Flight emergency
My travel agent really messed up and gave me the wrong time for my flight, so I was almost late! But, the people from Korean Air were super nice and helped us make it to the plane just in time. They were like real-life superheroes! Thank you so much!!!
Business class flight experience
I was really let down by my recent business class flight with this airline. The cabin was so hot and the service was just not up to par. It was annoying to have to keep getting up to ask for things because the crew was hardly ever around. And not having drinks before takeoff in business class was a major letdown. Honestly, I wouldn't suggest this airline for long flights.
Flight booking experience
I'm really frustrated right now! I booked a flight and they changed the time without even checking with me first. My layover time was going to be really short already! I didn't want a refund because the prices went up, so I had to spend a long time on hold on the phone to speak with someone. Now my trip is going to be even longer with extra layovers, and they didn't even give me anything to make up for it. Useless! And what about my seats? Will they refund me for those too? Ugh!
Flight experience Seoul to London
I recently flew from Seoul to London on an international airline and ended up getting sick during the flight. The flight attendants really stepped up to help me out and make sure I was okay. One of them, Kim H.E, was especially caring and attentive. She kept giving me a hot water bottle and checking on me to see how I was doing. Kim's kindness and professionalism really made a big impact on my whole experience with the airline. I'm so thankful for her support during the 14-hour flight.
Delta Diamond Medallion member experience
I recently flew with a certain airline and was pretty disappointed, especially since I booked through Delta as a Diamond Medallion member. The airline didn't give us any upgrades or even offer the option to pay for one. Their lack of willingness to work with us and help us out made me start to wonder if I'd want to fly with them again in the future. On top of that, the airline felt more like a budget choice than a fancy one, and they didn't seem too concerned with making sure the customers were comfortable. I got really annoyed when I asked for water and the flight attendants only gave me a little bit, which left me feeling pretty dehydrated and unhappy. In general, the service and how they treated me during the flight really fell short of what I expected.
Flight experience with a partner airline
I had a really annoying flight with a partner airline recently. It was impossible to do online check-in, which is crazy in this day and age. Even at the check-in desk, they couldn't book seats on connecting flights, making the whole travel experience even more stressful and confusing. The food was just okay, and there weren't many entertainment options. It felt like they were trying to be fancier than they actually were, which was a letdown.

Flying with this airline really took me back to simpler times when traveling by air was a special treat. From booking my ticket to the actual flight day, I received top-notch customer service every step of the way, whether on the plane or when interacting with their phone and office staff. The crew's attention and professionalism really make this airline stand out from the rest. That being said, I was a bit bummed to hear about the upcoming changes to their loyalty program set for April 2021. As a loyal customer, I'm crossing my fingers that the airline might reconsider and hold off on devaluing SKYPASS points until a future date.
Flight experience from Seoul to New Delhi
My flight from Seoul to New Delhi was actually really nice. The crew, with Choi Yoonjung, Kim Sujin, and Yun Young, really took care of us and made sure we were all comfy the whole time. I had some special meal needs, and they were super quick and happy to help me out. Choi Yoonjung was so friendly and made the flight even better. Big shoutout to the crew for doing such an awesome job. I'm looking forward to seeing more great crew members like them in the future.
Flight experience
My family and I were all set to fly with this really neat airline, but oh my goodness, the employees were just awful. They couldn't figure out how to assist us properly and kind of made it seem like we were at fault for no reason. The whole experience was incredibly stressful and definitely not great. I mean, all we wanted to do was board our flight!
Flight experience
This airline really has some nerve charging such a crazy amount to switch your departure time. I mean, seriously, who does that? It feels like they're punishing you just for being willing to be flexible. My whole experience dealing with them is seriously making me question the level of service they actually offer. It just doesn't seem worth all the hassle and money to deal with a company that operates in such a low-class way.
International flight from JFK to Thailand
I recently took a flight from JFK to Thailand with Korean Air and I have to say, I was pretty disappointed with how they handle things with other airlines. Even though I did online check-in through Delta's website, I couldn't get my boarding passes or finish checking in with Korean Air. When I tried at the kiosks at JFK, they said they couldn't find my reservation. It was super stressful, especially since other Korean Air passengers told me this happens a lot when you book through another airline like Delta. The flight itself felt really long, to the point where my wife was wondering if the planes are slower or just more crowded. All in all, not the kind of experience you'd hope for on an international flight.
Booking process complications
My experience with booking my trip was a total disaster. I spent a bunch of time putting in all of my info, picking seats, and going through a bunch of boring stuff. But right when I was almost done and ready to pay, the stupid website suddenly crashed and I lost everything. It was like I never even did it all, which really annoyed me and felt like a huge waste of time.
Direct Flight to Korea
The airplane was so old and uncomfortable. The seats were like sitting on rocks, and there was no WiFi, so boring. I really wish I had chosen a different airline like Emirates because this one was just meh.
Recent flight experience during COVID
My recent flight during this crazy COVID time was seriously awesome. I had a flight home on a certain day but things got all mixed up. The airline really went out of their way to make sure I got home safe, even getting me on an earlier flight. The staff there seriously impressed me with their dedication and hard work. Their professionalism and helpfulness during such a crazy time was really something special.
Flight booking changed
I was booking my very first flight and I was really excited to check out new places! But then I received an email informing me that my layover was only 30 minutes now instead of the originally scheduled 2+ hours. I was worried about making my connecting flight, so I tried calling them multiple times. Unfortunately, nobody answered the phone! How am I supposed to figure this out? It's so frustrating, I just want to know if my flights are connecting on the same plane or not. Can someone please help me out?
Business class flight experience
My partner and I had the chance to fly business class from the UK to Brisbane and back. The whole trip went really well, no hiccups with our transfers or anything. When we got on the plane, the staff was amazing - so attentive and professional, they really made sure we were comfortable the whole flight. The food, drinks, and service were top-notch. I have to give a shoutout to Kim Sun Hye and the whole crew on flight KE901 on May 21st, they were fantastic and really went above and beyond. Great job!
Business-class flight to Auckland from Heathrow
My experience with the airline really let me down. I spent a ton of money on a business-class seat for my trip from Heathrow to Auckland, but the whole journey was a nightmare. The seats were super uncomfortable and looked like they'd seen better days, which made it impossible to chill out during the flight. And on top of all that, when I was heading back home, the airline dropped the bomb that I needed to book a hotel for my layover in Seoul. They never told me about this beforehand, so when I got to Seoul, I was stuck trying to sort out my own accommodations with absolutely zero help from the airline, despite having a 15-hour layover. Their total lack of support and concern for my well-being left me feeling totally stressed out and let down. And when I finally got back to the UK and complained about everything, all I got was a half-hearted apology that didn't even touch on the issues I went through. In the end, my whole experience with the airline was a total disaster, especially when you think about how much I shelled out for that flight.
Travel assistance during COVID
The customer service folks at Korean Air were really great during the whole COVID mess. They helped us out a ton as we dealt with all the travel craziness and restrictions that came with the outbreak. And some of them even remembered us from before, so that made things go smoother. But man, those wait times on the phone were a pain, even though we knew things were nuts.
One of the best service
One of the finest air services by Korean Air..known for great hospitality and any time feedback.Hundred times I have already been travel by their flights.Well maintained fleets ,highly trend hospitality staff ,well behaviour.
Prices are very much acceptable .At least two trips in a year from US and they (my son and family) visited here.Of course we all use our own airways that is US and Korean.
Now almost fifty years of long journey of this air lines completed and wish they will go long and long
Make a note we all wish you very best ,we use Korean Air..these days we are nit going anywhere as i am 67 age not advisable to in the virus attacked condition.
