Misleading quality and sizing
The material just wasn't up to par and didn't match what I saw in the pictures. The sizes were off too, even after I measured myself before ordering. And let's not even get started on the high prices for such low-quality stuff. Bottom line, I was super let down by my purchase.

Flight experience
My family and I were all set to fly with this really neat airline, but oh my goodness, the employees were just awful. They couldn't figure out how to assist us properly and kind of made it seem like we were at fault for no reason. The whole experience was incredibly stressful and definitely not great. I mean, all we wanted to do was board our flight!

I've gotta say, the fat loss supplement I got from this company has really made a difference in helping me reach my weight loss goals. The stuff they use is high quality, and I've definitely noticed a big improvement in my energy and how well I do during my workouts. If you're trying to lose some tough fat and boost your fitness, I totally suggest giving this product a shot.

Leather duffel bag purchase
My experience buying from this company was a disaster. I placed my first order on November 16th, and it was a nightmare. They overcharged me for two items, and when I reached out to customer service for help, it was a mess. The person responding to my emails couldn't spell or use proper grammar, and I had to wait days for a reply. On top of that, my order wasn't even shipped because the items were out of stock. Every time I picked a replacement, they said it wasn't available either. They clearly have no clue how to run things properly or communicate well, especially since they're more active on social media than helping customers. I won't ever recommend or buy from them again after this frustrating experience.

South Shore Tiara Storage Twin Loft Bed in Pure White
I ordered this bed which came in 3 boxes and many pieces and took 10 hours to put together. Many of of the pieces were damaged and when I wrote to homesquare and sent photos, they asked me to go through the instuction book and indetify each piece by # as referred to in the instruction book. This is impossible if you had seen the book. Many of the damaged pieces show but it was too heavy for me to even beging to think about returning. This is, in my opinion, very bad customer service.
