Suitcase, backpacks, and duffel bags
I recently bought a bunch of travel gear from this company - suitcases, backpacks, duffel bags, you name it. When I first got them, I was super excited about the bright colors and the good quality everyone raved about. But fast forward just two years, and the hook on the suitcase broke off and the handle completely fell apart, making it useless. And to top it off, the zipper on one of the bags started acting up. I tried emailing the company to sort things out, but they never got back to me. It was a total bummer and I felt pretty let down by the whole situation.
Backpack and duffle set in deep purple
My experience shopping with this company was awesome. They did a great job keeping me in the loop every step of the way. The backpack and duffle set I got were even better than I expected - neat stitching, nicely packaged in dust bags. The backpack could use more compartments inside, but the duffle bag was roomy and perfect for quick trips. The new smell of the products didn't stick around for long. All in all, I'm really happy with my purchase and will definitely shop with this company again.
Large backpack and duffle bag purchase
When I first saw the ads for these products, I had my hopes up for my order. But man, was I let down when I finally got them. The big backpack was way smaller than I thought it would be - more like a regular school bag size. And there were no compartments inside to keep things organized, which was a bummer. The duffle bag was a good size for a weekend trip, but the zipper didn't open wide enough to pack easily. The material inside felt cheap and definitely didn't match the price I paid, even with a discount. All in all, I would never have bought these items if I had seen them in person first.
Purchased items not in-stock
I am really let down by the way things went with this company. I bought something, only to find out months later that they didn't actually have it in stock. And to make matters worse, they took my money without even telling me about the problem. Then, they offered me store credit that I never actually saw applied. I would definitely recommend avoiding this website for any shopping.
BOGO travel sets
I recently bought a travel set with a BOGO deal, meaning I'd get two bags for the price of one. However, I only got one bag when the order arrived. I tried reaching out to customer service before the delivery to ask about the missing bag, but they didn't help or honor the deal. Feeling let down by their lack of honesty, I decided to place another order, but it got canceled without any explanation. The company's mixed-up service and failure to stick to their deals has definitely left me with a bad impression.
Backpack and fanny pack
I got this backpack and fanny pack from this store, but man, it took forever to arrive. I placed the order and then just sat around waiting, but heard nothing for weeks. It was so frustrating!
Crocodile purse
I messed up by not doing my research before getting a crocodile purse from this place. Right after using it once, the material started peeling and cracking, making my friends notice it for all the wrong reasons. I tried reaching out to customer service a bunch of times, but got no response. Now, I'm thinking about taking legal action 'cause they haven't offered a fix.
Luggage purchase
Wow, are you kidding me? A 1-year warranty on the zipper? That's just crazy. I mean, I've purchased two sets from this place in the last year and now I learn that the warranty only lasts for 1 year? That doesn't seem right at all. I'll definitely be shopping somewhere else from now on. Tote&Carry really should back their products better than this.
Delayed Order
I ordered this thing a month ago and it's still nowhere to be seen. I've been attempting to contact customer service by calling and emailing, but all I get are those automated replies. I was planning to give them out as Christmas gifts to my family, and now I've got nothing to show for it. It's really getting on my nerves.
Overnight delivery purchase
I recently bought some bags with overnight delivery, and let me tell you, even though the bags are nice, the whole experience of getting them has been a total nightmare. I placed my order on a Thursday and shelled out some serious cash for that "overnight" delivery. But guess what? My delivery date got pushed back without so much as a heads up or explanation. And to top it all off, there's no phone number to call and cancel or check on my delivery. I've sent a bunch of emails, but no one's gotten back to me yet, and now I'm just feeling super frustrated and let down.
Leather duffel bag purchase
My experience buying from this company was a disaster. I placed my first order on November 16th, and it was a nightmare. They overcharged me for two items, and when I reached out to customer service for help, it was a mess. The person responding to my emails couldn't spell or use proper grammar, and I had to wait days for a reply. On top of that, my order wasn't even shipped because the items were out of stock. Every time I picked a replacement, they said it wasn't available either. They clearly have no clue how to run things properly or communicate well, especially since they're more active on social media than helping customers. I won't ever recommend or buy from them again after this frustrating experience.
Christmas gifts not received
I bought two things from this company for Christmas presents, but I still haven't gotten them. And to top it off, they haven't given me a refund either. It's so annoying to see the robot replying to questions and getting all these promotional emails when they can't even do the simple task of sending out the products. Their customer service is terrible and I am super let down by how this whole thing has gone down.
Terrible customer service and delivery experience
My experience with this company has been awful. I made an order more than a month ago and I'm still waiting for my stuff without any word from them. I tried contacting customer service, but all I got were auto-reply emails that didn't help. I had to get my bank involved to dispute the charge, and now they're trying to make me take a delivery I already cancelled. This whole thing has been a total letdown and it's got me really mad.
