Return department lies
Oh my gosh, don't even think about ordering from this place online, it's a total scam now! Selfridges used to be awesome but now it's seriously gone downhill. They totally lied about me wearing something and said another item was damaged when both were brand new and in perfect shape. It's so sketchy, all just to avoid giving me a refund! I'm never shopping here again and I'm definitely deleting my account. The customer service was awful, they kept making me repeat myself until I was just so frustrated. I swear Selfridges must have a secret policy to trick customers about returns so they can keep our money. Ugh, it's so not okay!

Shorts ordered
So, hey! I ordered these super cute shorts, right? But then turns out they didn't actually have them in stock - major bummer. Then I reached out to customer service, and they were all chill, saying they'll place another order for me. I was like, "Sweet, thanks!" But get this - I got another email saying the shorts were STILL not in stock. Like, seriously?! So I was like, "Uh, can I just get a refund, please?" They did give me a refund, but it was a bit less than what I had paid, which seems pretty sketchy to me. Not sure if I'd recommend them, you know?
