Credit card payment issue
Can you believe this? I tried to buy something on this site with my credit cards, but they got declined - not just once, but twice! I even attempted to use Google Pay, but that didn't work either. And get this - the only way I could buy the thing was by using PayPal, which is connected to the same credit card that got rejected. Seriously? They need to fix their website glitches, because this is ridiculous!
Ticket purchase for Uffizi Gallery in Florence
The ticket selection part was fast, but somehow messed up the date when picking it out. I got tickets for the Uffizi Gallery in Florence, but after paying, I noticed the date was wrong. Right away, I emailed the staff a few times to explain my mistake and ask if they could switch the date since I entered it wrong. Sadly, they didn't help me out with changing it, and I didn't get any money back.
Ticket purchasing experience
I just bought tickets on this platform and, like last time in the Fall, it all went really well. It was simple and easy to find the tickets I wanted. A helper at the machine in P. Roma was super helpful and guided me through the whole process, which I really appreciated.

I really enjoyed buying tickets for Sagrada Familia through this website. Had a little issue with the site when the time slot I wanted was fully booked, but got a quick response from customer service on the chat. Spent some time checking each slot until I found one available to buy. It took some time, but I eventually got it done. Really thankful I got tickets for this cool spot!
Got the wrong tickets
I was all geared up to see my favorite band play, and then bam! I end up with tickets to some penguin documentary. I was pumped for the concert, now I'm stuck watching these penguins waddle. So not cool. And to top it off, when I tried to switch them out, no dice on getting my cash back. Ugh, total buzzkill.
Fast track airport booking
I was feeling pretty good about myself when I decided to book a fast track service for my airport trip - I mean, who wants to deal with lines and waiting, right? The whole process was super easy and quick, navigation-wise, and the communication was great. But then life got in the way and my plans got messed up. I asked for a refund and wow, their Customer Service team was amazing. Huge shoutout to Ahmed K for being a total lifesaver. Getting my refund was painless and I got my money back super fast. If this isn't how things should be done, then I don't know what is.
City tour of Barcelona
My time in Barcelona was sort of a letdown because the tour company didn't even show up at the meeting spot when they were supposed to. I was left feeling frustrated and like my time was wasted. I tried reaching out to customer service multiple times for a refund, but never heard anything back. It's so unprofessional and shows they really don't care about making customers happy.
First-time booking experience
As someone new to the site, I gotta say booking was pretty easy. I could find what I wanted without any trouble and the site was simple to use. I liked how user-friendly it was for making my purchase. The real test will be when I go to the activity and see if everything goes as smoothly as they say.
Mons Klint tour experience
I recently booked a tour to visit Mons Klint with a tour company, and to be honest, it was a letdown. The tour was supposed to focus on Mons Klint, the main attraction I really wanted to see. But instead, we got taken to the Forest Tower, which we had zero interest in. It was a waste of time and not what we signed up for. Plus, they said all entrance fees were covered, but we had to buy tickets for the Forest Tower separately once we got there. It was annoying and cost us more money we weren't expecting. Overall, this tour company was a mess and not truthful. I felt cheated by the false info on their site, and the tour didn't live up to what I thought it would be. I'd warn others to think twice before booking with them because my experience was not good at all.

Trip cancellation
Our trip to Chichen Itza in Mexico got canceled just 10 hours before we were supposed to meet up. It left us totally stranded and we couldn't even reschedule for another day. We had planned and booked this trip over a month ago to make sure we didn't miss out on seeing the site. The travel agency only gave us a lousy 200 zł voucher for another tour as a sorry, but that doesn't make up for missing our original trip. We won't be booking with them again, that's for sure.
Tickets
Tickets were really easy to book and the tours were absolutely amazing! The tour guides were so awesome! Confirmations came super quickly and when I had to cancel, they handled it really well. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them to everyone. Thank you so much!

The booking process went pretty smooth, but I had to cancel one tour to book another. Musement quickly canceled the first booking and sent me a confirmation email, which was nice. Booking the new tour was easy and didn't cause any problems. Overall, I was happy with how smoothly everything went and the customer service I received.

I was a little unsure at first because the price seemed almost too good to be true, but man, the experience was incredible! The helicopter tour in Mauritius was definitely the best part of our vacation.

I just bought something online and got hit with a strange request from a partner that left me totally puzzled. I tried to figure out who this partner was and what they wanted, but came up empty-handed. I was so frustrated and confused by the whole situation.
Public transport pass in Venice
I just got a 7-day public transport pass for Venice from this website. It was alright. It helped me get around the city with no problems. But, I was kinda bummed about the higher price than I thought. And I had some trouble with delays when buying it, which was annoying. Still, once I had the pass, my trip went smoothly. I'd suggest using this platform, but just be aware of the cost and possible delays.
Sold out museum tickets
Why waste time on the museum's website? Just come here and get what you need. The tickets were sold out there, but luckily Musement had them available. It just proves that the best deals aren't always on the first page of Google. Skip the rest and head to Musement for what you want.
Overpriced tickets, lack of guide, disappointing experience
Man, what a scam! Me and my buddies bought 4 tickets to check out the Pompeii digs and it cost us a crazy 166 euros. When we got there, there was no guide like they said there would be. We tried calling Musement for help, but they were no good. We had to scrape up more money to hire a local guide and buy more tickets. And on top of all that, they didn't even give us a refund. It was such a letdown and such a waste of cash. I highly recommend steering clear of this service.
