awesome if there was clearer info upfront and maybe some better ways to handle those expenses for us international shoppers.

Pre-order game with bonus item
I bought a pre-order game with a bonus item from Best Buy, looking forward to getting it early and enjoying the extra goodie. But the game showed up 5 days late, and the bonus item took a full 8 days to arrive. It was a letdown because I was all set to dive into the game and bonus right away. So, I went to another store on release day to buy the game and returned my Best Buy order due to the delays. Despite that bad experience, I gave Best Buy another shot by ordering a different game. Unfortunately, it arrived 3 days after the already long 7-day delivery window. With this ongoing issue of late deliveries, I've decided to stop ordering stuff from Best Buy.
