Recent customer service experience
I had a really bad experience with the customer service team at this store recently. I've been a loyal customer for a long time, but my orders were canceled out of the blue with no explanation. I've been trying to reach out to their customer service for weeks now, but I've been having some difficulties. It seems like my emails are getting blocked, and whenever I call, I just get automated messages telling me to email them. I've tried using different email addresses, but nothing seems to work. The lack of communication and help from the store has made me really disappointed. I used to think highly of this store, but now I'm starting to doubt their commitment to their loyal customers.
Nike shoes purchase
I bought three pairs of shoes that were supposed to be real Nike onlinе. When they showed up, I saw right away that the quality wasn't good, the glue showed, the stitching wasn't great, and the Nike logo looked off. When I compared them to my real Nike 270s, it was obvious that the shoes I got were fake.
Loci shoes
I bought a pair of Loci shoes from this company in my size, but when they came, they were too small. I tried to return or exchange them following the instructions on the website, but had some problems. The site said they couldn't give me shipping labels, so I had to contact customer service. I tried multiple times, but still haven't heard back. I also called their phone number, but nobody answered. It's frustrating and worrying to feel like the company isn't getting back to me.
Shoes
I bought these shoes, but then I realized I didn't really want them (whoops!). Thankfully, I was able to chat with someone online and they were super quick to cancel my order. They assured me that I'd get my money back, so crisis averted! I'll definitely be more cautious with my online shopping next time.

This was my first time ordering from this online store and I have to say, it wasn't a good one. I had to send something back and it took way too long, nearly three weeks, before I finally got my money back. They did send me an email explaining the delay, which I appreciated, but when I saw my refund was $10 less than it should've been, I was pretty disappointed. I've been shopping online for years and I've never had this kind of issue before. Overall, I was left feeling really unsatisfied with the whole situation.
Women's sneakers
I recently bought a pair of women's sneakers from this company, and I have to say, I was pretty disappointed with how things turned out. New 'cloudnova' On running shoes
I was so pumped to get my hands on these new 'cloudnova' On running shoes I ordered from Bandier. But when my package showed up, it had an old pair of shoes in it that weren't even what I asked for! I reached out to customer service, but they weren't helpful at all and didn't even try to see if there was a mix-up. It really seems like this company can't be trusted, so I won't be shopping here again.
Leggings and sports bra set
As someone who's been shopping here for a while, I've noticed a drop in the quality of the products they're carrying. The options used to be really special and high-quality, but now it seems like they're not as good as they used to be. It feels like they're not keeping up with other brands that are doing a better job with their marketing. And it's kind of a bummer that they don't offer free return shipping - that's pretty standard for online stores, especially big ones like this.

The reviews I read before buying were accurate - you've got to be really careful when shopping here.

Honestly, I just don't understand all the hype surrounding negative reviews. I scored these awesome pink sneakers on sale with a promo code, and I gotta say, I'm thrilled. I not only got a great deal, but the delivery was super fast. So, before you judge, give it a shot, folks!
Joggers, stained, international shipping
I recently ordered a pair of joggers from this store and it took so long for them to actually ship them out. Then, when they finally arrived, one of the joggers had a stain on it! Can you imagine? When I tried to reach out for help, they just left me hanging and said I should deal with a different shipping company. I wouldn't recommend buying from here if you're outside the US. It's not worth the hassle.
My leggings and tank top
I got these really cute and comfy leggings and tank top recently. But, my friend had a terrible experience at one of their stores in New York - the staff was so mean and kicked her out for no good reason. Like, totally not cool, man.
Wrong item and missing items
I've bought stuff from this store a few times. My first order was really good even though some people left bad reviews. But my second order got messed up. They sent me the wrong thing because of a mistake at the warehouse. They did give me my money back and a discount code, but my latest order was a total mess. The box came open, and the stuff inside was missing. It was just the tissue paper left. Trying to reach customer service was annoying because I had to use email, which made things take even longer to fix.
Running shoe order
I ordered a pair of running shoes that I really wanted from this website. They said they would ship them fast, but it actually took forever. Finally, they emailed me to say that the shoes were out of stock. No apologies, they just cancelled my order. I was so disappointed. I recently bought some activewear leggings from this company, and I have to say, I am really disappointed with the whole experience. They charged me way too much for the leggings and claimed to have delivered the package, but I never received it. I even checked the security footage of my building to make sure. The lack of honesty on their part is really disheartening.
