Ticket purchase for Uffizi Gallery in Florence
The ticket selection part was fast, but somehow messed up the date when picking it out. I got tickets for the Uffizi Gallery in Florence, but after paying, I noticed the date was wrong. Right away, I emailed the staff a few times to explain my mistake and ask if they could switch the date since I entered it wrong. Sadly, they didn't help me out with changing it, and I didn't get any money back.

Summer sandals purchase
I bought two pairs of sandals that were supposed to be super cute for the summer, but they turned out to be a total disappointment. I ordered them on April 7th and when they arrived, one pair looked nothing like the picture. You could see where they had been glued together, and they felt like I was walking on cardboard. No cushion at all! I should have read the reviews before ordering, but now I know better for next time. The other pair still hasn't arrived as of May 14th, so I'm starting to lose hope. I reached out to Tinstree, but I don't have high expectations for a response. At least I used PayPal, so maybe I can get some help from them. Lesson learned - always check the reviews before making a purchase!

I used to love this platform and bought a lot of courses and even signed up for more. But, lately, I feel like they're not releasing as many good courses as before. I thought the subscription was a good idea at first, but now I feel like I just threw my money away. The courses they have aren't getting updated, and the new ones are too generic. So, I decided to cancel my subscription and can't really tell others to use this platform anymore. It's disappointing to see them go downhill like this, especially when so many people are looking for online learning options.

I tried to buy something from this website and at first, everything seemed good - my payment went through quickly. But then, I found out that my order didn't actually go through. I contacted customer service and they just told me that the only order they had was from months ago. Even though I showed them proof of the payment, all they did was give me a refund without explaining what happened. I won't be shopping on this website again since it's so unreliable.

Trainline is way better than Rail Europe. With Rail Europe, they send you a "NOT VALID FOR TRAVEL" voucher and you have to wait for the real ticket from the train company. Trainline just sends your ticket right away, so you don't have to waste time or deal with any unnecessary stress.

I just bought a lamp, but it came without a power cord. I reached out to customer service and they said I could buy a replacement and get refunded by the store. It's a bummer not being able to try out the lamp because of that missing piece. Also, the packaging looked beat up - the box was all crinkled and the top layer of styrofoam was cracked, even though it hadn't been opened yet.

The results I got for my health were so great! They told me all about my genes and how likely I am to get certain diseases. I found out I have a high risk for 15 different conditions, which is kind of scary but also good to know. A few of them run in my family, so now I know what to watch out for. Plus, the results get updated regularly with new research, which is awesome.
When it comes to ancestry, though, that part was a bit confusing for me. I couldn't really make sense of it, so I think if you're just interested in your family history, you might want to try a simpler test.

Europe vacation package
Our Europe vacation package experience was pretty good overall. We really loved Hotel Linder in Prague, it was definitely a standout. But one thing they could improve on is giving customers more flight time options. Our 6am departure meant we had to leave the hotel super early. We asked about changing our flight, but it was expensive. Also, even though the hotels were close to public transportation, they were far from the city center which made travel times longer than we thought. Giving customers different price options for accommodations closer to the city center might make the experience even better.

Six-month renewal price inquiry
I just asked about how much it would be to renew my subscription for six months, shipping included. Whoever got back to me was super nice and gave me all the info I needed. Seeing the costs broken down, taxes and all, was really helpful and stopped me from cancelling because I wasn't sure how much it would all add up to. A little tip - making the renewal costs easy to find on the account page would be a good idea. By the way, my kid really loves those Tinker Crates, and I'm grateful for the awesome customer service.

Lumo Evenskin Device
I want to share my disappointment with the Lumo Evenskin device I bought back in July 2022. It started acting up after about a year, turning off in the middle of treatments, which made it hard to keep track of how long I was using it for. This was a real headache and could even be dangerous. I did everything they told me to keep it in good shape, but it still broke right after the warranty ran out. When I reached out to customer service, they told me they weren't responsible for the issue and suggested I buy a new one at a discount. I didn't think that was fair at all because why would I want to buy another device that might just break again? All in all, my experience with the Lumo Evenskin device has been really disappointing and irritating.

The TEFL Institute has this awesome TEFL course package that I went for. I chose the 310-hour option, and it covered four courses with a bunch of different topics. The material was pretty easy to get, and it was actually interesting and fun to learn. My tutor, Rachel Walsh, was always there for me whenever I needed help or guidance, which was super helpful during the program. The virtual teaching part, led by Michelle Benson, was really cool and motivating. All in all, I had a great time with this TEFL course and I totally think it's worth checking out if you're thinking about becoming a TEFL teacher.

My experience at the Claire MTL warehouse was amazing. The customer service from Tashi was top-notch; they really helped me find exactly what I was looking for. The colors of the furniture were beautiful, and the discounts on the display sets made it even better. I did notice some small imperfections on the table, like a few scratches, but they gave me a touch-up kit to fix any damage caused by moving the heavy tables. The color of the table goes perfectly with my mid-century decor and has allowed me to host gatherings with my family and friends. Personalized Jean Jacket and Slippers
The WORST customer service I’ve ever experienced. They advertised everywhere, and promoted “shipping guaranteed by Christmas” and after waiting 2 months I finally had to file a claim with PayPal. I will say, it appears the merchandise miraculously makes it to influencers. The rest of us can just keep waiting. If I could give zero stars I would.
I at least got mine in but it was way too big. The customer service is horrible and they won't refund the money or send me a jacket that actually fits. Aside from all of that, they were pretty rude in general. At this point I don't even want the jacket because I don't want to represent a company that has such horrible qualities.
