    Indoor rowing machine

    I recently purchased an indoor rowing machine and I absolutely love it! It's so cool because it really feels like I'm out rowing on a river. The classes offered are a blast and the instructors are so encouraging. I also appreciate the large, easy-to-read screen. Although it was a bit pricey, it's totally worth it for the amazing workouts I can do at home. The delivery was quick too, arriving in just a few days. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my purchase!

    The ordering process at The Lobby was a disaster. The website layout was confusing, and customer service took forever to respond. I was frustrated and dissatisfied. It was difficult to find what I wanted and even harder to place my order. The lack of clarity made me question if I should even buy from them. The service was mediocre. The staff seemed uninterested and unhelpful, offering little assistance when I had questions. The pricing was fair, but I would've paid more for better service. The delivery took forever, and my order arrived damaged. Overall, my experience was a huge letdown.

    Flight from Manchester to Accra

    This was my first time flying from Manchester to Accra and let me tell you, it was pretty decent overall. The flight time worked out well for me and the price was competitive, which is what caught my eye when I was choosing which airline to go with. The service on the flight was good - the staff were attentive and they had a decent entertainment system to keep me entertained during the long haul. But let me tell you, the airport facilities in the 'Africa' terminals were a letdown. There weren't many food and drink options, only one shop available. That was a bummer because I was hoping for a better layover experience.

    I paid this Company Over $400 for a board for my son’s Birthday. That was 6 Weeks ago. I did receive a Tracking number but after just Speaking with FedEx I’m told they Did create a Label for my board But they have NOT shipped the order and it has been 6 Weeks! I have Attempted Many, Many times to reach them by Email which mysteriously gets placed into a “Que” & Never gets delivered. I have Repeatedly called the number they provided and that is Not a working number. At this point I have no choice but report them as Fraudulent & hire an Attorney. It would be worth paying the money to make sure No One else goes through what I have with these people! Anyone else have problems receiving your order AFTER they take your Money???

    Linda, We are seeing the same thing with my son's order. He ordered it on June 3. June 4 the money cleared our bank account. It's still sitting magically in a FedEx non existent que. It's July 17. Did you ever receive the board or file a dispute with your bank? I'm trying to be patient due to COVID and shipping delays but I'm feeling used and taken advantage.

    I had been able to get some degree of communication with someone named Henry. My fedex tracking number had been pending since June 18th. I was told recently by this Henery that the boards ship by sea to China first then go to California then to fedex (if you live in the US) and that my order has been held up in customs for some reason and that he was trying to get some information on it. I’m not going to personally vouch for them but they seem legit from research.

    I also bought a Lycaon GR. I was happy to receive it. But after using it for a few times it was not working anymore. For no reason. Very bad customer service. I was also in contact with Henry. Over 30 mails so far and the board is still not working.

    All I wanted was a replacement battery that was under warranty. I didn't have time to take the videos and pictures he ("Henry") asked for because my brother died, so he had a false shipping label made that he dicked around with and lied to me about for 3 weeks.
