V-neck Shirt
I'm glad to have ordered these undershirts. I have a wide neck and slim body shape, so it's not always easy for me to get undershirts that are comfortable. Not so with these! They have a great, deep v-neck opening, which works great for me. They are moderately large (I ordered medium) but I'm told by other reviewers that they do shrink up a bit after one wash, so that will be just fine for me). They are nice and long, covering your ... nicely and therefore not in any danger of becoming untucked from your trousers. The lack of a size tag behind your neck is great too - no more itching or tucking in. Instead, the size etc is simply printed on the inside of the shirt, which is very sensible. I think I'll buy some more!
Gift for partner
I was kinda unsure about buying something online because of some bad reviews about shipping and delivery times. But, I took a leap of faith and ordered a gift for my significant other. I got a tracking email, but it was a little confusing. Still, I was super happy when my gift showed up just 9 days later. The color of the hoodie was a tad off from the picture on the website, but the hoodie itself and the print were both top-notch. My partner was thrilled with it, so I was pretty happy with how everything turned out.
Marble coffee table purchase
I just got a marble coffee table from this store and let me tell you, I am so impressed with how nice it is. The design is gorgeous and it's clear that the folks who made it really knew what they were doing. It totally elevates the look of my living room and everyone who comes over can't stop raving about it. I couldn't be happier with my purchase and I definitely think anyone on the hunt for some fancy furniture should check this store out.
T-shirt
I read a lot of bad reviews about this site, almost all of them are about women's clothing. I love a few men's clothing. I bought it with a fluke, and now it's finally here. I think I'm blessed by God , these men's t-shirts are cheap and practical, I'll keep buying its men's
Double charged order, difficult cancellation process
My experience with this company was really disappointing. I placed an order on a Saturday and realized I was charged twice for the same item. I quickly emailed customer service to cancel one charge, but didn't hear back for a few days. When they finally responded, it was too late to stop the shipment. The lack of communication and unhelpful response was frustrating and made me feel misled. Returning the duplicate order seemed complicated and I was worried I wouldn't get a full refund. It was hard to get in touch with a representative, which only made things worse. The website was also badly designed and slow, making it difficult to find what I needed. I would advise others to steer clear of this company because of their poor service and questionable practices.
Incorrect item received
I had a really bad experience with this company. I ordered something and got the completely wrong thing. When I asked for my money back, they only offered me a super low-value coupon. Even after saying no multiple times, I finally got the return address, but my package has been stuck in Chinese customs for three whole months now. This whole mix-up has been a huge financial burden, and I'm really unhappy with how this company isn't taking responsibility for their mistake.

Not quiet as the picture and the size is not uk size I ordered a size larger than I usually buy but it was still a bit tight but I will order the next size up because I really liked the blouse
Shirt Collar Solid Short Dress
Absolutely loved it! It doesn’t stretch. Does wrinkle, but it’s so cute! The pockets are a plus! I’m about a 2x and I got a XXL, I haven’t felt this confident in years!

Black sequined jumpsuit, there is no discount for a single item. I saw pictures of fake models on the website. I received the goods and feel good.

Vest purchase
I recently bought a vest from an online store, and it was a pretty bad experience. I paid a lot of money for it, but it came two months late and was the wrong size. The material was cheap and two buttons fell off right away. When I tried to get a refund or exchange through customer service, they were no help. They asked for a bunch of pictures and codes, which I sent right away. But then they just told me to keep the vest, which didn't help me at all. Overall, my experience with this online store was really disappointing, and I would tell other people to think twice before buying from them.
Yellowstone Men's Jumper
I recently bought a Yellowstone Men's sweater from this company, and let me tell you, it was a total disaster. The sweater material was so thin, you could practically see through it and it had this weird shine that was not what I expected at all. The collar felt cheaply made, giving the whole sweater a low-quality look and feel. But the worst part was the customer service – it was nonexistent. They straight up ignored my emails for weeks, and when they finally got back to me, they were dodgy and eventually gave me a return address in China. Not to mention, they wanted me to pay for return shipping and provide proof of postage before even considering a refund, which I never got. Now I'm stuck without my sweater and out of some serious cash. This company is a total scam, don't waste your time or money here.
Low-quality clothing
Hey, just wanted to give y'all a heads up as someone who shopped on this website before. I totally regret not paying attention to the reviews because I got some really bad-quality clothes that didn't look anything like the pictures. Learn from my mistake and don't waste your money here - you're better off shopping somewhere else for higher-quality stuff.
Two dresses
I am so bummed about my experience with OOTDMW. The dresses I got were nothing like what I picked out. They were super low quality, looked really cheap, and weren't anything like the styles and colors I wanted. It totally seems like they are pulling a fast one on customers, getting them in with false designs and then sending something totally different. When I contacted customer service about it, they had the nerve to offer me a tiny 40% refund or make me send the items back to China on my own dime. Can you believe it? I'm pretty sure they are purposely fooling customers and never planning to follow through on what they promise. Don't even bother dealing with this shady company - save yourself the hassle and money, and DON'T buy anything from them.
Bought a shirt
This online store is terrible! I ordered a shirt and it never arrived. They told me it was in my country but the tracking info said it was somewhere completely different. I had to pay extra but still didn't receive my order after 15 days. It's a complete scam.
Clothing items
I have to admit, I was really disappointed with the clothes I bought from this store recently. They looked nothing like the pictures on the website and the quality was really low. On top of that, the sizing was all wrong. I wish I had checked the reviews before buying because it seems like a lot of other people had the same problem. I returned everything and even gave them the tracking number from FedEx. But now they're saying they never got the items back, even though FedEx shows they were delivered and signed for. This whole thing has been so frustrating and I definitely won't be shopping there again.
Non-delivered package
This company is a complete joke! I ordered something and their tracking system says it was delivered, but guess what? It never made it to my door. I reached out to customer service for assistance, and all they did was refer me back to the incorrect tracking info. Essentially, they're telling me too bad, so sad. It's absurd! I will for sure not buy from this company again.
Card security concerns
This store is a total disaster when it comes to keeping your personal and financial info safe. My experience there was awful, and I wouldn't suggest it to anybody. It's just not worth the chance of having your card details stolen.
2 beautiful Dresses
NEVER BUY FROM OOTDWOW.com or VITBELLY.com. They are crooks and are the same company. I found out after they closed ootdwow.com website to open another one VITBELLY.com. They have more than 10 accounts and websites.
They steal your money and never ship your items/orders.
Beware of the fake reviews giving positive comments. They are from people who work for those crooks companies.
I bought 2 beautiful dresses in November 2023 and I never received them. I checked my order on the website ootdwow.com and it has been shut down. But, somehow when I write emails to them they answer back to me days later with bunch of excuses.
