Birthday gift sneakers
I just ordered these really cool sneakers from Sneaker Baas as a birthday present, but it turns out they were sold out. Luckily, after some back and forth with their team over email, they sorted everything out hassle-free. Gotta give them props for their awesome customer service and keeping me in the loop. And to top it off, my sneakers got here super quick, which was a nice bonus. All in all, I had a great experience with Sneaker Baas and would totally suggest them to others too.

Leather duffel bag purchase
My experience buying from this company was a disaster. I placed my first order on November 16th, and it was a nightmare. They overcharged me for two items, and when I reached out to customer service for help, it was a mess. The person responding to my emails couldn't spell or use proper grammar, and I had to wait days for a reply. On top of that, my order wasn't even shipped because the items were out of stock. Every time I picked a replacement, they said it wasn't available either. They clearly have no clue how to run things properly or communicate well, especially since they're more active on social media than helping customers. I won't ever recommend or buy from them again after this frustrating experience.

South Shore Tiara Storage Twin Loft Bed in Pure White
I ordered this bed which came in 3 boxes and many pieces and took 10 hours to put together. Many of of the pieces were damaged and when I wrote to homesquare and sent photos, they asked me to go through the instuction book and indetify each piece by # as referred to in the instruction book. This is impossible if you had seen the book. Many of the damaged pieces show but it was too heavy for me to even beging to think about returning. This is, in my opinion, very bad customer service.
