    Half a booking, half the fun

    don’t expect a smooth ride — we lost the whole point of the trip because the tickets never existed. We needed this booking for a family Italy trip — kid wanted the Colosseum tour, I wanted a reliable guided visit after a previous booking disaster — so I paid for four adult and one child full-experience tickets for August 7, 2025. That’s where it all should have been simple, but it wasn’t. Around August 8 I got an email saying they couldn’t issue the tickets due to a “technical difficulty.” Fine, tech hiccups happen, but then silence. By August 14 I hadn’t received anything, so I emailed. The reply said the IT team was working on it. Cool, I can wait a bit, right? Except the updates never got better — generic messages on August 28 and 29, no concrete timeline, no real ownership. I called customer service and spoke to someone who said she could see the booking and would escalate it; she even promised to check if we could be prioritized. I asked for a callback by 2 pm. At 12:30 pm I got an email saying the booking had been cancelled “at my request.” I hadn’t asked that, I hadn’t cancelled. I called back, got the same agent who suddenly said she must have misunderstood. At that point it became obvious there never was a proper booking and we’d been left hanging since August 7. Asked to speak with a manager and told no. Now I’m stuck waiting 3–5 days for a refund, and the whole plan for that Colosseum visit had to change. There are small bright spots — the staff I spoke to were mostly polite — but polite didn’t fix anything. Disappointed, annoyed, and wishing they’d been straight from the start.

    Ticket mess that oddly ended okay

    “IT is working on it.” That’s frustrating, but whatever. Then more days, more generic emails, and it started to feel like I was chasing ghosts. I finally called customer service and the rep could see the booking in their system, said it might be an availability issue and that she’d escalate it and try to make us a priority. I asked her to call me back by 2 pm and got an email at 12:30 saying the booking had been cancelled “at my request.” I hadn’t cancelled anything. I called back, same person this time, and she said she must have misunderstood — which is when it became clear there was actually never a real booking and we’d been misinformed from the start. Felt like being lied to, honestly. I asked for a manager and was told that wasn’t possible. Super annoyed. On the plus side, they processed a refund; it took the promised 3–5 days but it did come through. So the ending was okay, not great — refund arrived, no tickets, no manager conversation, some apologies but nothing fancy. If you’ve had smoother experiences with other companies, you’ll notice the difference. Overall: skeptical and frustrated at first, somewhat relieved in the end once the money was back.

    Credit card payment issue

    Can you believe this? I tried to buy something on this site with my credit cards, but they got declined - not just once, but twice! I even attempted to use Google Pay, but that didn't work either. And get this - the only way I could buy the thing was by using PayPal, which is connected to the same credit card that got rejected. Seriously? They need to fix their website glitches, because this is ridiculous!

    Ticket purchase for Uffizi Gallery in Florence

    The ticket selection part was fast, but somehow messed up the date when picking it out. I got tickets for the Uffizi Gallery in Florence, but after paying, I noticed the date was wrong. Right away, I emailed the staff a few times to explain my mistake and ask if they could switch the date since I entered it wrong. Sadly, they didn't help me out with changing it, and I didn't get any money back.

    Purchase of Sagrada Familia tickets

    I really enjoyed buying tickets for Sagrada Familia through this website. Had a little issue with the site when the time slot I wanted was fully booked, but got a quick response from customer service on the chat.     Got the wrong tickets

    I was all geared up to see my favorite band play, and then bam! I end up with tickets to some penguin documentary. I was pumped for the concert, now I'm stuck watching these penguins waddle.     Fast track airport booking

    I was feeling pretty good about myself when I decided to book a fast track service for my airport trip - I mean, who wants to deal with lines and waiting, right? The whole process was super easy and quick, navigation-wise, and the communication was great. But then life got in the way and my plans got messed up. I asked for a refund and wow, their Customer Service team was amazing. Huge shoutout to Ahmed K for being a total lifesaver. Getting my refund was painless and I got my money back super fast. If this isn't how things should be done, then I don't know what is.

    City tour of Barcelona

    My time in Barcelona was sort of a letdown because the tour company didn't even show up at the meeting spot when they were supposed to. I was left feeling frustrated and like my time was wasted. I tried reaching out to customer service multiple times for a refund, but never heard anything back. It's so unprofessional and shows they really don't care about making customers happy.
