Skull-themed t-shirt
Oh my gosh, so I bought this really awesome t-shirt with skull designs on it and it turned out to be the worst choice ever! The website was super sketchy and after I got my order confirmation, they just kept sending me emails with excuses about my order. I tried to send it back because the quality was awful and the ink kept smudging, but they wouldn't give me a return address. Then they told me it was too late to return it. They totally ripped me off and now I'm stuck with this lousy shirt. Learn from my experience and avoid this awful company at all costs!

My daughter had been wanting this jewelry case for months, so I was super excited to find out it was still available in time for Christmas. The tour of the Colosseum and Palatine Hill was amazing. Our guide, Luigi, really knew his stuff and made the whole thing so memorable. He told us tons of cool facts and stories that made me feel like I was right there in ancient Rome. The tour lasted 3 hours, which was perfect because we got to see everything without feeling like we were on a crazy tight schedule. I really like the product I bought, but man, the customer service experience was just awful. Their whole customer service setup is a disaster. It's nearly impossible to reach anyone from customer service. I've tried emailing them, chatting online, calling them, but nothing works. The online chat just cuts off, emails go unanswered, and phone calls mean endless hold times with no help in sight. I even tried the callback feature, only for the call to drop when I picked up. So, I had to go find another company for parts and services for my lawn mower.
