My old dog has been having a rough time with arthritis in her hips for the past couple of years, making it hard for her to move around like she used to. Terrible customer service. Sent 2nd autoshop in 12 days . Was on 40 day autoship and intended to cancel. All you get are pre written responses, nothing that pertains to your situation. Chat is all AI. Email AI and phone is rude. Out 90 dollars for something I don't want , my dog hates them.
